I am writing today to inform you of a disturbing encounter at your Inspirada,Henderson NV location. It is not often that I would spend time writing something like this, but given how my mother and I were treated, I feel I have no choice. Our family has managed and hired employees in the past. My father was a broker. We would never want anyone like this working for us.On Saturday June 20th we visited Inspirada, inquiring about immediate move in options. A middle aged woman with grey hair, who gave no name nor business card, stood at the counter. We inquired about a floor plan for one of the models. She told us she was confused and didn’t understand what we were asking for. Assuming she didn’t hear us, I asked again if we could see a floor plan. She asked what we were looking for. After catching eyes with my mother, I asked for the third time for a floor plan. She said she didn’t have one. I then asked if we could see the model, inquiring as to why it was locked. Perhaps it was already sold? She said it was not sold, offering no explanation as to why it was locked and giving no response regarding viewing it.At this pointed my mother and I had been in the office less than thirty seconds with no idea why anyone would treat total strangers with such blatant disrespect.Still very interested in your homes, I tried one last time with this woman, asking if there were any homes we could see that would be ready for immediate move in. She told me there were only two models left for sale, “Over a million dollars.” Seeing as they were in the $400,000’s online, I found that hard to believe.We finally gave up, asking only one last question, “Why it is over a million? On Zillow they were less than half that.” She replied, “Oh well, I don’t know what you saw on Zillow. I have one home around $600,000 across the street.” We were then directed across the street to a third model only moments after we were told there we only two models.Thank you for looking into this.We drove all the way out from LA with a game plan to find a vacation home. It would have been nice if we could have considered Inspirada, but after encountering such a ill-mannered, condescending agent we had to leave.
