Great value, nostalgic atmosphere, clean facility, friendly staff, good beverage and snack selection.Good place to go to get out of the house during Covid restrictions. Not busy, easy to distance, sanitizer everywhere, and masks are required.

The movie was great Call of the Wild! I was impressed with the theatre. Seats were very comfortable.plenty of leg room. The only thing I dont like is the price for snacks. Or I would be given it 5 stars.

The Theater was clean, the popcorn and the movie were good.

Its a lovely restored theatre but today my experience was terrible. Opening day of a new Marvel movie, and the movie opens with audio but no picture, for over 5 minutes. They didnt fix it until we complained and they didnt restart it, offer to refund it or replacement tickets. I contacted corporate. 3 star rating to balance out the normally good experiences and lovely theatre with todays disaster.

My husband and I were sad to see many of the seats in the old theater were covered by plastic bags (they must be broken???). The original theater is in need of a serious deep cleaning. Hopefully someone will invest some time and money into this local favorite!

This theater has been in Hastings for a long time, it has been remodeled so it has three screens to show different movies. They offer balcony night, kids free movies during the summer, nice easy to find location and the only movie theater in town.

Christmas break and no afternoon movie times and no movies for younger children. ️

Price to get in is fabulous and it was wonderful to see the movie. .. But 6.00$ for glass of water killed ME. Great family place and comfortable seating, much wider than last time I went.

There was a broke seat so we just moved a row; they fixed it by the next week so they were taking care of stuff. First showing one day, and the floors were clear. Seats were comfortable. Some shows allowed a Sr. discount. Two tickets, two large drinks, big tub of popcorn killed $40. Free refills if your bladder could handle it! The sound was fine. The mens room was clean and properly stocked. 3d movies cost more.

I work at the Rivoli Theatre, and it is by far the best job I have ever had. The management is amazing, and my co-workers are the best on the planet, and I am happy to go to work every single day. I go to work smiling every day. I am not being biased because I work there, I am just being 100% truthful. I love this theatre, it has been my favorite ever since I have been very young. We may not be perfect but we do a darn good job of doing the very best we can each and every day. If you are ever in the Hastings area and we have the movie that you are looking for, stop in and see us, we will always treat you with a smile and have a good conversation with you. RIV CREW!

I was blown away by this nicely restored old theater. The seats are in good order and the place is kept up well (sadly not the case with most other old theaters). Have been here several times and plan to go again several more. Just be warned if it has been several years since you have attended the Theater, refreshments are pricy at every theater and this is no exception, but you can’t get all the new films, pay the employees, and keep the theater in good order selling cheap tickets and cheap snacks.

Some friends and I went to see IT. The ticket price was okay and the large popcorn is exactly what the size says. LARGE. The theatre was clean and comfortable and most of the people were respectfully quiet. Would gladly go back to see another movie anytime.

Great place I really love the films and concessions. Really nice workers too . FANTASTIC place. (P.S. they should totally add ravioli to the concessions) ;)

Its an old building that it is the only movie theater this town has. Seems to do a Great business. Offers the most modern movies that are released. And doesnt seem to rerun things for weeks at a time. Would like to see the concessions cheaper but who wouldnt at least we can say we have one theater.

Was very clean when I entered and also at exiting..we had huge popcorn and two large pops..lasted whole movie for 4 of us..

Being a former employee, it was a great first job. I recommend this theatre, as it is the only one in Hastings. The service is good, but the building is outdated and old, the company focuses more on their bigger theatres. You get a good experience overall. But if given an option I would go to Kearneys theatre or even Grand Islands. But all in all its just like any other theatre.

Green Book - recommend seeing it!

Movie and sound were good but we froze our heinies (& toes) off for two and a half hours. Its like there was absolutely no heat in theater...sat with coat and gloves on entire movie which helped only a little. Bathrooms are in terrible shape also.

The Rivoli Theater has a very beautiful main theater that is reminiscent of the grandeur of cinemas from the early 20th century. The other two theaters are smaller and more modern. However, during the last two movies I watched at the Rivoli, the projectionist turned the movie off soon after the credits began. For the price of movie tickets today, cant we at least enjoy the whole film, including the music at the end of the film? Moreover, during a recent screening, the film began 20 minutes late without any explanation.

I love this theatre. It had been a destination for me since I was a child. They have tried to stay affordable and offer a great summer movie program for all to enjoy. They also have a free popcorn night.

I love the Rivoli. Its an actual old theatre converted in a 3 screen movie theatre. It could use some updating but the staff is friendly and the movies always work and run on time.

Older movie theatre. Usually packed during more famous movies. Snacks prices are a bit steep. Overall good place.

Now is the only theatre in hastings. The imperial theatre has fallen and only one stands. The chairs are basic and there is always atleast one broken one, but they are reliable.

It is WAY better than the Imperial. Im serious. They have the main theatre, which is wonderfully constructed. Then you have two more on the sides, which are more like whah you see nowadays, instead of the grandure of the main theatre. As far as I can tell, the main is for big releases that theyre expecting a ton of people for. Like Star Wars or San Andreas. The side theatres are for movies they arent expecting many people for, like more kids oriented movies. Kung Fu Panda is one example I can think of.As for concessions, the popcorn is great, they have all major candy, and some lesser known ones. They have various seasonings for sale, like white cheddar, butter, and ranch. The staff is friendly, and well dressed. When you walk it, you follow the red ropes to try the ticket booth where you receive your ticket, and 3D glasses if you are watching a 3D movie.Overall, I had a great time, and will continue to see movies at the Rivioli.Enjoy the Magic of the Movies.
