Im not sure whats going on at Michaels lately but it has been my goto place for custom framing. I get a lot of stuff framed and have always been very happy with them. For the past month I cant ever find an employee any more. I called ahead today to make sure someone was working in custom frames and was told they were. I drove over and no one was on the sales floor. I walked the floor three times after setting my items down to be framed at the counter in back, all the lights were off in the frame shop. I asked one of the cashiers if anyone was back there to help and I was told no. How do you run a bisness like this? I understand most people come in to look around and shop a bit but some of us do need a hand and I need to find a new place to have items framed.

Like when I go to a store it always mean Im coming to spend my hard earned cash but me and my nieces was being watched is what we noticed went to purchase red glittered vinyl.

My only complaint is that once I go in, I have such a hard time pulling myself out!! Everything looks so inviting and begse to bring it home

I always enjoy my visits at this store. The staff is friendly. The prices are usually reasonable enough that whatever sales they have going on make them feel like an actual deal. They never fuss about giving me my teachers discount. Everything always looks neatly organized.

Helpful staff and you can find just about whatever your little artistic heart desires.

They had a lot of nice stuff. Their prices are a little on the high side. For example, the bernart 8mm 300 yard yarn was 7 something, you can get that exact same roll at Wal-Mart for 3 something. Kinda pricey, like I said but if you are looking for something really unique, you can probably get it there. And; unlike Hobby Lobby they are open on Sundays until 7pm. Happy crafting!

I always enjoy going to this store for all my crafting needs and not to mention all the cute little knick knacks I am able to get. I always come here to get gifts for my friends on their birthdays or whatever. I was looking for something and a very polite staff member asked if I needed any help and guided me. Wonderful as always. I saw a lady using a new type of yarn without a hook at the Front Porch restaurant. I just had to try this new way to crochet. They had loads if it at Michaels. I just had to get some to make my great granddaughter ( the princess ) a blanket.

This michales is hands down one of the best organized and well arranged stores Ive been into.

If they dont have it I can order it via computer and pick it up. Workers are very willing to help me find things and I can spend hours in this store.

Gave my kids a hassle about using the coupon on my phone. (They dont have phones.) They were buying things for themselves with their allowances. Shouldve been able to use it. Went to hobby lobby instead. Wont go back.

Clean, good selection

Their prices are a bit higher than larger stores like Hobby Lobby or Walmart, but they have a great selection that makes it easy to find what you are looking for without being overwhelmed and if you plan your visits right they sometimes have really good sales, especially for seasonal items.

Michaels is always a very clean store, with really nice workers. One problem....the store is always hot. Need to cool it down in there seriously.

Had to pick up some craft things for my Vacation Bible school class. Staff helped me and even showed me the things that were on sale. Great service.

Its not as complete a craft store as it once was. Less stock in the needlework department especially, but the employees are friendly and helpful. They accept competitors coupons. Free Wi-Fi and have online ordering for same day in store pick up.

They have very good selection. I went for art supplies and they have everything! Lots of pencils, markers, paints, pens, paper, and canvases. They also have fabric, arts and crafts, home decor, baking stuff, scrapbooking supplies, and much more! I would definitely recommend going.

Clean store, prices are clearly marked, excellent selection, friendly helpful sales people. Need hollowness decorations for the house now is the time to go to Micaels they have alot of neat stuff and alot of the items are already reduced. Happy shopping..

Very clean store. Didnt have time to really look around, seeing as were there for one thing and they were about to close. But we paid like 30 and some change bucks for a diamond art, and 4 different ty baby things. They were having a sale. As well we also got a printed out 40% off coupon from them. Normal craft store.

My only complaint is that the store isn’t larger!Great humans working there! Clean store, wide variety of craft supplies.

The ppl here were great. Because it was sooo hooottt outside, I brought puppy in the store where it was cool. The ladies told us not to worry they was NOT going to ask us to leave. The suggestion was to put her, GIGI, in the buggy and let ride and look around. We has her wrapped up in her blanket.

The employees was not knowledgeable and was not very professional ammas very rude to time that we was leaving the turn the lights out on us let us know the store was closedthen we could not get the discounts that we was supposed to get because they didnt have it accurate employees to check us out.

Horrid customer service, they are very deceptive on how the place the on sale stickers...you have to READ the very fine print AND your emails have certain times of day the will only honor it during!! Im done.

I have always loved Michael’s and made it my first choice for hobby and craft needs. Even though other craft stores may be larger it never fails that I can find what I need at Michael’s first. You can always find a coupon to use here and they offer great activities and classes for kids throughout the week and on the weekends.

Love this store for making things

Michaels is my familys favorite Crafting store. Lots of crafting supplies, cake decorating supplies, birthday party supplies and holiday decorations. My favorite store is on hwy 98, Hattiesburg, Ms.

Less and less variety, no embroidery materials other than a little bit of floss, no transfers, kits, no choices on kids craft kits, educators discount doesnt cover anything. Items are not in place and tagged incorrectly, yarn strewn across the shelves, disorganized

This Michaels has a nice selection of items at great prices. The workers are always friendly and they let me try multiple coupons on my purchase or even check out twice to use to coupons. I drive here from Laurel to get a lot of cake decorating items that I cant find at Walmart.
