This is a great space. Beautiful light, clean spaces. Easy parking. Great management.

I was there to meet with Cherise Rollins, to purchase pillows through her company called ISPACI Her studio space was so cute, fresh and alive. I picked up some designer pillows for my place, it really brought out ambiance, delicious living, style and fashion. If youre looking to give your home, apartment office a high fashion look... This is a great facility for artists. Not only are there small Studios for the artist to work in individually but there is a great meeting space in the center to display work or meets with clients. There is also an outside work area. The bathrooms are nice and the facility is very clean there is on-site parking.

Its Affordable, it has a common place to relax n get inspired.

Literally a work in progress. A massive space with great light and lots of little cubby holes with many different artists many different types and talents. A friendly less intimidating crowd than say you find north of Wilshire but for what its worth I personally was not inspired by much of the artwork. That of course is always objective and this should prove to be a neat space with pretty convenient parking after hours

I went to an open studio day...had a great time meeting the artists and looking at the studio spaces still available for rent...

This Artist incubator has more Artists per square foot than any other location in Los Angeles! NO HOURS ARE POSTED BECAUSE IT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC BY APPOINTMENT ONLY OR DURING PUBLISHED ART FAIRS.
