My grandson absolutely loves KQ!

My girls love coming here, they have so much fun hanging out with other kids. Gives us some down time as well. KQ has so many things for them to do!! Thank you to all the staff at Sunset station! Thank you Brittany, Dasia, just to name a few!!.

Never again!!! My one year old son came back to me so thirsty and dehydrated. And was not acting like his normal self. He had ketchup all over his face and hands!!!

After being sent around on a wild goose chase to solve an issue, a particular team member went above and beyond to help me. The phone lines to another location in the casino weren’t working and Adriana went out of her way to walk down there to get the information I needed to solve my problem. It’s common in guest service to not have an answer, and it’s easy to apologize that you don’t have one. Amazing guest service is making sure the guest has all of the answers they need. She did this for me and I wanted to recognize her for her efforts. Thank you, Adriana, I hope management reflects the same appreciation with the level of concern you showed me. With that kind of work ethic, she’s going places.

It was a really fun and cheap time. Jonathan and Nate were also super helpful.

Great arcade, and the staff are great. One worker in particular named Joseph did a spectacular job helping me. I recommend coming here for fun and excellent service!

I DROPPED OFF MY KIDS HERE TWICE AND BOTH TIMES WE HAD INCIDENTS. 1ST MY 2 YEAR OLD HAD A BUSTED LIP, 2ND. MY 4 YEAR OLD POOPED HIS PANTS (NO ONE TOOK HIM TO THE BATHROOM).. BOTH KIDS HATE GOING THERE... STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY, KIDS ARE NOT BEING WATCHED... AFTER THE LAST TIME WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE.....

Our daughter loves it here and asks to go back. She thinks we go for her and is always begging to stay when we come to get her after a movie or dinner. Its got plenty of kids to play with and various ways to play (video, dress-up, playground equipment, etc.

Went here when I was kid in the early 2000’s. Very fun!! I loved it as a kid. Most definitely going to be taking my kids here.

If I could give 1 star I would. How could a facility be so wrong as Sunset Station was this evening. They have new chip readers. My card, the only card I had, has a chip. Their chip readers kept coming back saying my card was declined. I open the app for my bank, of course I have funds, but I look to see if there were actually any transactions that were declined because there should be no reason it declined. I call the bank, who then assures me there were NO TRANSACTIONS. The bank offered to do the transaction manually and to provide and authorization code. Kids Quest REFUSED to give me my daughter, because they said they had to swipe a card. They held my daughter RANSOM. Finally they bring someone that decides it was a good idea to just TYPE THE CARD IN. They get an approval, and decide to RELEASE my daughter. I should have just called the cops. Absolutely insane that THEIR CARD READER WASNT WORKING and they were going to HOLD MY CHILD RANSOM. I have been there AT LEAST 50 times. I will NEVER go back.

My kids LOVE this place! They always have so much fun and I know they are safe. The staff treat them like their own.

My toddler loves this place and it’s very nice for parents to feel their child is safe and having a good time while the parents are doing the same thing in the casino, restaurant, or wherever.

My kids love it even while it is under construction they always find something to keep themselves busy/entertained. Thanks for always making them feel welcomed

My 5 year old daughter despite her hesitation at first because she is typically shy and never goes to places like this alone, says she had so much fun! The woman who was supervising the kids did an excellent job!!!

My tiny tot had the best time here!! I was very sceptical of leaving him for the first time, but registration was very easy and picking him up was a breeze. He came back in the best mood. I definitely recommend this to parents who dont have family in town to help babysit.

My son was slapped by a staff member. If i could give less than a one star i would. I used to recommend this place till today. I received a call that my 3 year old son throw up and i went as soon as i could. When i arrive the cashier tells me he threw up because he was upset. I paid and moved to the side to put on his shoes. I noticed his cheek was pink and asked him what happen. He then tells me he was slapped by a girl. I take him to show me who it was and he points at a female team member wearing a blue shirt and tells me she slapped him. I then ask the cashier who her name was because my son said she had slapped him and she said she had to tell her director because she didnt know what to say and confirmed that girl with the blue shirt was in charge of the area where he was. At that point i knew my son was telling me the truth because he has never said something like that and was very sad whe he told me. The the director came to talk to us. She took our names and said we would receive a call back, probably not from her. That they would check the tapes to see what happen and would let me know. I know my son is telling the truth because he has never said something like that. He is only 3. I hope they do find the video and doesnt mysteriously disappear. If no action is taken, I will take this to the Nevada Division. I dont understand why someone would hurt a three year old. If you dont like your job, dont work there. Never leave your kids here!**update: I received a call from a women named Summer who said she watched the video and that she saw my son go under the table and hit himself and the team member got him out. That she never saw him being slapped. (Thats probably when it happened). I asked if I could see the video and she said no. If you have nothing to hide, i dont see why i cant see for myself. These people are full of it. There is no reason why my son would ever lie about something like that. He just turned three and after we left this place he has been so sad and just wants to lay down and keeps asking for hugs! What is wrong with you people! Disgusting!

Use sunset kids quest often. Staff is friendly and my kids have a blast. Excited to see the center after the remodel.

My kids beg to go here every time we visit our relatives in Las Vegas! Its safe and convenient and allows the adults to have fun while the kids are enjoying their time in KidsQuest!! I highly recommend!

I went to the casino for the first time with my mom who is. Isiting us fm mxico city. I have a 3year old and i dropped her off there she had a blast. Very orginized, clean and secure, i love this place I definetly take her back again she really loved the place and the girls over there are all so sweet to the kids. I was impressed for the service .

My kids have been to a few of the different centers and we would pick sunset every single time!!! The staff treats them so well and they always have a great time!!!
