We stayed here over a long weekend and enjoyed the quick getaway from the house. We had a pull-through that easily fit our rig and towed. The width of the slot was nice too, making the space feel very open. Hook-ups went without a hitch and we did not have any power issues. The gate guards were very nice. We will definitely be back.

Very nice RV resort! We stayed NYE 2019 and couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The other residents were very nice as we walked around the park. The park is secured by a security guard. This is a great resort, whether you are a snow bird looking to flee the cold or passing through the area like us. Highly recommended!!

We have stayed here on 2 or 3 separate occasions and everything was too notch. This experience, not so much. Landscape was very overgrown and there appeared to be only one person working in that capacity. Now I know that covid-19 may have something to do with a cutback in staff, so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt. Secondly, they had us in a spot that barely and I mean barely fit our 40 motor coach. I was right up to the street with the nose and my rear was actually a little in the space behind me. Thirdly, they have very few trash cans around the park and curbside pick up is just 2 days a week. Again, Ill write that off to a lack of manpower at this time. The park was my no means crowded and I should have had them move us to a pull through. My bad! Upon arrival, it took the guard a full ten minutes to get the attention of the office staff so he could verify our reservation, again, Im sure its due to a lack of staff. Hopefully they continue to bring on more staff and the park will be nice again. We will come back and visit another time. The staff that was there were very friendly and I believe they are having a small 4th of July party for their guest.

Perfect location. Lovely resort. A lot of friendly folk. Lots of great activities are offered.Sadly, participation for sand volleyball was by invitation only & very cliquey. Sign up for Water volley ball was @ 7a.m. & restricted to only a few mediocre players. Will we return? Will the players graduate from a junior high mentality to a more inclusive game? Stay tuned....

Our new trailer was damaged by a copper pipe fitting that flew over the park’s concrete barrier. Management told us our insurance would need to take care of it. If we had caused or were careless we would agree. However, we parked where we were assigned and assumed we were safe. The traffic noise was excessive, too...drag racing every night and sirens by day. Be aware, the road side in the back of the park is dangerous and they do not take responsibility for damages caused to your property. Management was not helpful, but rather rude. The power bill was also outrageous ($387) when we asked for clarification they refunded one of two charges taken from our bank account during our month stay. We were also called rude for asking to see the bill. Most of the office staff was pleasant as well as the gate guards. Our neighbors were also great, but many had the same concerns as us. Luckily, were able to move to a quiet rv park away from Hemet.

It is a very nice extra to have for current guests.

This park may not before everyone. Its a beautiful park with excellent amenities. However, the seems to be a great deal of personal discretion on how park rules (which seem to have a lot of grey) are applied. Also, the park takes a cut from everything sold inside the park. So, while we understand the park needs to make money, some charges seem churlish and money grabbing.

I have stayed there for a year and have now left. Most RV Parks offer an Off Season rate and a On Season rate, not this place. You pay a high price for not only a site but also for Electric. Saying they cater to the Canadians would be an understatement. They turned off the electric at least 3 times in the middle of Summer when it was over 100 F for maintenance. The water also. Washers and dryers are terrible, takes all day to wash and dry, better to go next door. Have seen people wash their clothes and dogs in the shower. There are thieves that hop the fence and steal bikes or break in storage containers. Not only did they raise the rent $60.00, but also charge $60.00 PER dog PER month. For Hemet? This is not lake Tahoe or the beach. Seen alot of loose dogs there. There are alot of rules of which they dont enforce and some that they seem to make up as the day goes. There is no AED in the Gym, so dont drop dead there. There is 2 gates, but the back one is locked, great exit plan if there is a fire. Look at these pics as they claim no rigs over 10 years old allowed there. These are Park models that should be removed. And this is supposed to be a major resort? I would not recommend this place unless you have deep pockets. Most of the folks there are friendly, management isnt.

We just got here and oh my gosh. The check in staff was wonderful. We had a little problem from the internet booking. They did not take 3 minutes to correct it. They recommend calling them direct. The pools are heated and the jacuzzis ( yes two of them are real hot). But at night get during the winter get home fast. It gets cold out here. This is my first time and I have no idea what I am doing. The grounds keepers saved my and stopped to help.We will be back regularly. And the have concerts. They can be expensive. But, I have not been to one yet. Going to the new years one.The grounds are real nice. The activity area is large. And the showers and the mens restroom was very clean.A few ideas for activities. Dinner club, night time pool party during the winter (You will need propane heaters around the pool for that one), pool volleyball tournament, park walking club, table tennis tournament. But, you may already have these during peak season. There are some good food around the park. The Sizzlers was very good for my first night.A little note not about the park. The internet answers seem cookie plate. Very similar each time.

We stayed here for nearly 4 months prior to going on a 6 month journey across country. We liked our stay for the most part. We would love to have more space choices with shade trees as it can get extremely hot out in Hemet. I love the dog parks; one on each corner of the large RV park. So, prior to our leaving on our cross country journey, this happened: I thought I should get the new federal ID called “THE REAL ID” that everyone has to have by October 2020 before leaving on our journey. I went into the DMV and they gave me a list of the documents I needed to have in order to attain this. Proof of residency at a specific address was one of the items. (A post office box was not acceptable). The girl in the office at Golden Village Palms would not give me any paperwork with my name on it showing I was a resident. The contract showed my boyfriend as being the resident but I was not listed. I explained to her nicely in every way I knew how that this was mandatory in order to get the real ID. She got extremely irritated with me and told me absolutely no… Their policy does not allow for two people to be on the contract. Without giving further details of the horrible ordeal it turned into, I walked out of the office with nothing to prove that I lived at this address. We just got back from our six month journey and my birthday is coming up next month which means that I HAVE TO GET MY REAL ID before then. My boyfriend and I just walked into the office at Golden Village Palms and explained the situation to Josh. This guy could not have been more understanding and helpful. He went out of his way to be sure that both of our names were on the contract and gave me a copy so that I could take it to the DMV. He also checked all available sites for us to be sure that we were happy with which site we were going to be having. We had several other questions for him that he answered politely and Knowledgeably. He was so kind, considerate and helpful and seriously made our visit very pleasant. I can’t thank you enough for having an amazing employee such as him. We both walked out with smiles on our faces. THANK YOU JOSH!You are wonderful!

NOT KID FRIENDLY. We stayed here for 3 nights with a few families. We were made very aware of the rules at check-in. The kids are not allowed anywhere except at your camp site and in the pool, and only with supervision. The kids cannot use any other amenities. The kids are only allowed to ride bikes if an adult (21yrs+) is with them...this includes at your campsite. Oh, and the pool. NO JUMPING. Im not talking about running and cannonball style. Im talking about standing on the edge and jumping in. You must enter the pool via the steps. And the pools were very dirty. Since we had already paid and were committed to staying, we were on our kids about keeping the rules the best we could. Still, the old people to who live here complained about the kids. They even accused our kids of climbing a tiny orange tree! NO WAY IN HELL our kids were climbing an unkempt orange tree full of thorns and pencil thin branches. Since the kids arent allowed to do anything, I would suggest a discounted rate. Absolutely ridiculous that youd be paying full price and not allowed to do anything. We will never stay here again. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!

I wouldnt want my ex in-laws to stay here, and they were worse than my ex-wife. The girls in the office have won the Its not my job award on numerous occasions. They are rude, inconsiderate, and just plain nasty. They wont even go get your mail if the mail lady takes the day off or is late coming in to work. The mail lady is really the only one besides the gate guards that are actually considerate, friendly, and go above and beyond every day. They made me prove my disability, prove that my (large breed) mobility service dog was actually a mobility service dog, and threatened to tow my truck if I were to park in a handicapped space because I am too young to have or need any of these things. They violated my civil rights as a human being and under the federal ADA laws. They lied about it too saying they have the legal right to make me prove my dog and myself as legally disabled. The place is so incredibly loud. Sirens all the time and really loud traffic. You would almost thing there is a drag strip near by. Thats exactly it, the locals use the streets around the park as their own local drag strips. There is a fire station and an AMR ambulance station right next door. The fire station I swear is the busiest I have ever known. Sirens all the time!People jump the walls and gates all the time and steal or use the showers and bathrooms here. We have caught them so this comes from personal experience. A tree fell over on our site. Two weeks after telling them about it, it was still there at the front of the site waiting to be removed. I finally had to get rid of it myself. When I complained about my neighbors constantly barking and unattended (outside) chihuahua, I was told there was nothing they could do because it was a service dog . . . . .WTF???? Are you kidding me?The wi-fi is horrible and mostly doesnt work. Had to use cell phones as much as we could or go to somewhere else with wi-fi available. The new laundry room has a ton of issues since updating to credit card only. It only works when the wi-fi works, and the wi-fi rarely works.....Their rules are very fluid though. It seems they only enforce them if you are too young. We were clearly held to a different standard than that of the other residents. My wife and I are not trouble either. We are both professionals that have the ability to live on the road full-time and move every couple of months to experience somewhere new. I believe that if you are over the age of about 60, you will be just fine here. However, the opposite holds true if you are younger than 50. This place has problems and I am surprised they havent been taken to court. Nuff said!
