This was my sons first time, as well as myself, to go to this facility, and it was extremely awesome! To top it off, when I walk through the front doors, Im greeted by my stepsister!! The staff there are all very generous and caring. My son was actually invited to a classmates birthday party, and when I arrived to pick him up, I couldnt find him anywhere. However, several staff members rapidly scrambled to find him. At last, I found my sister, whom informed me that he was in the Laser Tag area! He had a blast! Also, since he didnt eat his piece of cake during the party, someone made him a plate covered with foil to take home. Needless to say, it was nearly gone when we got back home lol I strongly urge anyone who likes aerobics, both children and adults, attend this facility at least once a month, if youre able to afford it. This was the only setback for my entire family to attend altogether. Another perk is that they offer birthday parties and even include a special room for each individual! Overall, this is one of the best places in the area to take children, and adults, for an amazing day of friendly fun!! ️️️️️

Great place, great value... We took our sons and a few of their friends for my oldest 9th Birthday! In comparison to other trampoline parks around, you can not beat the price and savings... definitely more bang for your savings buck! Would definitely be back...

Do not host a birthday party here!! Worst experience for a birthday party ever! I am a mom of 3 and have hosted a total of 20 birthday parties.. this was the worst experience ever!! Poor communication, guests had to be turned away, no organized way for party guests to check in without waiting in the general public line. Awful from start to finish!

Very crowded on Saturdays- not the place for very small kids for sure. Theres plenty to do including arcade games and laser tag. Lots of space, theres a snack bar, party rooms, etc. Everything is very clean and air conditioned. Just please dont be that parent who lets their toddler roam around unsupervised.

If Caitlyn is working dont expect to be helped or even greeted. She didnt help with the online waver and expected us to know how it worked. How desperate can the owners be to hire random college kids who cant even break a smile. Im sure they wont last long and another business will take their place.

Plenty of room for adults to sit while the kids play. Back area has a lot more area for Ninja playing. Lots of various arcade games. Also a lot of private rooms for parties.

They have an area upstairs to watch your little ones play and also big screen tvs with live feed video of each section. It has comfortable seating as well.. An arcade is also upstairs with a few video games, basketball shoot, and the claw machines that never grab anything.. Concessions available with tables and chairs, but the best part is the massage chairs!

Always a great time. Didnt give it 5 stars bc I purchased a great Groupon deal for Updown and they refused to honor it. Very disappointing bc I had to pay again to get in. Other than that it was great. I think if youre currently advertising a deal, you should honor that deal.

Took my 3 boys here on a Saturday night and one thing is for sure, This place is BERY popular... they really need to have a limit on how many people per hour are in there... it was Way to crowded. My oldest son said he did not like how small the trampolines were and that there wasn’t enough room to do his flips or any kid of tricks ... price wasn’t to bad, and the staff was laid back and friendly..Only thing I could not understand was, the amount of people who paid money to jump and were all sitting on the trampolines in groups playing on their phones or just talking...& parents who were watching YouTube instead of watching their kids. seriously people, put your phones away!

This time we were there for a birthday party. They were packed! My kids love the trapeze and ninja warrior course! I have a hard time making them leave it! I do have to mention... Not that anyone has been just rude but the staff does not seem to be very kid friendly. In a place pretty much made for kids youd expect differently but weve been there many times and... Yeah. They have added a lot of new arcade style games and tweaked the layout a bit. It looks really nice.

Thought the wall trampolines would have more spring. Over all its a great place to take children around 5 to 95 but its lacking in a foam pit specifically designed for younger children.

My daughter almost got injured last time we went. Plus I’m really disappointed with how the owners have acted toward the City of Hattiesburg. The foul language toward police and law suits are so inappropriate. We’ve had parties here before and used to come often, but we won’t be back.

Great spot for kids and adults. Went for toddler Time with my two girls and they loved it. There is a good selection of different trampolines and the place is very clean. You are also provided a pair of jumping socks which adds to the cleanliness. Overall, great place for fun.

The birthday party rooms will not provide anything. They rush you, they have you bring your own materials accept the pizza. I BROKE MY FINGER ON THE TRAMPOLINE. AND SOMEBODY TACKLED ME.

I am giving this one star due to the customer service. Customer service is a big hot point with me! I am from out of town and wanted to take my neices to jump. Per the website, it says Saturday 10am-12am and under that says toddler time with no time period listed, so one would assume it was between the hours listed for Saturday. I told the girl behind the desk I wanted to do toddler time, and she quickly told me toddler time was over. Its between 9am-10am and I told her that is not what the website says and she said yes it does. So, I then reached for my phone to pull it up and show her and she said you can go ahead and pull it up and show me. Its really hard to write the review in the context in which it happened because you are unable to convey the tone of conversations. However, the way she responded was very rude and not caring about how I feel as a customer. This is not about the toddler time, and I will always admit when I am wrong ( which they need to correct the website because I didnt see anywhere where they gave the time for toddler time) but what I cant stand more than anything is the attitude in which they treated me. This girl just didnt care. That is what is sad, the not caring! I ended up leaving because at that point I wasnt going to contribute to a business who makes customers feel that way!

Our little ones love this place, even on its busy days you still have more than enough space to jump! Well definitely be returning back!

Great fun for the kids and wont leave you broke. Only reason I have 4 stars is that the bathrooms were a bit nasty. Other than that however it was a great value for the money. Well staffed, clean, organized. Food options were good and not too badly overpriced.

Had a lot of fun here. One if the smaller trampoline parks that weve been to, but also one of the better priced. Our group contained people from ages 1-28 and there was an area for everyone to get to jump which was awesome. There is an arcade upstairs and a pretty big TV room.There is also Laser Tag available which we didnt get the chance to partake in.

Came all the way from Biloxi to bring my sons basketball team to jump. Upon arrival was greeted by a rude little girl telling me they were closed because of a Christmas party that is mentioned no where on their website or when I called to asked if they were open. This is at 415 pm that I called. Bad business.

Great place! We were here for toddler time at 9am. 5yr old and 1 year old had a blast. My husband and I enjoyed too! Cost effective during this time since our kids arent extreme jumpers yet. Nice staff. Nice price. Nice atmosphere.we will come again.

Terrible customer services. I doubt we will ever come back. I was the only person waiting in line when we arrived at 1:30pm and the whole line was serviced before we was. Not to mention the few ladies that waited on me were very rude and unpleasant to say the least. Very nasty attitudes. That is not okay when I am paying MY money.No one has reached out to me about it after voicing my concerns and I think that is the most ridiculous thing of them all. Ugh

Im 47, my husband is 74, and we brought my 15 year old daughter and my 6 year old grandson. They had a blast and so did my husband and myself playing air hockey! Oh, the photo booth was fun!

Its not the best but its fun. The padding isnt fastened on the outskirts of the trampolines well and you might slide under them, thus hitting your head on a metal pole. The employees are friendly and keep watch, letting leaders of groups or parents relax.

Fun experience for the kids. Convenient to watch nearby while they jump or get in on the action like I did. Our kids had a great time. They have refs positioned in high traffic areas to ensure safety and stop horseplay. Its sectioned off for smaller kids and larger kids so they dont get hurt.

This place is absolutely overrated and misleading. This is the tiniest trampoline park i’ve ever been to. Also, the managers walk around with their faces glued to their phones, especially the mean, trashy, fat one. I feel horrible for the referees. They are not allowed to lean or sit for up to 12 hours and one referee told me that they only get a 10 minute break between that to eat. They are also not even allowed to have a smart watch on. are you kidding me?!? These kids don’t get to see the outside world for more than 12 hours and you take away their contact with the outside world?! especially in case of an emergency. this is pathetic. No wonder they look grumpy, mean, and rude all the time. Not even going to mention the high prices for low jump time. scammers for sure.

Lots of fun for the kids at an affordable price

The best trampoline park weve been to yet. It has an arcade, a trapeze, laser tag, obstacle course, and separate dodgeball for kids under 6 (which was great bc theyre usually either getting in the way of the older kids or their at risk for being pelted by a ball at 50 mph ). Time slots are also an hour compared to the half hour Ive seen at other parks.

This was my sisters best birthday ever. The park is well managed and the jumps are all very nice. The party event staff did an amazing job with coordinating the party room. My sister is already talking about having her next birthday here.

My grandchildren loved it! Free jump, Dodge ball, basket ball, ninja warrior room. Also has laser tag, arcade, snack bar with burgers, and party rooms. Adult must sign a disclaimer every 12 months for each child. Pay by the hour. I think they have nights for college kids to play. Very kid friendly staff! Disappointed they couldnt wear their jumping socks from the trampoline place where they live. Does color really matter? The rubber ratio on the bottom was the same.

Ok.. We set up our own party which was fine. I wanted it a certain way. Started off bad. Girl at front desk was bothered by life apparently. She was so peeved that I was there asking her to wait on us. I felt sorry for the young lady that was our “party hostess”. She was confused just permanently lost. Idk if she was new or just wandered in there off the street and decided to do wait on us! She literally went plate by plate asking if they wanted a slice and walking back and forth across the room. INSTEAD of just taking the pizza box around... took forever. Then she poured drinks with no ice? We had to ASK for ice! Then she acted like it was request of her actual soul be sacrificed !!!! She had to be asked where the napkins where she had to go get them. Asked for utensils had to go get them. Asked for this and that. And she kept leaving the room. We had to basically be our own party hostess because she was lost. Then the cake. Oh the cake. She cut it with a plastic fork. Why??? Why??? Don’t they have serving sets? They do this everyday! So unorganized. Nothing was there that was supposed to be. They gave one of my sons gifts to another party. Then acted like they didn’t care to find it. Had to get rude for them to look for it. Supposed to have my kids pic on the tv. Wasn’t. Supposed to get “birthday swag and T-shirt” didn’t. And then she gone rush me saying we had 10 minutes to get out of the room. When THEIR organization skills or lack there of was why it took so long. Besides 45 min isn’t long enough to eat. Do cake and open presents. There wasn’t that I seen an actual adult. Like someone over 19/20. It was a complete mess. The hostesses need training on how to serve. How be efficient and set up before people arrive to eat... Everything they provide should be in the party room!!!! And please teach them how to SERVE CAKE! That they don’t use their hands like a claw machine to shovel the cake!!! Get proper utensils. I DO NOT blame our hostess. Management needs train better and teach some people skills. Like smiling and not acting like they are passing a kidney stone having to be there!!! I was really disappointed. My son has fun anyway. So that’s what really mattered but if you are gonna advertise a full party with hostess then make sure they have enough help! And proper training. It’s a shame. I also must add. It takes SO LONG TO CHECK IN. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO SIGN UP FOR AND PAY FOR 5 people to play laser tag!!! 30 minutes! Poor dude who was waiting on my husband had to ask 43 times how to spell names. No not long confusing names. Just simple 5 letter white people names. Steve!!! Like idk. He was so busy not paying attention that he couldnt ocus... the jumping is fun. Games fun. The pizza is hunt brothers so it’s good. Which is great! But the employees are too busy flirting with each other and sighing hopelessly because they are at work to be enjoyable. Like who wants to pay 200+ bucks to have eyes rolled at you and Incompetent kids hand grabbing your 100$ bday cake! get it together... Bring in ADULTS. People who actually need to work and want to work. Also put 2 hostess per party if it’s over 10-15 people. That poor girl bout killed herself. We had 30+ no way one person can serve that many people. In 45 minutes.

Im 33 weeks pregnant, took my wild 2 yr old to let him burn some energy. I unfortunately was having trouble keeping up with him. Luckily for me Ron saw me struggling and sent Lauren to help me out! She kept up with him and entertained him while I sat by the toddler area and relaxed! Between her and Ron helping me, we had a great time! Employees like that are what bring customers in.. I wasnt coming back bc i wasnt able to keep up, but now that I know there r some amazing employees there, Ill be back!! You 2 are AMAZING! Ty so very much!!

Really disappointed in the refs. Im trying to keep an eye on my child, but when the kids (more than just mine) are not following the rules the refs are doing nothing. I get on your my kid, but I cant get on to everyone elses. Better supervision is definitely needed!

Family friendly and well kept, UpDown is a good place to bring a family! It has a large area to jump, but not a wide variety of trampoline sizes. Most of them are small. There is always a police officer on duty here to maintain family safety. Sometimes shady people come around here on the outside, but not perpetually.

I will not ever book a party with them again. We had a party scheduled for 2pm on a Saturday they never told us that every person had to sign a waiver for the party and we wasted 20-30 minutes of our party time to get everyone signed. They had no signs or even a different line for parties to go to, no oragization at all.... So I paid $300 for less then an hour of jump time and a room.... Seems like prices are pretty steep to me.... Then when we finally came into the room they have some awkward girl standing in the room not talking just standing there.... Is there a reason they have to have a baby sitter stand over us.... I saw multiple parties going on but never saw someone from up down in there rooms..... This is just not worth your money and time. Bad experience all around! Will not ever be going back they have lost my buissness for good.

I took my 2 Kids for the first time and I liked the way each play area was set up and there was plenty of seating for parents to watch there Kids. There was dodge ball, basketball ball, gymnastics area and standard jump areas. There was even an under ground area were they had a ninja course and trapeze swing! I paid for 2 hours, but 1 hour would have been enough. Pricing was typical and did not include socks ($2) more.

The kids had a wonderful time. Trampolines everywhere, two basketball goals, two dodgeball pits, trapeze, and a ninja warrior course! Also has an adult section set up like a balcony so you can keep an eye on your kids. I would definitely recommend this place to others
