AWESOME bow shop! Felt right at home walking into the shop! They are very kind and willing to help in any way! Loved my experience buying a bow there! Would recommend Aces and Arrows all day everyday!
The owners and staff here are awesome. Theyre the most friendly people you will meet at a place like this. They have a lot of bow equipment and accessories you can buy. The shooting range is clean and well maintained. If youre there with a friend and dont want to shoot, the waiting area is cozy and you can watch tv.The prices for shooting time is cheap and they charge by the minute so you dont waste any time or money if you want to take a break.
Great place and good staff. I just got into archery about a year ago. This place was awesome and really good with customer service right off the bat. Rusty and AJ have helped me out a ton and I appreciate their teachings. I am very confident in my Archery game for this fall hunting seasons, because of them. I’ve been in a few other bow shops, but Aces and Arrows really brings in the relationships to the business. I feel like it’s an archery club atmosphere, yet everyone is welcome. Their prices are extremely fair and in some cases cheaper than online. I’ll continue to support Aces and Arrows over the online giants, because they go above and beyond to help where they can.
This place was amazing. Came here with my girl Tara, and we are both 100% completely new to Archery. Our Trainer Lindsay was absolutely amazing! Kept things simple, helped correct any mistakes we made, and literally made it the best experience ever. We will be back for more!
A few years ago my kids were looking to start shooting archery and we found Aces & Arrows. It was close to our home so we went to check it out. The staff was very helpful and suggested lessons. After a few lessons, our kids were hooked. The instructors have been first rate and we have purchased a few sets of equipment over the span of a few years. The staffs quality care and attention have left us with two state champion shooters who are proud to be a part of the Aces tournament teams. If that was the end of the story, I would be happy. What makes me ecstatic is that this shop pushes the mantra that anyone can shoot. They are involved in the community to make sure that anybody who wants to shoot can find a way to do so. They do outreach programs to allow people who would probably never pick up a bow feel included and capable. Great job, Aces!
Went in for a new bow, settled on a new Hoyt. They seemed very helpful but kept pushing the most expensive gear, and the adding that if I buy from them they will take care of bow setup and warranty repairs. The whole setup was just shy of $3k. Got the bow then had to get arrows made. Those took 1.5 months to order for some reason, then when they did arrive, they got put on the back burner and werent built. So after 2 months I get the arrows, but only 9 of the 12 correct field tips, for some reason 2 months wasnt long enough, first two shots into a foam block target the arrow tips and inserts stick in the target. PERFECT after a 2 month wait. Also no call on letting me know when the rest of the tips came in. Had a issue with string twist on the new bow and the string at the nocking point came undone due to a twisting d-loop. Called and spoke with them, I brought up the question Is this covered for free as it was a new bow? Yes I was told. Took the bow in for repair, also asked for printed sight tapes for my new $350 sight, which I could have gotten a lot cheaper elsewhere. This would fall under the bow setup I would think as I bought the sight from you. Nope they declined to make sight tapes for me stating I should buy some app online and do it myself, Thanks for the help on that. Then when I went to pick up my bow they charged me $30 for the fixing the string. I asked if this is warranty and they replied that I would need to send my bow into Hoyt for repair like that. Really, why was that not stated at first call? I have given them several chances to change my opinion of them but every time they kept just letting me down and taking more money. Lack of customer contact during all this and hidden costs not brought up til the cash register. Always leave that place feeling robbed and have unsolved issues with the bow.
This shop charged me $50 to tune my bow up all they did was Change out the D loop that didn’t need to be replaced like seriously my cams are still way out of timing. Still has really bad cam lean. Bottom line the bow was never put in the bow press and never actually got tuned. Pretty upsetting because I was really looking forward to getting my bow ready for turkey season
My dad and I have been coming here every week for a few months and its been a great experience every time. Its a really nice place with friendly staff and the price is more than fair with their generous loyalty/rewards program. We are newbies and came in for our our first time for a lesson by Russty, who is a great instructor - is patient and funny with many helpful tips. We were definitely hooked after that first lesson! Highly recommend to anyone interested in trying archery.
I recieved my New Hoyt bow a day or so ago. Package was packaged well. I left a few instructions and management took care of that request.Very smoothe transaction. Ill be going back to AA. They have many activities that interest me greatly. Looking forward to participating.
My sister and I are beginning archers. We were so fortunate to meet Kara when we first walked in. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My sister signed up for classes on the spot! Kara has been great with my sister...great instruction and support. Then my sister and I both took a recurve lesson and a compound lesson from Rusty. Also a super great experience! Rusty explains things so well and has the patience of a saint. This shop is definitely not full of archery snobs like other shops Ive visited. The staff are very enthusiastic and supportive of new archers. They are also very knowledgeable and skilled coaches as can be seen by the many champions theyve coached! Thank you to all of you for your help!
I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and he loved it. The instructors were great. Would definitely go again. Were obsessed with Vikings and it was so much fun.
Best archery shop and range in Vegas! I just started shooting earlier this year. I did my first lesson at a different range in town, and I wasn’t impressed by it, partly because it was chalk full of tourists. The following week I stopped by Aces & Arrows for the first time to see if it was any different and I’m glad I did. Everyone here is serious & knowledgeable about the sport, yet also relaxed and personable. Over the next month I took three lessons from Kara, who is a fantastic instructor. The rest of the staff is also friendly and are always happy to answer any questions I have. And I had a great many before deciding on which bow I was going to purchase :-)Since the start of the summer I’ve scheduled some range time for myself at least once a week, even at the busiest times of the weekend there is always a few lanes free which means I never have to worry about waiting for a lane to free up. The range is always clean, the other customers are friendly and the staff here has done a fantastic job of making this whole place feel more like it’s part of an archery community and not ‘just’ another retail outlet space like the big-box-stores are. This makes sense since everyone there is in it for the love of the sport.-Thanks for all the help guys :-*
By far the best archery shop in Vegas. Steve is a fantastic instructor, I learn a ton each lesson I take with him. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took lots of time to explain all the differences and fit me into a killer setup for a great price. Dont even contemplate wasting your time at another archery shop these guys (and gals) are the best.
If I had to narrow down what makes this place great, Id have say the staff. Theyre passionate, friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. Those traits in combination of the effort they give to each customer really built an awesome community. Theyre welcoming of archers of all skill levels and make this sport fun. Thanks for all the help and congratulations goes to the staff. This is a success story that deserves to be shared.
Great shop! Everything you could need!
I absolutely love this place. It is by far the best shop and range in town. The atmosphere is super laid back and the staff is down to Earth and knowledgeable as hell. They arent just a shop and range though. This place is an archery community. The staff are active humters and competition shooters and clearly have a deep passion for archery and it shows.
My son and I decided to take up archery. I have never shot a single arrow. Our instructors were very professional, friendly, and treated us like family. We had a blast and were very pleased with our experience. I highly recommend Aces And Arrows.
This place is like the Apple Store of all things archery. This is not big box fare, but serious equipment for the serious archery. If youre a hunter, shoot competition, or just for fun you have got to check this place out. The staff is knowledge and friendly... and the coaching staff is awesome!
Awesome place to escape the heat and shoot. Not only are the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, but if youre a hunter, or looking to get into bow hunting, they are an excellent resource. Clean and well thought-out shooting lanes, and a beautiful well stocked shop round out this shop nicely.
This is the best archery shop in Las Vegas, after a not so good experience at Impact Archery .. We decided to give a shot, A.J. was very nice and knowledgeable. They are CrossBow friendly! They fixed my Crossbow and dialed it in! Sent confirmation text after completion and was 3 days early from the completion date given A+ ! Thank You guys !
First off I would like to thank the owners for such a great experience. They make you feel like family when you walk in. Both the owners are very knowledgeable and the shop has some of the best equipment I have seen in an archery shop in a long time. The indoor range is awesome and has a great feel to it. Another thing; all the shooters and customers that are regulars are some of the best folks I’ve met. There’s no need to feel intimidated when you walk in to shoot. It’s literally like a family. Thank you guys for having a such a great Archery shop.
This place is top notch. Other bow places dont have the knowledge and experience that Steve, Kara, AJ, and Ryan have been nothing but amazing. They have so much knowledge on equipment and bows. They unlike other shops have a great selection on equipment and products. Myself, husband, and my son take lessons and have been amazed on the improvements. We highly recommend THIS shop over any other shop on Town. Dont go anywhere else!!!!!
Truly an awesome place. The staff really knew what they were talking about, and listened to my needs. I will be buying a bow from them soon. Their range is very nice, and very safe. Highly recommend.
The staff are amazing!! They are super friendly. The pro shop is loaded with fantastic gear. Henderson needed a great bow shop. Now we have one. Fantastic job Aces &Arrows.
Whether you are new to archery or an experienced shooter, Aces & Arrows is the place to go. They are stocked with the best products in the industry and the knowledgeable staff will help you find whatever you may need.If you are on the fence about giving archery a try, make the leap and head on down to the shop, I guarantee you will not regret it!
My wife and I had lessons here and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Cant wait to go again.
When I was in town visiting family, we stopped in for a lesson with Kara. Never having any prior archery experience I couldn’t believe how much fun it was and I surprised myself and actually hit the target! Lol! Thanks to Aces & Arrows I have a new found appreciation for archery! I think it’s something anyone can do, that’s what’s so great about it.The shop has a ton of really cool bows and accessories and the atmosphere and energy there is super relaxed and chill and the staff were very friendly and helpful and were eager to answer all my questions. I recommend Aces & Arrows if your thinking of getting into archery, hey take the kids, friends or even date night! Just go and have fun!!! I’ll be back for sure! Thanks AJ, Ryan, Kara and Steve!
I just plopped down a couple of hundred on a release. The reason I did so is because it was the one that works and I can use comfortably. Not every shop has this level of customer service, or indeed the willingness to find what fits the customer despite their own preferences. I will be spending a lot more money there.
Awesome service and hospitality. I had bought a bow from Amazon and they messed up my order so I visited Aces & Arrows and im now thankful Amazon messed it up. AJ and Brian were super cool and helpful while picking out my first bow. Thanks guys!
Went to Aces and Arrows on Sunday to support and watch my friend shoot the Corporate Challenge shoot. Wow is all I can say. Was sitting in the range watching where her arrows were hitting and then the owner, guy with crooked hat, said, if youre not shooting get out the door. A few of us were in disbelief that he phrased it that way. Many of us got up and left and then there wasnt enough room in their showroom to see any of our friends. After the shoot was over I called my friend to see how she did since I did not stick around and she was more frustrated than I was about how the tournament ran, lack of following rules, unprofessionalism, having multiple archers shooting the same target and she went on and on. I have been to a few other archery shops in Las Vegas over many years since my husband also shoots. This experience gave me a poor taste in my mouth to the new archery venue in town. They definitely need a lesson in customer service! Wont be going back.
Excellent customer service and a great selection of quality equipment. If you are looking for a new bow then come talk with these guys and they will help you find the right one.
Archery is a super expensive sport, but the staff was knowledgeable.
We attended the corporate challenge to watch and could not believe how poor it was ran and how the owner talked to people telling them if you are not shooting get out the door. I was very disappointed. I will never go back to that place.
Very helpful. Nice people. Great shop.
I loved every minute of this place last night!
For all your archery needs. Food Nd service and friendly folk
Super awesome
