My daughters love this place. Recently they requested I bring them for fall break. I called ahead several times with no answer. Finally, leaving a message, requesting a call back to make sure theyd be open. I didnt get a call back and took a chance driving over. There was no Closed sign posted, and hours showed open at 10 am, but no one was there, the door was locked and the building looked empty. We went somewhere else for today. It would be good to know if they closed permenantly?

The place was so nasty. Fingerprints all over everything. If thats what you see when you walk in what dont you see when your kids are all in those bouncy toys. It was so dirty I didnt even want to sit down or touch anything. We left. The girl who was there was alone. The kitchen and dinning area was a mess. I think the idea is great but it needs to be cleaned up.

Our 5-year-old had a great time at his party. Brittney and Susie were great waitresses. They were both very kind and helpful. The AC and the drink machine were out of order at the time, but all still went well.

Amber and Brittany showed us great hospitality and the kids enjoyed the play area and good music. The laser light show was also a great hit. Great food too!!

After calling speaking to someone over the phone, he stated everything I needed to hear about the place for my toddler so I planned that same week on a Sat. morning to take him when I get there its empty no sound of anyone no signs that says anything mind you I live 45mins away he never mention that they where close or they moved or being remodeled I was very upset because not only my plans was ruin so was my boys so to who ever answered that phone you need to do a little better... can I have my gas money back? :( not good

Brittanys pleasant disposition made my grandsons and I first time at Kids Rule all the more fun. My five year old grandson said it best awesome!

The facility is not as nice as it was in the past. When I arrived with my children, the employee left the facility unattended to walk and get lunch. We waited a good 15 minutes for the employee to return and pay our admission fee. The air conditioner doesnt seem to cool very well. One employee cannot run the whole facility by themselves. We were very disappointed and will not return.

Great comfortable atmosphere! Kids always love it. Brittany was awesome! She was dancing with the kids and did everything to make it a great experience!

Great place to let your kids burn energy without breaking the pocket book! Separate jumping area for toddlers. Fun jumps and slides for all ages. Pizza, hot dogs, nachos, ice cream, and candy at reasonable prices. Seating for adults in play areas. In upscale shopping plaza (Newpointe). Been coming here for over five years, and my children still love it!

Had my son first birthday party here and it was amazing. Everything was clean and ready when we got there at 3 Suzie and Briana were our host and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely have my sons 2nd party here and I hope Suzie and Briana host again.

My girls had a great time! Played for several hours and did not want to leave! The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can just sit and relax or play on the jumpers with your kids!! Great first experience

I always love it here. Food is great and everything is reasonably priced. Staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. My son enjoys the atmosphere and freedom, and I love that he can expel his energy in a safe and fun way.

My kids love it but it just needs to be cleaned up a bit. Floors are looking pretty bad and usually when my kids come home from here, one of us gets sick with a cough or runny nose/congestion within 24 hours. Having hand sanitizing stations in place near the play area would be awesome! Also, it would be great if they would get new or different type bounce houses every few years. They have had the same ones for as long as I can remember and they are starting to show their age. All in all, the kids love it and have fun but I would recommend giving them a boost of Vitamins before and after going lol.

Had a blast. Good slides and fun big toddler area. Great pizza!!!! Kids played over 3 hours and still didnt want to leave. Lovely staff. Will be taking our church kids back!!

Excellent place for a Birthday party! 3/9/18 4pm. Briana was amazing kids played for 2 hours parents not charged entrance fee.... 2 hours of total fun, food and drinks were great!!!! Thank you great experience Happy 5th Birthday Ayden Lee.

Thought it would be a good place to burn off energy for our 5 and 1 year old kids but they got rid of the toddler area. So now it is much smaller and I had to restrain a 1 y.o. for an hour while the 5 y.o. mmm played. I also agree with some of the other reviews that a deep cleaning/facelift is in order.

Our girls love it here, but a few weeks ago we took them and I was very disappointed. The music they were playing had swear words and were talking crudely, both girls came home with scratches and what looked like burns on their arms, the girl who was running the register went and took a smoke break and left the door open (in back Im guessing) and the whole place smelled of smoke. On top of that the heat was one (specifically the bathroom) while it was almost 80* outside! I dont ever write reviews but this was so disappointing this could be such a great place for kids if it was kept up better with better management. Again our girls love playing there but we will not be going back until we hear somethings changed.

We always have a good time with the kids here. My girls birthday party was awesome as we were well taken care of by Jen & JaBria. clean party rooms and friendly staff make this place a must for youngins!

Perfect place to have a kids party!! Family friendly environment, WiFi hotspot, fun for all ages. We had our daughters 6th birthday party here for her friends and they loved it. Brianna and Susie were helpful and the kids had a blast.

The bounce houses were great for my 3 year old. We went during slow hours so there was no one to greet us at the door. Waited 5 minutes before walking to the back to search for an employee. Wasnt required to sign a waiver even though I know were suppose to. The employee was not very welcoming.

In Feb 2016 had my sons birthday party here was like pulling teeth to schedule if you call be prepared to get transferred to the owners cellphone hes a bit rude on the phone.Be prepared for to be even more fussy if you interrupt him posting a live feed on Facebook. Staff there is friendly at the door to take your money but thats about the only interaction youll have with them unless you get a party person who is probably splitting time with three other parties at the same time.Wouldnt recommend cheaper to rent your own bouncy thing as they only have four or five themselves and it smells like these havent been cleaned in a while either.

Absolutely the best place in Hattiesburg for birthday parties. My kids love it and they attend regularly. Kids Rule is fun, clean, and safe; and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Has gone down hill,3 complaints.1 on weekends there seems to be no clear individual in charge.(busiest times)2 only thing room attendant did during bday party did was text on her phone and show me where I can put tips.3 patrons and atmosphere are a direct reflection of the the staff they hire. Creating a culture.Sorry, we will stop patronizing this business.

It was ok, they removed the toddler area which was a disappointment. Other than that nothing has changed.

I am very disappointed in Kids Rule. As we were leaving my granddaughter complained that the back of her leg was hurting. When we walked out I looked and it was very red. Evidently going down the big slide a part of the slide rubbed her skin off. It appears to be like a carpet burn and is hurting her very bad. We wont be going back!!

FLITHY! Do they ever clean/disinfect any of the equipment? My childs clothes were BROWN after about twenty minutes. She had a great time, its a fun place, but so very unsanitary.

Took grandkids and we all had a good time but the young girl working acts like she doesnt like her job that much... was not friendly at all...

I will never take my kids here again! My 3 year old son was trampled and jumped on by other bigger children who were not being supervised. There were no attendants enforcing any of the rules. Most of the parents were in a lounge area behind all of the jump castles while the kids all ran wild. I dont even want to think about what could have happened had I not been standing close by watching my children.
