The food is very tasty and the prices are affordable. The staff is very nice and polite and the atmosphere is pleasant. Place is clean and at a great location.
There are a lot of broken games in here, as well as most ticket counting machines are broken - even though my child had a lot of tickets I paid an unreasonable cash price for an item to navoid disappointing her as I didnt want to join the very long ticket redemption machine line. One other useful thing to know is they have a free slide in here, my kid liked it so if u are buying time instead of points and u also plan to eat there you only get one time pause on the card so plan around that.
Great experience. Still holds up after all these years. Was an employee here years ago. Pizza is still good like when I used to make them over 10 years sgo. Made great friends and had many memories. Now I bring my son here occasionally when Im in town. He loves it here. Even brand new employees have made an impact and stood all the way out bringing a big smile to my son.
The restaurant is excellent and roomy, the meals was yummy and the rates were very fair. fast, effective service and very affable staff. I recommend this place.
I was a great day for my daughters birthday celebration. The stuff crust Cheese pizza went great with both adults and children. Thumbs up service.
This was the worst. I came all the way out here from New York and it was so ghetto the staff had such a bad attitude I booked a birthday mega star party for my son and the birthday coordinator Camille was disgustingly rude NEVER AGAIN we had no communication with the staff nothing was organized and everything was rushed and terrible!!!! Waste of money don’t come here better off having a party at home lol
The worst experience ever. After over an hour our pizza arrived cold and the celery sticks that comes with the wings arrived with dirty. The cashiers playing around with the coworkers while we waiting on line to pay. My 3 years old daughter crying because most of the games out of tickets. Not coming back again.
For how chaotic a 4 year old party can be it went smooth and all the kids had fun here. It does get very crowded and require some patience but it was good. Food was good too.
Tried this place before with my friend and I am obsessed since then. I like the excellent character and delicious dishes and drinks. 5 stars from me.
Pasquallys meat with chuck es cheese tasted great.
Its was fun but the food took extremely long...they mainly focus in the parties when it comes to the food ..then everyone else after..we waited more than 2 hours for 2 pizzas and wings. With me having me go to the kitchen twice, it still took long . I ended up having to put an additional time on the play cards so keep them complaining about wanting to eat
My sister loves this place and its fun and great place to celebrate special occasions
I Ordered online and when I reached the store the employees had no clue of my order. When I show them my receipt I am told the pizza will be ready in 6 minutes. When I reach home and open the boxes the pizza is raw! I paid for raw pizza.
Great fun environment.I had fun even as an adult.Tip- buy time nor points!!! Money well spent my daughter had a blast!!
Easy to see right off of Fulton Avenue servicing Hempstead and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Public Restrooms. Credit cards accepted. Great for young kids. Staff is ok.
Same ole Chuck E Cheese but with a new updated Chuck E costume
Wonderful and not too expensive when you buy the card with 1 hour
The children had a blast chuckee needs to stay out on the floor longer
We all had a great time celebrating the birthday but I have to say I was a bit disappointed. Quite a few games were broken and some were not giving tickets.
My kids had an amazing time and I loved the service provided. Jeffrey made us feel welcomed and was exceptional. I had no issues with the machines. Will definitely be coming back!
Calm. Clean. Affordable. Helpful staff. Easy to drive to location. My family had fun.
Worst experience ever. Staff is to busy on their phone. I waited almost 1 hour for my pizza and then I ordered a cake with no pic. I was very disappointed food was cold and cake was old. My sons card didnt work and they gave me an attitude. Very disappointed would never go back.
Always great place for childrens from 3 years old to up
Love going here with my niece, I actually have a good time too with her. More than our bonding, the food is decent actually
My kids love it. Not dirty like other places.
Even with the scandal I still ate the pizza. I wish they would stop cutting it so small. People have to be 16 or 18 depending on the job to work here. Its crazy how people really expect them to make food by scratch. The games are original and fun. I havent been there in years its much more different. I honestly think its a waste of time to buy for the preserved space for a birthday unless you have a big family. Theres no special treatment. Its the same thing but with cake that a regular person can still pay for. However, I had a good time even though Im a teen. Wish I could participate in more activities and games but everything is small.
Kool place an cheap workers ni e n helpful
Wonderful staff. Good time
Ok first off lets agree its for the kids... but overall the food isnt horrible the pizza isnt a Chicago deep dish or (insert favorite pizza),but its still somehow way better then )Little Caesars. The wings are not bad at all. Getting back to the point its for the kids and they will have fun when the games are working the staff do the best they can but cant hide the age of some of the games. Oh and if you want for the tickets be prepared to spend at least 15 to 30 min minimum at the ticket counters since they always break down!!! Just weigh the tickets guys just like you can figure out how many dollars by weight you cab do this with tickets please.
Great price i like the wings
Many of the game machines were not working. In one of the game where kids sit and take a picture with Chuck e cheese in a car someone dropped soda which wasnt cleaned even after I told the staff myself. I specially went to this location because it was used to be the best one but not now. I was disappointed.
The pizza is so delicious and the wings it is a fun place where kids could be a kid
Nice place to have fun with our children but very bad customer service.
Not only for kids, we/parents also enjoyed games there, food cost is little high, everything else great.
I like how Chuck e cheese has arcade, but I the pizza he reused another dos de recycle.
My kids had a great time and so did their friends
A lot of games were out of service. Some of the games that were supposed to give tickets, didn’t give them. Not enough people to fix the issues every time. Most of the ticket counters were broken. There were never enough people at the registers and lines were long. Would not recommend this location.$13 for 38 minutes of play time.
Its changed alot over the years but still fun for the kids. It took a while to get the food but besides that we were taken care of by the manager she made sure everything else went smoothly.
The place was clean and not packed. Chuck didnt do the dance when he came out to give the kids the tickets (2x)...thats the only reason they lost a star...that and they seem a bit short staffed. The unlimited timed play is pretty nice though!
Went here after reading good reviews about it. Very very disappointed. It was super crowded and lots of games weren’t working. Just to turn in the tickets it took about 45 minutes. When it came time to redeem it for prizes they had NOTHING TO OFFER unless you had 2000- 3000 tickets. Will not be coming back here.Dave and busters is way better.Oh and there was no Chuck E. Cheese walking around even tho they had the countdown for him to come out.
As expected from ant chuck e cheese establishment, kids flying all over the place and the overwhelming smell of greasy pizza, the games are geared to younger kids only so its only good till your kids are 11, if you want an all age experience go to Dave and Busters, however they have updated the systems recently making them more up to date such as adding arcade versions of popular apps such as subway surfers and having electronic cards now instead of tokens.
Tough area so theyre careful who they let in. Especially if you dont have a kid. Lots of happy young ones inside. Nice place.
I have yet to visit a Chuck E Cheese and not leave feeling utterly frustrated, which on this visit was attributable to both establishment and fellow patrons. Thankfully, no party was on-going during the visit. There of course was the usual handful of games that werent working; parents not watching their kids, and adults hogging up games, not caring about others waiting to play. But the kicker was waiting to cash out tickets; there was no line organization, and again, parents not caring, would just cut in line, and the staff was short handed. When our turn finally came, the staffer greet us with sorry, my shift just ended and everyone was just left to stand online. Well after 5 minutes of waiting passed, we finally got a manager to come and take over the counter (the other staffer that had also been working the counter went MIA in the back). I can only imagine the wait and frustration on a busy Saturday (this visit was a late Sunday afternoon).
Had a great time there not as busy as the other ones. Staff was very helpful especially Dayshawn. He is an excellent employee he was there to help if a machine was stuck he took care of it with a smile. The only thing though is it does not have as many game as some of the other Chucky Cheeses. It still even has the play tubes that you can climb in.
Long waits to trade in tickets and to get prizes. They seemed to have been understaffed. 7 machines, but only 2 wrkg.
Fun place fir children but slow food service
I like this place.. I did my daughter’s birthday party here.. it was a good experience.. the helper that was with me from start right till the party ends was very helpful.. she took care of everything.. she served my guest .. and got everything needed and in time.. I was very happy by how smoothly everything was organized and carried out..I will definitely book another party here for my second daughter.. thank you so much for all your help.. see you soon
The manager is awesome, very helpful. Lots of games for kids
Great arcade, carnival games and rides for toddlers and older!
I came here on Aug. 31 at 5:30pm for a birthday party. On a positive note, my kids had a great time. They enjoyed the games and getting the tickets and their prizes. The food was good and Camille (our server) did a good job taking care of things. On a negative note: My son fell down because he slipped on the wet floor at the beverage area, I was told by one of the workers. He scrapped his elbow pretty bad. When I asked him for a bandaid, he went to get me one. I waited and waited about 10 minutes in front of the beverage area. I noticed no “WET FLOOR” sign as a worker was mopping the area up. Finally, I got tired of waiting for the bandage so I started asking strangers for a bandage until a parent was able to give me a bandage so i can try to cover up his bleeding elbow. The worker finally came to me a while later with paper and wipes but no bandage. I am incredibly surprised that a place who’s job is to entertain children would not have a fully stocked first aid kit at all times. I didn’t even get an apology from the worker or the manager for the inconvenience. In a place surrounded with children, it is very important to have vigilant workers making sure that if something is wet that it is promptly taken cared of and at the very least immediately put a wet floor sign and close off the area to avoid injuries. The manager needs to be more aware of what is going on. I wouldn’t be surprised if the worker never informed him of this incident and if he did, the appropriate thing would have been to come and try to make things right. I hope that in the future the workers and manager could be more proactive in avoiding possible problems and also taking care of problems in a more caring way. Ps. Please get a first aid kit.... with bandages.
Went Monday night was empty and perfect
Love it now that they have one price swipes
I loved this place as a kid!
I was dreading going but my son wanted to go on his 5th birthday. So it was my husband and myself, our 7 YO, birthday boy, and our 2 YO. I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and bright. Only 1 game not working, every staff I talked to was extra helpful. And I even liked the pizza. This is not the Chuck E. Cheese of yesteryear. I highly reccomend!!
Busy large pizza no good but stuffed pizza was nice kids had a good time so good all in all
Worst. Under staff. Multiple games out of service. Then they have 8 ticket redemption machines and only 2 of them work. Disappointing
The kids have so much fun!!
The kids love it. They are going to have great time here. And also, not expensive at all. Love CEC, and happy to have one not far from us.
Great fun for kids & a perfect way to spend quality time with your family. Highly recommended!
Kids love. But machines act up a little bit but they are understanding.
Too many games out of service. Food took 1 hr to come to table.
It was fun kids enjoyed it but it was slow
This location is awesome, my daughter celebrated her 6th birthday there and she had a blast. The staff there are very friendly and helpful, my party advisor was very good to us taking care of out needs and making everyone feel welcome. The location was also very clean which is a big plus.
Broken games. Cramped space. Avoid.
Very busy and food was rely good
Horrible. It’s so small and crowded. It’s easy for your kid to get lost. It’s messy and the only thing the staff cares about is making customers order their overpriced food. The machines were all breaking and eating our tokens.
My kids had a great time, the food was pretty good and best part I didnt expent too much money.
Employees who care, clean restrooms, inexpensive.....
No to Big... But packed with Kids. Easy parking
I love this place cause its close to home friendly staff always has some type of deals going on. And my children love to come here.
We ordered several pies, and there were some slices that were not part of the pie. We brought it up to the managers attention. She tried to give an illogical explanation. However, we didnt accept it. Disgusting..... !
Worst time to go here is during the weekend. Went with my grandchildren, ages 1 & 3. Parents of older children DO NOT supervise their children. Those parents were busy paying attention to their smartphones instead of their rude children.Gave this place 2 stars for the fact that Chuck E Cheese did great & hugged one of my grandchildren when they ran up to him.I understand this establishment is for children. I do know what it’s like to be a child & having FUN. However, children above the age of 6 should be closely supervised. I DO NOT CONDONE BULLYING!Thin crust pizza was delicious. Boneless wings was too hard & dry. Wait for food was actually 40 mins.
The children I brought there had tons of fun with the games and food. They loved getting tickets to exchange for prizes. I loved the unlimited salad plate for myself. Drinks are also unlimited. Other food in non expensive, especially when using the bundled packages of play and eat. They also have birthday specials and coupons online. Make sure to check only e before you go!
This is a small chuck e cheese compared to the one in Flushing. However, it is just as busy considering the size, especially on the weekend--the place was super full! It was great to see all of the kids having fun.
Our go to place..affordable
Always great place for the kids to have fun
My son had a great birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. Our host was awesome and all the kids had a blast!
We organized. Kids love it. Very nice staff. No complaints. Place was kept clean. Recommended
Service sucks, the machines to redeem the tickets are NEVER working 6 machines and only two works.
The staff customer service was TERRIBLE. It was a Friday night and I expected a little craziness but it wasnt busy at all. I asked the manager what was the difference between time and tokens on the kiosk (to avoid the line) and she said she could better assist me at the register, yet I stood in line for 30 minutes to get tokens for my 14 month old nephew who was deeply disturbed (crying and ranting) because he didnt understand why we were waiting and he couldnt play.Half of the games took my tokens and didnt give me tickets. There was no one to call to help on the floor.I had to purchase the ball he wanted from the prize station and the girl behind the counter was on her phone while I stood and waited. When I rested my nephew on the counter (because he is heavy and I am in recovery from a torn ACL) she looked up and said he cant sit there and went back to her phone. I said I just want to purchase that ball, and she disappeared in the back.. she came back with the ball and blew it up for him. She had an attitude the entire time. The weirdest part about it is her lanyard with her name tag on it said, In training. All I could think to myself was who is training her to be like this?!?It was a disgusting horrible experience. I will NOT EVER be back!!! Horrible. This was Friday June 28th about 8pm
The pizza was good, So were the games.
A good place for kids, and good food.
Not alot for the younger kids to do. I thought there would at least be a ball Pitt like in the commercials. Best suited for ages 7 and up.
Love the customer service from the cashier. He was very helpful and kind. I love the few upgrades that were done here. The card use is so much easier than all those damn coins. Ill be returning with my niece and nephew soon.
They were very organized, they tried to keep up with the cleanliness of the place as soon as the visitors made a mess. A very safe place to take kids to have their fun to the max.
My grands loved it.
