My kids loved it even thou there wasnt many games to play but we love the pizza

Staff was very nice and helpful especially since they are only open for limited use. Pizza was not the business. You are better off paying for Little Ceasars or Dominos Pizza.

Great place. Lots of variety when it comes to the games. Not too crowded either for a Friday night. Frendly staff.

My boys love it here. The staff is nice and helpful. Chuck E comes out every time we go to dance and throw out tickets. Plenty of games to choose from but if you have toddlers, their favorite will be the train ride, the cars, and the clubhouse playground. Sometimes certain games take your credits without working. The ticket counters break down often. The place could be cleaner overall. Worth going, will definitely be back.

Used to eat there in my teens the pizza was always the bomb, still love the memories of chuckee cheeses

Dont expect world class service, or even basic service I usually just hold on to old cars and use the kiosk to renew so Im not standing in a long line at the register. Only gets two stars because of the fun it brings my boys. (even though they have developed a gambling problem)

There is always a machine broken... This time it was the picture one. I finally got my 2 year old to sit down and look to say m, cheese! And it would have been a perfect pic! But a huge white blotch came across the beautiful mommy and daughter moment.

The kids had a great time. I love the option to just purchase time verses tickets. This worked much better for this visit.

This outing was earlier in the day which allowed the family and I to enjoy the establishment with zero wait. The staff was very welcoming and engaging when machines ran out of tickets and were quick to react. The new stuff crust cheese and bacon pizza was really tasty so thank you CEC for the new option. Thank you for a great experience CEC.

We celebrated my daughters 4th birthday on Saturday 8/24/19. Our host Adrianna was more than magnificent! Ive never been so pleased with a service like I was on this day. I keep boasting to everyone about my great experience and it was truly because of our host. My friends and family thought that the host (Adrianna) was a friend of mine because she was so wonderful and treated us so well. They all thought I knew her. People like her deserve to be recognized and I hope that she receives recognition for her great work ethic, friendliness and making kids and adults feel welcome and happy.

Spent the afternoon celebrating my grandsons birthday.

I love this place for the fact that the family can come here and let loose, grandson can run free, yell and have a great time. We like the food and the atmosphere is friendly. Everyone is nice and helpful.

We had a great time and a small birthday party for my granddaughter and she loved it and felt very special. The server was on top of everything and very helpful. I felt spoiled not having to do much ! And its been a while since I have been there. It was very clean and they have so many fun food options. They have platters now and we ordered one with hot wings,fries and chicken strips. The last 2 were a hit since we had toddlers. We also got the mega bday package which included unlimited play, 2 Slices of pizza per kid, a souvenir cup with unlimited refill and a very good gift bag for each child and we ordered a cake and Chuck e cheese came out to sing Happy birthday and she also got to go into the ticket wind box which was so fun and funny watching her expression and watching her to try to grab tickets . She just turned 3 so I think she did very well. It was worth every cent for everything we got and for a no stress party. I highly recommend for a birthday!

Great place to bring a child and friends. Get the all-you-can play cards. Usually 10 USD for 30 minutes. On Wednesday you get 1hr for 15 USD. The stuffed crust pizza is thin and toasty below and very soft and cheesy at the crust. Their desert with cinnamon is great! Overall very enjoyable. P.S. bring coupons, they throw in a few extra drinks. Had a great night even as an adult while playing a few games supervising.

Kids have fun and the games seem to be changed out every six months. Chuck is still creepy to me even after thirty years since my first encounter but what can you do? LMAO!

Unorganized dont know if they were short staffed. Nobody acknowledged us while we just stood in line waiting to get stamped. We had ordered a pizza that was at least good and still hot.

Had promised my kid id take to him to CEC this weekend. We live in Mead Valley. Had gone to the corona location once and will never return place was filthy. Went to MoVal once but didnt want to deal with the mall traffic in the area. I decided to take a chance on the Hemet location. Drive there is nice. The establishment itself is super clean. The restrooms are clean. The games were clean and for the most part all operational. Have absolutely no complaints. This will be my go to CEC from now on. Staff was friendly too.

Really good service, has my sister birthday there, the thing that bothers me is that the chuck e animatronic is like broken fix it. before i came today, the last time i came was like 2-3 years ago and i went on stage and my cousin lifted chuck e cheeses foot and it was BROKEN and i came today and it STILL HAPPENED!! fix please really good place, a little small but nice i am rating this still a 5 because the animatronic foot doesnt bother but still fix so thanks and bye.

Its a Good C.E.Cheese, had alot of cool rides,games, etc. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Well maintained cleaner than some other Chuck E. Cheese that I have been to. Enjoyed a small get together for my daughter and just showed up the wait was not that bad. A good amount of games for the size. Everyone had fun.

Bathrooms were super dirty, floors are super dirty. Could use a good deep cleaning. Pizza is good, staff was out and about helping. Other then the need for good clean everything else is exceptional.

Horrible pizza! More than half the games were turned off but they still charged full price! Wont ever back!

I will say this, they do continue to add newer games. Aside from that, the overall feel of the place is one of uncleanliness. We never eat here. The biggest complaint i have is the size of the place. Its not big at all and when you get 10 or more kids in there, it gets stressful. Too many coin games where you try to get them to land on certain spots, etc. and not enough of actual kids games. Kids burn out fast here.

Such a nice environment, with staff always having a smile. This is a once in a life time experience, trust me. Now, the reason why you are reading this review: the pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and it tasted cheesy and very fresh. My kids had a bite and said they thought it was the best food they ever had. We got to see the mouse himself, Chuck E. Cheese. He brought tickets and threw them in the air. We quickly grabbed all of the tickets before anyone else could. After that, we went in the play place and it smelt good. One thing was off though: there was snot all over, but I didn’t decide to get out because my kids were in the play place. We slid down the enormous slide which felt comfy, except that I got a owwie. Once we got off the slide, we decided to play some games. I have to admit, it felt like I was gambling for a cheap price. We’ve earned about 750 tickets. My kids got all of the air heads with the tickets, and I got nothing. Once we left, my kids ate almost all of the air heads, and there were I think about 75 pieces to 125. They had a sugar rush, but I didn’t care because I was driving. Overall, I highly recommend this place to waste all of your money and have lots of fun! ️

This is absolutely discusting they recycle their pizza... the mouse is so creppy and the service is HORRIBLE the staff is so unfriendly and rude i would not recommend going...

This place needs new management, it’s like the guys working here are just chillen here. We were here for over an hour and a half and did NOT see ONE person clean up tables. I had to clean up the table for my wife and the kids, trash all over the floor. People had a party before us left their trash sat there the whole time we were eating there and the kid that was supposed to be cleaning the tables was playing with the bucket of bubbles. Horrible Horrible customer service. San Bernardino is cleaner then this. Next time we will take our business elsewhere. Only good thing about this visit was the young girl at the front made sure my daughter was mine. I was testing to see if they’d let me just walk out with my little girl. She didn’t let me until she checked our numbers matched. Other then that this place is a nasty cesspool of germs

My kids love to come to this place because DUH! The games alone are good to keep them entertained for a long while. The food is surprisingly good, including the all-you-can-eat salad bar. The place is relatively clean, especially with so many little germ factories running around at all times. With the exception of one or two games, all of them seem to be operational whenever we go there. I love that they update the games periodically, which makes it fun for the kids. I see myself coming back to this one quite a few more times.

Chuck E. Cheeses is great for the little ones. I can understand the allure but the night we went to celebrate my granddaughters birthday was insanely crowded. The adults were rude and disrespectful (parents of children) but I will say the employees were nice and apologetic for things that went wrong and were quick to set things right. Personally, I will not ever go back.By the way... Do they recycle their pizzas??? Im not saying lol.

Horrible time. Salad bar closed 30 mins after we paid for it. So we only got one tiny plate of salad. Games dont work. We are never back. Sad.

We had a great time with the kids! The earlier you go the less people you will find after 1pm is almost crowded on a saturday. Great place to take your kids to play and eat pizza!

Its kind of disgusting that when the chucky comes out at those tickets to the kids they throw maybe 50 tickets at the most for a group of kids that is disgusting youre prices that you charge you can afford more than 50 cents a trip out there may I suggest you throw like 500 thats like $5 are you that cheap that you cant spend $5 on a group of kids

The experience was pretty good. The place was filled with kids (as expected), but I felt bad for the staff because it seems like they needed a few more employees there to help. For instance, the manager had a bucket for cleaning the tables. Other than that, I loved going here.

It was great. Everything worked my kids had fun.

Been here twice in the last 3 months. First time was cool. Everything worked good and all. Last time some games werent working correctly. When their mascot came out I had my son follow and told him to be ready. Bunch of bigger kids were near by. And instead of just handing the little bite size air heads, just threw them up. The bigger kids got 3+ each. My son didnt get a single one and started crying. Then had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to ticket counter to use tickets to get the air heads. We will return only because my son likes chuck e cheese, but might start looking for one out of town where the customers are a little more respectful

I love how Chuck E Cheese stamps your party upon arrival and checks it when leaving. This helps relieve a lot of stress in case your little ones get out of sight especially on the more busy times. The games offered do appeal to all ages and are modern. The tube play tunnels are very nice to have especially during the hot heat of summer or during frosty times in the winter and any day that it rains.

My son loves this place of course however they cap the ticket out put so it doesnt pay out all that good.

Its Chuck E. Cheese... Theres kids screaming and playing arcade games... But the food is better than you remember and they have MORE than just Pizza, including a Yummy salad bar. We booked a Birthday Party this last visit for a 3 year old party with a few Family and friends... Daniella was An AMAZING hostess and Chuck E. Was the Star of the show. We had a Great Celebration and the time was super enjoyable! I reccomend this Chuck E Cheese, we have not had a bad exoerience here!

Its changed a lot over the years, its not to bad but not to great. Employees where nice. Restroom was a mess when I went in. Still an okay place to take the kids to have some fun.

I have never been to this location but have had my fair share of Chuck E. Cheese birthday partys at others its fun and a great place to go for familys! Food is also pretty good my only word of advise is to keep the bums and drug users off the property!!!! I notice they hang out towards the back of the restaurant across the way from Mc Donalds. Who knows if there child molesters or not I find it really weird they hang out there of all places....>:(

So I’ve been going to this chucky cheese since I was 5 now 18 and with a baby of my own it was definitely different the games of course so fun ! Love the new cards instead of tokens ! But when it came down to chucky he came out did his dance threw the tokens the second he was finished he walked away.. a few kids wanting to take pics and say hi he was already half way to the door .... I wanted my daughter to take a pic with him but jeez you guys need a new chucky ....or he can definitely be more involved with the kids, other than that my daughter had fun !

Oh my God... where to start, first we get there and theres tables available but havent been cleaned up so my four kids husband and myself wait on a table to be cleaned but no one came. I went to ask the kid at the cashier if he can send someone but no one ever showed up. Finally a lady that was on the table next to ours must of felt bad for us so she went and asked for help but still no one ever came. After a while this lady (complete stranger) starts cleaning the very, very dirty full of food and trash table so we could sit down cause my baby was getting frustrated. I proceeded to clean it as well. I then go and get someone from the kitchen to come and at least wipe it down. I told her what happened she apologized and that was that... (so I thought) no food so I went to get salad from the salad bar because pizza was taking long BUT salad bar was half empty, there was only enough greens for a very small salad... no cheese, no croutons and many other things were missing plus all the ice on bottom of the containers to keep the food fresh was ALL melted, so there was water everywhere even inside the Containers. By this time im fed up cause I saw a girl in the kitchen just leaning talking to another girl meanwhile theyre saying that theyre understaffed, but anytime I saw someone outside the kitchen or finally cleaning a table they were super slow... I mean cmon these kids look like theyre counting invisible stars like cmon and move like you appreciate your job. So finally I tell the guy that I know its not his fault but that it doesnt look like the place is understaffed as he claimed, it just looks like they work VERY VERY slow so I would want a refund so I can go somewhere else. He tells me hell go get the manager to do the refund. Well this lady comes out from the kitchen looking so upset and the whole time shes doing the refund not one word and never even made eye contact WHAT SO EVER till finally I asked if she was the manager ( cause I just couldnt believe it) then she FINALLY looks at me and says yes... I proceed to tell her that I couldnt believe not ONCE did she make eye contact or even Apologized for the inconvenience and she replied with (I dont have to, im busy back there) wow lol I cant believe someone promoted this girl to manager. How unprofessional... I took my service to mega bites instead and my goodness... this place is not a chain well known like chuck e cheese yet their customer service was on point and that were fast with cleaning tables and bringing our food.... chuck e cheese in hemet???? NEVER AGAIN better believe I will be calling corporate to take my complaint further.... Ive been in the management business for years so I always follow through with letting corporates know how their employees are representing them. I wont give managers name here but regal corporate will know who this unprofessional manager is.

Our experience today was absolutely horrible at this location! At first was a misunderstanding on the price of Chuck-E-Cheese kids cup after we already purchased them in the general manager gave us a really big hassle. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. send it took like 45 minutes for us to get our food served to us we literally had to stand up walk over to them and remind them for them to bring it to us. After that we end up leaving the location only to find outdoor particles of some kind in my childrens cotton candy as well as my cotton candy. It seemed to be some kind of sticker off an outdoor weed or tons of little splinters off a piece of wood. I have no idea how something like that would be able to get into professional food Services product but we have to throw it away when we got home after noticing it and nobody is answering their phone so they can take my complaint. Go to Temecula or somewhere else trust me this place is horrible

Not sure when or why they change on how they make the food. But the pizza and the cheesy bread is way too thin for me. I liked the way they did it before.

I got a salad bar and my experience was terrible. The dressing tasted rotten and the parmesan cheese was as hard as a rock. The pizza was great as usual and the games were a blast. But never again will i order a salad again.

The pizza was the best so far of any yet they are poorly managed. She was busy trying to leave with her pizzas. Chuck E threw tickets and walked off.

This is my husbands cell. Because Yesterday I went with my daughter to have a nice time but I finish not very well I do not know at what moment I shut up or left my cell phone and they did not return it, in few words my cell phone was stolen.
