Ive been living in this mobile home park for about 3 1/2 years, and for the most part, its been very nice. However, the lot rent has increased twice! Also, beginning this month, October 2020, theyve tacked on $15 extra for trash pickup, which, in my opinion, is too much. There are at least 150 mobile homes, so do the math. It seems like that should be well more than enough to empty the dumpsters once week. Im not sure, they could be dumped twice a week. Anyhow, the environment is nice. I dont really care for all of the dogs that are not with someone, but so far, no one in my family or anyone I know has been bitten. Overall, Bellecrest Mobile Park is a nice place to live.
Seemingly very quiet area. A family member recently bought a trailer here and I helped them move in. I havent been here for more than a few hours but if its the way it seems as it was then its a very good setting for a young families first endeavour.
Hey jojo. Did you ever think it might have been workers that was working on the home prior to you purchasing this home? I have known people to do this, to save on a hotel bill. Did you see power tools and things like that. You are probably jumping the gun.
Nice quiet neighborhood
A Royal experience. Definately one of the largest parks in this Almighty area.
Quiet place, just needs tidying up a little

Well I got a lot to inform yall about this up standing mobile home park Michael Brown was a renter for 8 years and the last 3 years his mobile home was took from him for no reason other than standing up on whats the true and that is they will take Everything you got your home so make sure you keep your receipts from the modern management because he will take your lot rent for himself Dennis Pearson is a profile he shoughts be around children keep your kids inside I got proof check your mailboxes for a letter from me his last name is not his name he took everything us and slander our name everywhere he will not get away with it I will make sir Mr Mike get paid back everything that was taken especially his good name and drugs and thefts are still there and were lost it all his place in a nurseing home and homeless the true and nothing but true
Hole in the wall. Trashy, dangerous place. Law Enforcement is there regularly.
Having only lived here for a month now I can only speak for the current manager, Dennis Parsons. So far I have no complaints. He has been very attentive and helpful. We bought a used mobile home in an as is condition and Dennis as went above board in providing help, materials and services. I have read where the other manager was not as helpful and as usual Dennis will be blamed for their actions albeit unfair. I have lived in one other mobile home park and owned several houses in good neighborhoods and even there you have some people who cause problems. I believe from what I have seen Dennis is trying hard within the law to weed out any problem people and make this an even better place to live. My oldest son has even purchased a home here and is satisfied with Dennis. I would recommend Bellecrest MHV to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet place to live.
Bad service rude management
