A very good, well maintained 55 and over,mobile home park with good landscaping and beautiful greens for golf. Most residents are respectful and friendly. Of course there are a few crud mudgeons, but they are in every barrel, right?. Still a very nice place.

Certainly not the worst in Hemet. But thats a helluva way to start a review.

Colonial Golf & Country Club is a nice quiet place w/good people living there. The pool is the bomb! Very well made. This atmosphere works because of the way management has it set up.

Too expensive. Horrible management. Lame golf course. If you love rules and more rules youve come to the right place. Mobiles are 40-50 yrs old, but hey they call it a country club LOL. There are better places in town and less intrusive to your personal business.

Great mobile home park for seniors. Had relatives and friends live there. Many really great perks for those who live there or visit family or friends.

They charge too much especially a chofis a 699 plus your space rent plus how much ever your payments are on your mobile home and you buy one. Not a good place to buy a mobile app nice-looking Park but not worth it

I go to clean a gentlemans house. All the mobiles are clean, everything is neat and tidy. The people are friendly.

Lived here for 3 years. Moved in because of the golf course and the vision of playing free every day. Boy what a mistake. The course looks more like the Sahara Desert than a golf course. When you complain, nothing, they dont care. Any issue you have, they dont care. Ive been told the golf course was going to get better 3 years ago. Hello, still waiting. Its a joke. Plus they want to charge you more for living on the so called course and having a view. What view? Weeds,dead grass and dirt. They charge the homeowners for a new pump to water and they still cant get it right. Theyre are several other choices you can make before choosing to live here, take it! The rent is $200 cheaper. The management here sucks. All about the money, dont buy here.

I wouldnt buy there if you have a dog because you cant take your dog for its necessary daily walks.

When I bought the sales man then did not disclosure many bad things about this house, including prior flooding. They new it has flooded I found out shortly with very expensive fixes. New sub floors! New bathroom floors. New this and new thats. Super High rent increases yearly. They added $18 a month for the half butt street coating they did, to our rent. Plus increase the rent $5 wth?? Pricing us out. The park is nice but just to expensive for a senior park in hemet. I just spent $7000 for all new plywood and shingles, a new roof. All the wood was rotted. There was no permit for the roof over roof prior to me buying. It was installed wrong. 1 year into living here my heater was condemned. Cost of replacement is $4000 So!!! Be warned of as is. It means your buying a piece of junk. I am hoping I can get my money back and get out of this over priced place.

The homes are kept emasculate and all the grounds from all corners are kept emasculate as well.. Im guessing its one of some places thats affordable to live being 55 yrs and older...

It has everything. Monday bingo, pool and spa, pool tables, friendly people! My parents love it.
