This is an excellent course, especially for the price. Where I live in Louisiana, you wouldn’t get anything near this quality of a golf course for that price ($48). The staff is extremely courteous. I look forward to coming back and playing. They also informed me that it is only $60 for 2 golfers to play M-Th. Thanks again for the great experience and I will see you soon.

I am a college student who happens to be an avid golfer. I was on the search for a good golf course in Hattiesburg. I found an amazing one. Shadow Ridge is right off of 98 and easy to find. They have an amazing driving range and offer plenty of golf balls for a reasonable $12. The course is emasculate. wonderful fairways and magnificent greens. Absolutely gorgeous. All of the staff are friendly and eager to help. I found my main golf course.

Everything you want in a golf course if you like membership. The best clubhouse food from Mike and Gail. I would live at the clubhouse if they had rooms.

My son and I love the convenience of Shadow Ridge. If you have not had something cooked-fresh from the Pro Shop Cafe, you may be missing the best burgers, poboys and onion rings in the Hub City area!

Hi thank you for the wonderful round of golf I enjoyed. It is always great to play at a well tended course. The greens were in excellent condition, the fairways might be tight and challenging they were also well tended. I do have some suggestions and they are the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. First the t-boxes could use some color. I could not tell what color tee I was at. If I had not connected with a gentleman in the beginning I would have been lost. That also goes for the connections to each hole. Some paths were easy to follow while others were not. Also some signs of warning to let cart riders know to go left or right of the green. Baring the fact that I had depended on Harold I totally enjoyed the course. The holes were gorgeous and extremely fun to play.

I walked through the woods for 3 hours till I stumbled across this place, a certain water cooler has a precious place in my heart now.

Good course. Can be challenging for a beginner. Only real problem I have is while most of the parts of the fairways are maintained, there are problems where its always muddy, even without rain for a week or two. Sand gets muddy as well, and like someone said before me, the tee boxes could use a bit more color. Overall, one of the most challenging courses Ive ever played.

This is a fairly challenging course for a novice. The fairways are narrow and surrounded by thick pines, but it makes for good consistency practice. There’s nothing like losing most of your balls to make you reconsider your technique. If you’re looking for a more forgiving course, I’d recommend pine creek, but shadow ridge is a nice challenge.

Love this place, its my go to course in Hattiesburg. Great service and good prices. A few of the greens have sand spots on them but its nothing too bad. Overall a great value.

I was stationed at Camp Shelby back in 05 as an instructor and played this course almost 3 times a week and loved playing there every time. Challenges to every hole and my favorite was #6. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Recommend if you are in the area stop in and give this course a turn you wont be disappointed.

I love playing this course. It has some very unique holes as well as easy holes and some very difficult ones. Every time I visit my son I play this course at least twice and then if I have time I will play it 4 or 5 times. I enjoy the staff and feel that this course has a lot to offer the golfer. This course is in very good shape.

Hands down the best golf club in Hattiesburg, MS. The course is well maintained and the carts are always cleaned up ready to go. Also a perfect place to drop by and hit a few range balls. Definitely worth a visit if ever in the Hattiesburg area. No membership needed, all are welcomed!
