Here is an idea.... Maybe say something along the lines of “Hi, how are you tonight?” before you jump right to, “I need to see your ID” to someone who has grey hair in their full grown beard. I understand that you want to ensure your patrons are of age. As you should. But to suffer your customer service for it is absurd. Guy with the long hair and hat > Lady I’ve never seen before who is about 45, shoulder length hair. If you find her when you come in here, be ready to be less than impressed. She sucks. Probably won’t come back.
