Great facility, clean place, and great pool especially. The sauna in the womens room has a busted dial but still works and its not open 24 hours which interferes with my night shift schedule, but other than that, its great.

Everybody loves this place as a whole lot of sports activity are available here. Its for fitness, its for workout. No Payne....No Gain, Thats the mantra here. It is the fitness center for The University of Southern Mississippi.

Very good apparatus

Awesome place with good facilities but my opinion is that it is smaller than it should be to accommodate all sports at same time. Badminton, volleyball, basketball and also for few events, all on one floor. One has to compromise to let other play.

Good space, the track is usually nice and cool, perfect for a cool down walk post workout.

The Payne Center is great for students but with all the students hanging out there is not enough privacy for me. Seems like more of a hangout spot for students instead of a gym.

Payne center is good if you are a usm student, but the early bird part of me wishes it were open 24 hours a day instead.

Good place for some exercise and sports.

Great facility and envorinment. The trainers and other staff are all friendly. But if you arent connected to USM somehow you wont be able to experience it. One of the biggest things I dislike about the payne is there is no powerlifting allowed. Other than that great gym.
