I just love this shop. Every time I come here I end up walking around and checking out different things and getting ideas for a long time. It inspires me to create more. Last time I came here to buy a photo album. Since these things are a rarity these days I didn’t expect to find a lot however they surprisingly had a lot of great choices! I ended up buying a really cute one and then was browsing around Xmas decor aisles for hours..

Michael has pretty much everything for the hobbies, and craft person. Prices are reasonable, and they give Veterans discount.Staff is always willing to help and answer your questions.

The manager at the store is a disgrace. I watched her yell at an old lady. She scoffed at her because her daughter was handing her something over into the lane and she was next to pay. Then the old lady asked her to wrap up her fragile items and she didnt even respond to her. The way that she was screaming for next in line you could just tell that she hated life and everything about it. I understand that the holiday time is stressful but it makes it difficult to be understanding when the customers are more cheerful and helpful than the manager of the establishment. I asked one of the employees who the manager was and they told me it was her and I was absolutely shocked. Cheer up. Life isnt that bad.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Always have had at least 4 check-outs open so short wait. Have had almost everything I needed. Just started painting to heal concussion so this store is a lifesaver. Sign up to get special coupons, 20-30% off most expensive item.

Wonderful place for premade picture frames with frequent sales, like buy one, get one free. Just recently they had buy one get 2 free. Make sure you check the sales before you buy. Otherwise, great place for all kinds of craft supplies.

I love this place. I just wish Michaels in general wasnt so expensive compared to other stores. Some items (not exclusive to Michaels) are upto $3 overpriced and others even more.

Michaels is what you would expect of a decent craft store. Unfortunately, I came looking for chunky yarn for my husband to use to for finger-knitting and found that they wanted $10 per skein which is, in my never to be humble opinion, ridiculous when you need 6 skeins to make a throw blanket... Ill have to look elsewhere for this particular product.

Im not a craft person but if you are this the place to go. They have so much stuff for crafts and had picture frames as well. Store is set up nicely clean and bright.

A little expensive when theres not a sale going on.( but much cheaper than hobby lobby!!)pricing is a little uneven around the store. need a few more experienced staff members.

Great service. Clean establishment. Wheelchair accessable. Wider variety then other Michaels. If you forget your coupons the staff was kind enough to let us know. I needed to get into a locked cage to retrieve some crystals and it took 15 min. Had to hunt someone down to get it unlocked; thats my only complaint. Otherwise flawless.

Every time i go into the store all the employees are rude besides from the cashiers, framing department is by far the rudest. they don’t even seem like they want to help and have the worst attitudes. they are understaffed and can’t even put a fake attitude on for a customer. if you are thinking of getting art supplies go to a different store because they don’t like helping their customers.

This store is not staffed properly. It may be because of the virus. It took over an hour to get someone to help me, then took 5 minutes to make my purchase. Huge parking lot, easy in and out.

When you catch some of their sales you can get lucky with great prices on lots of items. Otherwise its a bit pricey. Seems constantly out of acrylic craft paints and artist paints

Its a nice place to go with so many choices for baking stuff, esp. Wilton brand. I found Wilton food coloring - black color that I cant find in other craft store. I definitely will come back again.

I love Michaels, Im an avid crafter and Michaels usually always has what Im looking for or something very close to it! They have paint, canvases, frames, clay, baking items, epoxy, cardstock, planners, flowers, seasonal items, yarn, pencils, pens, wood, and so so so much more! The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful when you have questions! They always have sales and coupons and even better coupons when you sign up for the rewards! I always recommend Michaels!

Had a nice selection. I didnt find the employees as friendly or helpful as they are in some stores. The one I usually go to is in St. George, UT may just set the bar higher. The employees at the register didnt seem to be very happy to be there.

Love Michaels. Its my favorite arts and crafts shop and has almost everything I could need. I do wish they carried more resin product and accessories as well as more diamond painting selection. Overall, good selection, clean store and organized.

They have just about anything you need to craft. The store is normally very organized and items are in stock. Coupons are not always as good as they used to be (compared to competitors) but there is almost always a coupon online.

Pandemic ready Michaels. Love the service.

Most of the time I can find what I need at this store and the customer service at the cashiers is excellent, but the problem this time around began when I waited by the marker case for assistance for about 10 minutes pressing the button. A young man with a beard came from the picture frame section of the store seemingly annoyed that I needed something from the case, telling me that I could have just pressed the button rather than calling him over. I had pressed the assistance button about six times to no avail. This experience made me feel unwelcome, and its unlikely that Ill be returning for more markers given the service I received today.

I really like the place, the staff are nice and they have a nice collection of markers and pens for drawing. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because they have an obvious stealing problem, the last time I went there I asked if they had any gellyroll pens and the staff said that they were all stolen. I also dislike their brand “Artist’s loft” they are so much more expensive than some of the actually good copic rip offs and yet worse than the ones that go for 50 cents. I have been making jewelry for over 20 years, and since going to gem shows is not possible right now, I have turned to Michaels for a good part of my supplies. They have interesting quality beads and also a very good framing department. I find that there is a range of styles and media within the colors.

Better than Joanns and had great deal on paints/brushes. Love it!!

Michaels is a zen place for crafty people. I love going and just walking around sometimes. They always have nice trendy decor and tons of arts and crafts supplies! It is a little pricey though unless you can catch a good sale or use a coupon.

What I love most about this location is the staff - they are ALWAYS ready to help in a pleasant and genuine way. Whether Im there to pick up my online order or making my purchase in-store, all the staff are there with a happy, helpful heart. They also make finding things and checking out a breeze. This store is smaller than the store we shopped at for years in Escondido, California but they have a good selection and a LOT of inventory that is very organized and maximizing the space they have.
