The reynolds boys and girls club is an amazing place.

If I could give no stars, I would. I went to this facility several years ago in the 2001-2004 timeframe, and it was hell. The staff were extremely rude, impatient, and now looking back on it just did not like children. But that was not the worst of it. A lot of us, including myself, were often subjected to cleaning the bathrooms or doing landscaping in the back as punishment for anything we did, which I found out these were child labor violations and my mother ultimately pulled me out of there for that. However, the worst thing that happened was that my childhood friend who went there too ended up being molested by one of the staff at this facility. When the parents tried to do confront the staff about it, they tried to intimidate the parents and told them they had no evidence. Eventually, it went to the authorities but I do not believe anything came of it.The only reason I am posting this is to try to warn other parents about this facility. Please do not be fooled by the staff or the appearance. I really hope this facility has changed its ways because even now I would still not send my kid here. Parents, you dont have to believe me, but youve been warned!

Read the reviews of this place, isnt it weird how most of the reviews that have more likes are 1 star? When somebody likes the review, they found it helpful and agreed. And as somebody who had to go here, thats for a reason. The good reviews are from the parents who know nothing about this place other than when they pick up their kids or do basketball or something. The thing is, this place, put extremely simply, is very unorganized and simply unfair to a point that cannot possibly be described in a review. Im sure you guys rate this place 5 stars because all you have to do is bring your kid in or take them out. For all of you that went/go here, you would understand that this place doesnt even fulfil its purpose and was/probably still is the fuel for extreme dread and boredom. And honestly, who cares if theres like 400 kids there? I mean, my school has over 1k students and even when the bell rings, there is at least a bit of order. Jeez, threre has to be a way to make the experience better for the attendees. THE ONLY REASON THIS HAS ABOVE ONE STARS IS BECAUSE MISS, I DEMAND A REFUND IS SPAMMING 1 STAR REVIEWS. Excellent after school option for my daughter! She has a good time learning some sports with a great coach. Very careful staff to take care of the kids. I highly recommend the Boys and Girls Club at W Reynolds Club house!!

Staff is friendly and good with the girls and do a overall great job! My review is on the basketball league! just understand if your daughter plays on one of the basketball teams hopefully she’ll get with the all star teams the evaluation process is a joke and completely rigged never seen anything like it! My daughter went undefeated last year because of the team she was on now she is with a bunch of players just learning the game and they get destroyed every week I feel for the parents last year when my daughters team was destroying teams! As a parent it’s frustrating to watch these poor girls get destroyed and knowing they have no shot at winning unless they are with the stacked teams! They need to stop stacking teams It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see who’s good and who’s not!

Great staff who enjoy working with children of all ages. I appreciate the gift they have in dealing with that many children and different age groups.

Club is very unorganized. Staff very unprofessional. Came to get my refund and saw a small childs mouth bloody and screaming, and everyone walking around uncaringly. Did not care for the injury. Sent him back to the play area.
