I had a special request for a pizza and it was great. Good food and a great time with the games!

Not the place for familys on a tight budget. Pizza was not all that good. The staff on the other hand were very nice and helpful. They made you feel welcome and kids safety is first with them. I liked that a lot. The salad bar was worth every penny and was fresh. Would love to go there more but just cant afford it...

We always enjoy taking our son. Its not something we can afford on a regular basis, but he loves all the games and prizes, and the pizza is pretty good too. Especially the cheese and bacon stuffed crust! Its good family fun time! And we really like that you can buy an hour play pass, pause it to eat, then keep playing without losing any time.

Pizza was good . The ticket machines are a bit rusted . Overall a good family experience.Recommend it to families with young children. Safe place to eat and play .

The cheese pizza has an exceptional taste!

The staff here make this place extra fun, especially for us grown ups! They were kind, patient and helpful. Games were properly working, tickets abundant. We purchased 60 minutes of playing time for each 6 year old, and they were content.

My youngest son had his birthday party there. We had a wonderful time. He really enjoyed himself. He even took a picture with Chuck E. Cheese.

I love this place and small parking lot small but you can order your pieces online and still be able to go and drive up to the drive-thru at pick him up great idea.

I went there for my niece bday party. The staff was nice the place was clean and most of all the kids had fun. One funny thing though Chuck E Cheese him or herself seemed to be a little not interested in the environment but hey I dont blame them. Overall good place nice vibes.

It was a clean place yo eat and play games. The selection of games was not terrible but more geared towards children level than adults, around the age of 10 to 15 would probably be the best age group in my opinion. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and it was very good. Gooey cheese and lots of pepperoni. For 2 adults and 2 children they have packages available but look to spend around 50 bucks for a couple of hours of fun

We all had a good time, except employee didnt bother tellin ur the deal of the day so we paid full price instead of him givin us that deal, which we had no clue bout cause its not advertised in the front, its by the drink machines after we paid for it, its the employees job to ensure the customers know bout these things, keep them happy enough to keep comin back

Pizza was pretty good. Employees were friendly and helpful. Games were fun. We went on a sat prolly wont do that ever again! It was soo crowded!

Pizza was ok, salad bar was fresh but small, all the games use a pre-paid card for a certain amount of minnutes in place of tokens or money........ Its a legal scam on the games for kids and 300 tickets dont give very much for your money..... They dont even have a Chucky that comes out for the kids to walk around with!!!! Chucky Cheese sucks big time!!!!! Dont waste your money there!!!!

So neat and clean. The staff is super friendly. We had gone to another location a couple months before and had a really bad experience, so I was really hesitant to try again, but when my daughter asked today I figured we give it another try since we the other one was in another city and state. Im glad we did. We really enjoyed it. We will be back. Thanks to the staff for the great food and service.

Had a wonderful time the other day at Chuck E Cheeses. It was larger than the one that we went to in Jackson, and the staff was very accommodating. We needed a place for our sons birthday party and they delivered very graciously! We were told that we could have it at Kids Rule in Hattiesburg and then we were told that we couldnt. So, we needed a place fast and they delivered no problem! Our son had a wonderful time. Thank you for making our day!

I take my son here every year on his birthday and sometimes when he just asks to go and Ill take him. Usually we have a great experience but today the staff was very rude and I felt down right uncomfortable. I ordered a salad from the salad bar and didnt receive the usual plate for it, so I got one of the plates I was given and went to the salad bar a worker stopped me and says did u pay for the salad bar(rudely) I of course said yes I did she gave me a bowl but I could hear them in he back discussing me I will not be back to this one in Hattiesburg mall!!!

So fun. So many awesome games for the little ones. My girls had a blast and our twins will have even more fun when we bring them. It was me and my girls night tonight. We had a blast. The pizza was ok for a kiddo place. But it was the cheapest we could get for the 3 of us. Then we each got 2 hrs of play time. Continuance play time for 30 dollars each. We was only able to pause once which should be 2 times of pause. I know some people have bladder issues but dont want to spend 5 min of their play time in the bathroom. Maybe unlimited pause time. So if yall just want to go for the play time, each card is 1 dollar, each wrist band is about 8 bucks, but you can always reuse the cards and bands, and then reload more time to your card. I have to say I love arcades and wish their was a tad better games to play, the coin pusher games only give one coin each swipe and when you knock more down you dont get those back. They dont really give a lot of tickets at any games. I played 1 game for about an hr and got about 550 tickets. I wish they would release more tickets to be honest. But the overall experience was awesome. Def recommend if you have nothing to do and some money to spend. 39 bucks for 2 hrs really isnt that bad.

Nice staff. They put on the chuck e costume for our kids even in the middle of a storm and we were the only small group there. Thank you Chuck e cheeses of Hattiesburg!

I will be going on Thursday for my grandsons first birthday although we are not having his birthday there this year because we have like 80 people coming so we will be having it at our home. I will definitely be back to leave a review after since I have been to numerous Chuck E. Cheeses on the Eastern seaboard. I have also hosted at least 7 of my kids various birthday parties at several different CECs. I so hope it is a great one with attention to detail!!

Too expensive to visit regularly. I take at least 2 kids everywhere with me. I can feed them till they are full at Gatti Towne and let them play better games. All for the same amount. But here I have to plan to bring them to eat afterwards.

As other reviewers said it was small and the staff is very not very attentive. Additionally there is no Chuck E Cheese, just a robot. That really sucks for kids that are looking forward to seeing him. What makes it worse is they play the sound like he is coming out but he never does. I have been there 4 times over the last two weeks and they have not fixed one machine that has been broken, this shows lack of concern for their equipment and lack of concern for making the best experience possible for the customer. Chuck E Cheese in general is a great place for kids but this one is definitely at the bottom of the barrel.

Fairly decent experience. Too expensive. Not enough games to kid ratio. Kids had fun but had to wait for a long time to play games. And pizza wasnt cold but it wasnt hot either.
