National Youth Sports Nevada is a for profit organization with horrendous customer service. They refused to refund our Spring fees for youth baseball that never even began due to the COVID virus pandemic shutdown. We completed and submitted all of their required paperwork, yet they never refunded paid fees. When charges were disputed with the credit card company, they went as far as to lie to our credit card issuer stating that a credit was offered for a summer league that never even occurred due to the continued quarantine shutdown and stay-at-home orders. This organization has truly proven to be dirty and unethical in practice and I would never want my children to learn from these ways or represent an athletic team that reflects such. We will be using another sports league when the time comes and will be sure not to recommend friends or family to this organization.

I signed My Son up for basketball I paid for the training I paid for the uniform Covid hit and we were the last to actually make it on the team and we never got refunded nothing we never even got to really even go and practice with the team because everybody was so scared of Covid everybody stayed home I’ve called numerous times to not get no response back now you guys are open again to start putting kids in different leagues for different sports and still no one has called me to refund me my money for The basketball classes that I paid for and the uniform that I paid for

Scam artists. I paid 300 dollars for all my kids to participate in youth sports before they canceled the season due to covid. Ive sent several emails and filled out the required paperwork to get a refund and they have completely ignored me.

Ive been coaching for a very long time, couple different leagues on Oahu as well as Maui, & hands down NYS is one of the best experiences Ive had. Very courteous, helpful, & TOTALLY fair & unbiased refs. They made my first season coaching in Vegas a truly comfortable experience.

Love this organization. My son has been playing flag football for over 3 years and never imagined when we started that it would become such a big part of our family life. Tried another league briefly and came back to this one because the organization and refs are significantly superior. We have developed life long friends both for my son and among the parents. NYS is also very reasonable in their costs, the number of games, quality of competition, and we love that it includes NFL logo jerseys. We will definitely be a NYS member as long as we can.

Such a great organization to be apart of. So far my kids have played Tackle football /cheer through NYS. We have been with them for a few seasons now and they are consistent and helpful when Ive had any questions. Love it.

NYS worked hard finding a suitable team for my child! They have great events that go along with the sport and encourages children of ages to play. They have always responded to my emails quickly and never an issue with league!

My son played for NYS tackle football for about 6 years. We have traveled to San Diego, Arizona and our 12u football team made it to nationals in Florida. I am currently a cheer coach for NYS and have been for 4 years. This is hands down the best youth sports organization in Las Vegas and I am extremely happy and honored to be apart of it.

I will say I like the program, however some of the officials need to know its about the kids and not them trying to get into the referee hall of fame.

Troy is very helpful and friendly and found everyway possibly to get my son into a league during the off season.

I have been with the NYS for many years with football with my son 5yrs and now volleyball with my daughter for 4yrs as there team mom. Over the past year the league just seams like they just dont care about volleyball, there are coaches that course at there players and curse at the NYS Staff (Ref) with no repercussion just that they will worn them even after the police were called, I am so so confused.If would be great if the CEO of the NYS would give me a call so we could talk the league has my number.Ms. Robin,Team Mom

Years ago when I helped Coach here, NYS was a great organization. Ill be looking to Coach a team that my son will be playing on. Ill be doing my part to make it fun and competitive for all the kids. Sportsmanship and teamwork will be my #1 priority.

We have had a great experience for the past 3 seasons with NYS. Melanie is extremely helpful in the office and always encourages the kids when she sees them on the fields. The price point is great, and they offer discounts to help families for things such as coaching, multiple children, and hero discounts. Several of our players got to play together for last season and this season, so its been fun to build those fun memories together. The goal of the organization is fun and learning for the kids, which we love.

Second time with them and complete chaos. I had a coach threatened me. Actually threatened to handle this man to man, he wanted to meet at his house or a parking lot. Really this is the behavior of coach in a kids to threatened you with violence. Are you kidding me. Long story short Im sure the media would like some insite. Drama complete drama. Never ever will I recommend for anyone to put there kids in something so vile.

Itll be nice if all basketball games takes place in one location for that particular game date, for all ages. Especially for us, we have more than one kid thatll be playing this summer season for ages 6-7 & 8-9. Hopefully, their games will be in just one location, so we dont have to travel in 2 different locations for that same day.

Wish I had discovered NYS sooner! My daughter loves playing soccer and its an affordable option for parents. Theres many sports available and you wont regret signing up!

Just relocated and our 1st season with NYD we are really excited. The NYS staff is friendly with parents & the kids. They are prompt in addressing questions & concerns. The price point is reasonable & my childs experience is worth every dime! If you are looking to get your child involved in a team building, socialization teaching, fun environment I highly recommend NYS Nevada

So the Henderson office is not always easy to get in touch with, however once I was able to speak to someone they were very responsive to my familys needs. My daughter broke her hand and could not compete, the season had not started yet and they said they would refund the fees.

Do NOT waste your time and money. They dont pay their umpires. They dont provide practice facilities. They cant be bothered to address concerns. Theyre only about that money, not sports, definitely not kids. Appalling!!

I have tried NYS twice. The firs time was about three years ago, for soccer for my two sons. They werent so horrible then.They are currently enrolled now for basketball, and they are worse than they were three years ago (when they went under new management).We live in North Las Vegas, and since not all parents agree where it is best to practice at, I travel to practice for ONE of my boys 215 and Lone Mountain, and my other sons practice is on Deer Springs and Decatur, (which is a little closer to home).At the parent meeting, we were told that all games take place at Tarkanian Basketball Academy, which is behind the Palace Station casino. That was a lie. Not all games take place there. We have been needing to travel to Henderson for two games. Travel to the East side for a game, and another game near 215 and Desert Inn. This is especially inconveneint when you have a game in Henderson beginning at 1pm, and another in the East side at 2pm, on the same day. The travel is about 40 minutes. I had to call family members to help me out and ask if they can take one of my sons to their game, while I take another! I am a single parent.I do not see why then, NYS chooses to group teams by location of where they live, if theyre going to keep making families travel to opposite sides of town!They do not always have game schedules ready. you have to wait a couple of days before the game to know where and what time the next game will be.Also! Their no-refund policy is unfair. I originally signed my boys to football, but later realized the costs involved, because NYS does not provide gear or uniform. They provide a free jersey (without the players name). Otherwise, you are coming out of pocket for EVERYTHING. I asked for a refund, and they said no, but they can credit my account. I switched them to basketball because they said the $350 would cover all fees for my boys (registration, uniform, pictures, trophies, yes, you have to pay for trophies and pictures as well). So I said okay. When it came time to order trophies, I was told that trophies and pictures are NOT through NYS, therefore, the credit I had could not be used towards them. Not to mention, they got sizes wrong on uniform, and didnt give me the uniform socks, i also paid for. I have about $150 in credit. And I cant even get it back because of their no refund policy! So done with NYS!Worst league ever! If theyre even considered a league!

NYS is a great company with caring and experienced staff. The variety of sports offered makes there be no need to look any further for leagues.

This league is pretty disorganized. My son played one season in NYS, then we switched to Henderson United Youth Soccer, a much better soccer league!

Grandson is playing Elite Flag for the Panthers, best experience, very professional, fun, and competitive!
