A decent trampoline park! My son and his friends had a great time here!!! A nice set up. They have a foam pit, a dodgeball court, basket ball hoop area and a large open trampoline area. They have a room for parties if you have a child that would like to celebrate their birthday there. There is a snack bar, and small game area. There is an upper area with tables and seating, as well as TVs with sports showing. Definitely worth checking out!! Plenty of off street parking. Come see it for yourself!!!
A jumping adventure for kids of all ages. Two dodge ball arenas, two basketball hoops for extreme dunking, a foam pit to jump into, and a large multi-trampoline area for general jumping fun. There is food on site (pizza, drinks, snacks, etc..), an arcade, and rooms for birthday parties. They require you to wear/buy their socks, but you can bring them back for future visits. The facility is clean and the staff was friendly.
Huge place. very dark, not real friendly staff you kinda get lost and no one is there for help even the employees doesn’t really know what’s going on there. Not sure how safe this place is. Smells really bad. I guess it’s fun for the kids if you pay a lot of attention to what they are doing. Be careful and try to have fun I guess. Maybe some other days it’s better than what we experienced but we will never go back again for sure. Thanks and sorry. Try to do better for someone else.
Dorian gave us excellent customer service. The cheese pizza was a hit with the birthday group. Thre wings were excellent! And a bigger hit with the adults! Thank you Dorian!
FREEZING COLD!! No heat on was it’s 30 degrees outside, was told heat is broken only warm spot was bathroom. Bought Groupon was told needed to pay $3 tax plus $3 for socks. Extremely dirty plus staff instead of keeping an eye out where constantly on their phones. The basketball hoops not available, trampolines falling apart one of the dodge ball areas not open. Unhappy won’t go back. I felt completely grossed out by how filthy it was I can only imagine how they clean their kitchen-took pictures but unable to figure out how to post with my review.
Total disappointing to come and spend money here. My kids used to love dodgeball but now there is no one supervising the game and kids are getting hurt. There was a guy there just sitting and doing nothing while all the kids throw balls on everyone with no stop and running from one to the other with no one telling them to stop. I wish they can train the person who is supposed to guide and help kids in the game. Total disappointment!
With better staff, this place could be amazing. With the staff they currently have, its a train wreck. These people do not care about the experience the kids have- theyre clearly just there to collect a paycheck and go home.
Called two days prior to confirm times they were open and waiver policy since I was taking a number of kids that were not my own for my sons 10th birthday. Confirmed the days and times they were open because we were traveling an hour to get there. We get there at 4pm and the door is wide open with people talking there. I go in and was stopped and told to look at the sign on the door. It said closed for private party and open to public again at 6pm. Crushed my son and his friends and me, who drove so far for this. Woman was extremely rude and not personable at all at the door. I specifically called ahead to make sure I had the right times and was the person I spoke to mentioned nothing about this. Complete waste of my time and after reading all of the negative comments of the bad experiences people have had here, I’m glad I never spent a penny in this place. Google said their hours were one thing.....phone machine says something different....and the staff I spoke to said something different! What a joke.
Went here with my friend and her son. She used a groupon and paid for the socks separate. When we got the socks, they were very tight and non-stretchable. The socks she bought for her son didnt fit so she went to the employees and they told her they didnt have any size that could fit her son. Then the manager told her that he cant jump without the socks and if we didnt leave then they would call the cops. She asked for her receipt back and they wouldnt give it. Dont waste your money here. Calls cops for not making a big enough sock size. Flight n Fun has better socks and socks that fit. My feet werent even big and right away I was having trouble putting on the socks. Very tight and narrow. Uncomfortable as well. I put them on and within 10-15 seconds I was already getting marks around my ankles from the socks cutting my circulation.
It was a great experience! Dorian, the GM was very attentive to his staff, all customers of all ages. Great staff from AM to cleaning crew, party host/hostesses, cashiers, counter personnel, cooks and last but not least the fun trampoline attendants especially dodgeball attendant! Each and every staff member both females and males were friendly. All staff went above and beyond to assure every customer from 1 to 99 had a great time! There seemed like all hands on deck kind of team from the GM, AM to everyone in between! I have never seen such strong team players in a family entertainment kind of settting! I was there for 5 hours for the Fun Pass unlimited time for my son and his friend. Thank you everyone for all your hard work, patience, dedication, and kindness. Chantelle and every single staff member to Assistant Manager & General provided a great experience. Managerial team, Awesome Job! Kudos to especially the teenagers who work there, your guardians would be proud of you, I Am! I will 100% return in the future!
I have taken the family to a few different trampoline parks in the past, and while I was not overly impressed by this one it was not bad. The prices were a bit high compared to other places. One complaint that I had was that the kids location was not really protected from larger kids, who frequently would just start using the parts designated for toddlers. When walking around inside, the sign denoting the kid section was way up in the rafters of a 20-30ft warehouse which put the signs out of sight, and we did not easily see which set of trampolines were set aside fro small kids.
If I could put zero stars I would. I purchased tickets on groupon thinking Im getting a deal for an hour of jumping for my kids. I get there and I am forced to buy their socks at $3 a pair plus the tax from my groupon purchase totaling an addition $29. I ended up spending way more than I wanted just for some lame trampoline jumping. My kids were bored and we didnt stay the full hour. The place is overrated and they will never see me back there again.
The kids love it here. The adults can play also. Fun fun fun
This location is a complete joke and waste of time. Arrived 10:00. Doors locked. Told by staff that they are waiting for a manager to arrive who would be there soon. N0 manager by 11 and told systems still down so could not take any customers even though there is a whole party of kids in there jumping. Clearly the manager doesnt care and cant even show up when there is a problem and you know if the manager doesnt care the owner must not either.
Great place for older kids. Went with my 3 kids ages 9,2 & 1, they all had fun. I definitely had to keep a closer eye on my little ones cause the older kids would just run around without worry of the younger kids there.
Terrible experience. Arrived at 10:05. Doors still locked. Staff inside shooting baskets at the arcade games. Told that the computer systems were down and would have to wait for a manager who was supposedly on his way. 10:45 manager still had not arrived and told they did not know when he would arrive. Would not accept Groupon even though it is prepaid. Not offered apology. Disrespectful staff who just wanted to talk over me. Shame on me because this is my second bad expereince at this location.
The worst trampoline park Ive been to in Connecticut and Ive been to about 7 different ones. The smallest, with the least amount of activities, and they charge the most. Flight in manchester and new Britain were both ran better, monkey Joes in hamden and fun in in middletown were also way better and you get more your money....launch was dirty and messy, alot of the mats were worn out and torn, one of the dodgeball areas was shutdown, basketball hoop was halfway torn down an accident waiting to happen, ty law needs to pay attention to that place and stop taking peoples money because its poorly ran compared to the other places you can go....also I brought a groupon for my 2 kids and somehow ended spending 40 bucks for socks that didnt fit my daughter and my kids were disinterested 20 minutes in. Ill never go back and I hope they do better or something.
The building is small but we had alot of fun.
Normally we like Launch, but fell little short of out expectations in summer. Needed break from sun and unfort lack of air circulation had kiddos just struggling more. Good winter spot but despite the cool concrete not great set up for summer.
So I recently went here with my kids and I can’t imagine what other people think about this. This was my first time here and the service is horrible. The food was over cooked and when I asked if there was anything they could do the manager Dorian (Smelling like marijuana) insisted I’d have to buy whatever I ordered again. What type of place is this and what type of “manager” comes to work in this fashion. I’m highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend people to come here. I give this place at least another 3 Months and it’s going to shut down. The trampolines are unsafe and hazardous, Ripped and teared apart. I hope corporate or the food health department comes to visit this place and see what they think.
Loved it! Took all my energy as Im too old for all that jumpingKids loved it. Food was ok. Kinda expensive for a party but fine for individual. Will come again many times
Dorian and Jessica are fantastic thank you so much definitely recommend had so much fun for my kiddos birthday
Absolutely disgusting!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY FOOD FROM HERE! Started w the pretzel it was hard, burnt and tasted sooo horrible! Had them remake it and same thing happened! I returned it! Then we ordered pizza, fries and chicken tenders they were all soooo nasty! Had a horrible taste like there was chemicals or something on it! We flipped I mean flipped! I can not explain how bad it tasted! The only thing good at this place was there fountain soda!!! The games ate our money.. they didn’t even work.. there was no staff... the few people we did see were on there phones, had head phones on and weren’t even paying attention to the kids.. I give that place 6 months before it closes.. I’m calling department of public health too! Bottom line don’t go here!
Where is the experience I’ve ever had at a trampoline park the GM was absolutely unprofessional only give me one option and that was to refund me escort me out of the park and called the police in his first sentence to me . when he didn’t have socks that were big enough to fit my 12-year-old son they really have something going on there with the fact that they want to throw kids out because they’re feet are too big. My son already feels some type away for being 6 feet tall with size 15 shoe at only 12 years old in six grade and this man made him feel worse worst experience in the Dorian is the worst GM I have ever came into contact with ever . Only for average size kids I guess....smh
We ordered meals here and the mozzarella sticks were undercooked and very unappetizing and unappealing. There was also no cheese in them. We even got water cups and there were hairs in them. The buffalo chicken tenders are very plain. The trampolines are falling apart and some times they feel like they will snap. The padding between each one was also falling apart, very clearly so.
Fun place for kids, separate sitting area over the floor for adults to watch their kids
Kids had a blast. The employees were helpful and nice. Clean and organized. Great way to get the kids to burn off some energy. Fun dodgball games for the older kids. Lots of employees supervising.
THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!BTW, this is coming from a NY Giants fan...Ty Law did this right and chose the right heads to run this establishment too!I read the reviews online, prior to attending (there was a sale on Groupon, 4-1hour jump passes for $32). Pretty awesome deal and we are glad we took it up.FYI, 2yo and under get in for free, I didnt find that info until after-the-fact. After signing a waiver on the computer stations...we had to pay for special sox (4 pairs like $18, but we can use them again, next time). They help keep feet from slipping out from under the person... little sticky strips on the bottom. It was my fortieth birthday and I took my 3 little kids to jump themselves to sleep. The General Manager, Dorian and his coworker Isiah, took the best of care of us and our needs. I come from hospitality and this crew did an spectacular job all the way around! I thought the staff was very knowledgable as well as very accommodating! I was expecting much less, yet they hooked it up...I rolled my ankle as I jumped against the wall (trampoline wall) in the main room... I came down on the green padding and didnt spring as I had expected, it caused my ankle to swell dramatically and turn purple on both sides. The staff was ready, willing and able to help me with ice packs as well as cool goodie bags for the kids and myself. Inside our to go bags, we found toys, bracelets, shirts, sunglasses, a $100 gift card, and four cards for 1 hour jump sessions. We had such a great time, it was also mentioned by my 5yo, that she would like her 6th birthday to be spent here with her friends in October. I think we will make that happen. Thanks so much, Launch Team! Great set up, much fun!
Very fun! I recommend, but I like Flight better because Launch needs better music (louder) and ceiling fans. For tips on music, dont just play all the popular songs, instead focus on upbeat music that will make everyone WANT to jump around. The balcony for parents is great, and the foam pit is very fun. Also at Flight the have things hanging from the ceiling that you try to reach out and touch, it would be great if Launch had that too.
My son and his friend lost their socks in the foam pit. They were told they could no longer jump until they purchased new socks. So after purchasing new socks so they could continue to jump I asked to speak with the manager he was extremely rude and disrespectful and offered no solution while rolling his eyes at me. He told me he would be over to talk. Never came to find me. I watched him talking on his cell phone outside several times! Flight for us from now on
The kids liked the bouncing around and the games that were working (40% were not working) were ok. The food was the worst Ive ever had. Ever!!!!! The workers there that I delt with were horrible. It seems like they hire 14, 15, and kids 16 years old. It was evident due to their immature work habits. I cant believe this place is still in business. That being said, only go for the trampoline part and it is almost worth it. This is for kids 11 and under. Teens will not have a lot of fun here. If they do go, expect them to be board in a hour or less.
Not only is launch a fun place for the entire family but Dorian and krista were amazing. My autistic son forgot his headphones and we had just traveled over an hour to get here and the noise level was just too much for him. They immediately turned the music way down...didnt blow their whistles and gave him a free blow up candy cane to make him feel more welcome and comfortable. Its places like this that need more business. They are friendly, family oriented, clean, and accommodating which for a family like mine is sometimes crucial! You will not be disappointed!!! Thanks for a great family day launch...we will be back!!
Ok place, staff could more friendly.
I’d give less than 1 star is I could. The attitude of the staff and manager toward my children angered me enough to leave, take my children to another Trampoline Park and write this review. We went to Launch in Hartford and my children were told they had to stop jumping because they did not have on the Launch socks. They did have on brand new trampoline socks from another trampoline location but the employee and manager told my 3 younger children they could not longer jump and that their “mom and dad had to buy them the black and green Launch socks” to jump. I went to the manager and informed him that the person at the counter said that their sockets were ok and he told me that it’s their policy that you hade to buy their socks. I told the manager that we were 1/2 done with our time and I’ll be sure to buy a new pair next time. He looked at my children and said that they could not return to the trampolines until we buy new socks. I calmly reminded them that their is no sign or posted policy and stating that new socks specific to launch were needed. I requested a refund of the remaining time as they would not permit my children to jump (I was not buying socks out of principal at this point). They literally blocked my children from returning to the trampolines. We left and went to Rock and Jump and the kids finished the day on a good note.
Hosted a birthday party here recently and we’re glad that we did! Kudos to the party host for being attentive, patient, and accommodating. Definitely went out of her way to make sure all the kids ate, stayed hydrated, and had fun! There is a cafe with many options to choose from and they even serve fried dough which is big in my book! Anyways, clean facility, staff was super nice, and it was good to see a manager out on the floor and behind a cash register. Not often do you see management doing their share like the rest of us! Will be back soon!
Considering how pricey it can be when you have multiple kids, I was forced to purchase a pair of socks despite having a pair from another place. Same colors, same freakin grip pads on the bottom of the socks. $9+! Not going there again
Wanted to take a moment and thank the manager Dorian fir his hospitality and customer service. During our visit with my kids he went out of his way to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. The A/C unit was down, however he made sure that we are comfortable and happy during the repair process. Condo to Dorian for his customer satisfaction skills. Codo!!
This place is crazy fun. I found the staff helpful and present, the equipment in good shape.
Had a good time. First time visitor. Food was fair price
Absolute fun for the kids!
I have been here several times now for various birthday parties and have always had a good time. My son had a blast too. Very accommodating, which helped keep everyone happy. So much easier to let them do all the work and you can sit back and enjoy the party too, instead of having to play hostess and missing all of the fun. Great idea for a birthday party of all age levels. Arcade is also enjoyable. Staff tries to be helpful with a room full of yelling and screaming children. Even let me buy a prize with cash since we didnt have enough tickets to get the item that all of the kids managed to get. So that eliminated any problems with hurt feelings, etc. A plus for a good time!
It Is okay the trampolines were fun to jump on although the dodgeball was not fun because people did not know how to play and kids were placed in there for some reason it might be a different experience for you. But anyway the overall trip was just expensive.
Very unprofessional call yesterday around 5:00 and asked what time they close and they said 6pm. We asked if we could come in for 30min jump the lady said yes. Once we get there 10mins later she says oh my manager decided to close at 5:30.... so she wanted us to pay full price for 10 mins. When we asked to speak to manager she was like “oh you still have to pay full price or come back tomorrow” Completely unprofessional. Clearly they had better things to do than to put their customers first.
My girlfriend and I have been coming here since the start of the summer. Everyone is always friendly and courteous. Any issues it is we may have is always taken care of promptly by management as well.
Had kids birthday party. What a launching good time.
I had a party there for my sons sixth birthday and it was excellent!!!! The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves bouncing around and playing the arcade games. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our party host was extremely efficient and our piazzas were delicious!!! I highly recommend Launch Trampoline Park its a great activity Center for the entire family and we will definitely be going back!!!!
Kids had a great time here, staff is nice and cooperative, adults please stay out LOL
Its so fun
We love launch. But if you have four or more children its best to get passes off Groupon.
YOU. NEED. AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!! Crazy hot in here do not go during the summer. Writing this while I sweat to death here
Excellent place for kids especially in winter when they cant do more physical activities..So full value for your money.
Kids had a blast and they had a good spot for adults to hang where the kiddos were visible
Had a great time here with my boys, definitely stop by if youre in the area!
This is such an amazing place that makes perfect sense for families. .. Its fun, energetic, wild, free, warning thou. .. It will have your legs feeling like jello but the most fun and enjoyment soo thank you launch!!
My 8 year old LOVED this place. Happy physically active kids (any a few adults) everywhere. I jumped too and had a blast. I definitely recommend. Only downside is it made all of my mussels feel their age and for an hour for 2, its about as expensive as a meal at a restaurant. Still we will be going again and it was a great time.
Rude staff. Long check in process. Not worth your money. I can’t express how rude the staff were enough. Never coming back.
Fun for kids but isnt the safest place, management needs to address the black unwrapped metal support beams. There were screws and bolts that were uncovered. Its also advisable to have a staff member to keep older jumpers out of the area for small children. Safety 1st!
Brought my kids here for the first time and I must admit very impressed. There is an area upstairs for parents to relax and read or watch tv while the kids jump around and it has a good view of the park if you want to check on the kiddos. We visited from Avon so a bit of a drive but worth the trip. According to my brood, way better than Flight and SkyZone so Launch is the new family Friday getaway.
Bring My Kids Here All The Time Because They Love The Xtreme Dodgeball Games & Black Light/Laser Show Ambiance They Have Going On Every Hour! Even The New Bubble Attraction Too Which Is Kind Of Cool! The Staff Is Also Always Friendly & On Top Of Safety Which Is Always A Good Thing & The New Manager Dorian Is As He Would Say, Awesome! I See Him Always Helping Out On The Floor And Checking On The Kids And Staff Whenever Im There Which I Also Appreciate & Im Pretty Sure Other Parents Out There Do As Well! Overall, Very Fun Place, Great Staff, Tasty Food, Awesome Customer Service, And Affordable Prices. Cant Go Wrong With That! Definitely Somewhere You Can Bring The Family! Keep Up The Great Work!
Young man provided excellent customer service, seems like a bit unstaffed.. grandkids had a great time, Smoove and milkshake was great, need improvement on the fried dough...
We had a great time at Launch! I brought my three young children and went on a Friday earlier in the day when I knew it wouldnt be very crowded. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The kids had such a fun time, they loved the foam pit and enjoyed each trampoline area. It was easy for us all to stay together, so I could keep an eye on them. Stroller friendly, too. We plan on going back. A great way to have the kids burn some energy!
Way better than flight in new Britain. Staff is very nice and helpful. Prices are ok. Huge spaces to jump. I love the dining balcony. Their mango smoothies are delicious. 2 types of socks to choose from. Lights shows once in a while. When they cater they go beyond what is expected, I know this because I went with slade middle school last year. No split age groups unless told to split right off, when you get there. I would definitely recommend this place. have fun!
Compared to other trampoline parks weve been to this one is average. Went on a school holiday, and place was packed. Was disappointed they only had one person checking people in. Took forever to get in to start jumping. Also felt like staff watching the trampolines did poor job. Was letting bigger kids jump in zone for little ones and on several occasions almost hitting them, and nothing was done even after some parents complained. Might be better on a day when nor so busy.
I took my young-adult daughters and we all jumped. I cant tell you the last time I had so much fun. I did strategize, though. Knowing that it appeals to younger kids, we went on a beautiful summer Saturday to increase the chances that families would choose outside activities. This totally worked, meaning that despite a birthday party or two, Launch was not crowded. The check-in and waiver went smoothly, the staff was polite and professional, the venue was clean and well-maintained. I paid a little extra for a locker with a lock—they charge $5-something and give $3-something back when you return the lock.I want to particularly mention the trampoline lifeguards who were super observant and safety conscious. AJ at the Main Court was particularly great, and so was the guy at the foam pit.One hour felt just a little long, so next time Ill go for 45 minutes. If I lived closer, Id be at Launch every week.
Had our sons birthday party here. Price can start adding up, but everyone had a great time, and the staff did a good job. Seems brighter and cleaner than Flight in New Britain.
Tons of fun for all ages. Just dont go on a full stomach.
She loved this place!
Kids enjoyed attending a birthday party there.
This was my 1st time here. I Purchased a birthday party package via Groupon for my twin girls which was suggested by another user in a review (Best advise I ever took, I suggest the same for you) FYI: CT sales tax & CT admissions tax not included which totalled $33 & is charged at time of arrival or in my case at end of party. I will try & keep this short & to the point.PROS: customer service was awesome. The hostess were there & ready for us, the set up was very nice & they immediately got right to the point & instructed us on what we needed to do (waivers, socks, bracelets).CONZ: There are only two kiosks for registering your party guests & If you end up waiting behind someone like I did, more than likely itll cut into your party time. The pizza here is DISGUSTING! It was a thick gummy bread, sweet sauce & tasted like the fumes of the oven!! I had read other reveiws of the bad food but assumed it was just a bad day but NO! THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY SERVING GAS FUMED PIZZA. The pizza was included in the PKG but I had purchased two pep pizzas separately for the adults (another $33 bucks) & was so embarrassed. Worst $$ ever spent. I didnt wanna cause a scene or make the workers angry & end up short timming or short changing us in anyway so I figured Id ride it out & let you all know, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ON FOOD. Lastly, we were supposed to have a private Dodge ball game included in our pkg but the hostess never really arranged that so the party kids ended up having to grab a worker on their own (who was just so sweet & awesome believe her name was Celestia) to arrange the promised private Dodge ball game which allowed for a few extra minutes of jump. All in all, my twins had a great time & thats really all that mattered.
Not enough for the kids to do and food was horrible, the arcade needed more games.
Had a great time, kids loved it. Will return. great experience and great Exercise.
Nice, clean and not very crowded early.
Need better food court and a fixing on the flat sodas
This place is fun controlled chaos employees were pretty dope very friendly definitely a cool place
Brought my nephew here a few months back and always intended to write this review but never got around to it. The place itself wasnt bad. Some things were fairly dirty and a few arcade games were not working. But its a trampoline park over-run with kids so what do you expect. However... The staff was beyond rude. Not just to me or my nephew but to multiple other families as well. They have a bunch of kids working there so again you cant expect too much but I dont expect an attitude or to get yelled at. If there were more options in the state they would certainly go out of buisness (even with their amazing profit margins). Sadly though we are limited to basically 3 parks. If you intend to go to a trampoline park and want to be treated with respect and fairly go to the one in Wallingford. I wouldnt support this company with my money again.
Went there Saturday with my grandson very short staffed. Food was terrible I was giving a burnt pretzel. Also no one was watching dogeball and half of the court was closed . My kid likes flight better
The kids love. Parents love how the trample tires them out.
We attended a birthday party that happened to be on the 1st Sat of the month, which is teen night. The place was a madhouse; it was so crowded as to be unsafe. The party coordinator asked the kids to take their shoes off and follow her to the trampolines (didnt address the parents at all). We thought she might be taking them to a dedicated trampoline area for parties so we followed at a distance (mostly because we didnt know what she was doing with our kids). She left them at the trampolines amongst a TON of other patrons, turned around and walked back to the lower section of the facility. We parents were pretty surprised, to say the least. It continued from there...there was never any real coordination to the event.Apart from that, staff members seemed overwhelmed and couldnt enforce the rules. The person in charge of the main area kept whistling and announcing one person per square!. It was ridiculous and even a bit comical considering there were probably 3 times that many people in that section.Anyway, it was a horrible experience. Needless to say, we wont be returning.
Dissapointed, spent 40$ on a groupon and was charged 10% tax on the full rate of what it would have cost without the groupon. We ultimately paid more than the advertised rate. Staff member running dodgeball is on cell phone not paying attention to customers.Jump socks are required, apparently shirts are not. Customer service is a joke, its crowded, and the added cost of the extra fees, and jump socks should be criminal. Our family has been to many trampoline parks. This one is by far the worst, save your $ go elsewhere!
SO MUCH FUN! for the kids and the adults alike.
Good time, kids where worn out
Very fun place for families and just to burn off energy, very friendly staff highly recommend
Great place for the kids. Go online and fill out the waiver before you go.. Makes the process so much easier
I took my 9 year old and 4 friends here for his birthday. All the kids loved it, there was something for everyone. My husband and I even jumped! We bought a couple of pizzas for the kids afterwards and they even let me bring my own cupcakes. I loved not being locked into purchasing a party room. The staff was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back-and all my sons friends too I bet.
This place was so much fun! Lots of different things to do and the staff was so nice!
My kids love going here
There is a person named Jose or something like that but he really cares about his job and he loves the kid very much I go there everyday because I have the summer pass
Great for kids. Not a ton of fun for adults.
Think twice before spending a dime here. While planning my daughters birthday party we never got a call back, when we finally did thenew hire had no clue what pricing was for what. This was all ok. We can understand... However, when one of the fathers in our group had an issue with the coin/ticket machine eating up his money and not getting what he payed for,as anyone else would do called themanager over, well this young guy was less than professional, raised his voice, provoked the situation without any need, could not keep his composure, acted very rude, him and his general manager decided to count the money alone upstairs, came back with 2 different stories,it was clear they probably pocketed the cash. Well needless to say we will not be coming back ever again, and i will be sure to let all friends planning an event here know to take their business somewhere else.
Took my kids here to get out of the house. Little overpriced. Staff is uninvolved just going through the motions. Music selection being played is not kid oriented at all.Otherwise they had a blast. Place was clean and open. Lots to do.
Hi, was there with the group earlier today and I have to say that I think that the staff did a super good job with everything that they did for us and I think most of the others from the group will say the same!!!!! Some kids did get hurt but thats because they were not following the rules that the attendants/monitors for the courts kept telling them. If you get hit in dodgeball, thats the point of the game hence the point of the game and the rules sign that says play at your own risk. Anyways the staff was great, the games were fun, and we all had a blast. When someone got hurt, the man who I believe is the manager was prompt, caring, and very nice. Thanks Launch for showing us the awesome time the manager and cashier said we would have when checking in. Ill for sure be booking something with you soon!
I’ve taken my kids here many times and even held my sons 2nd Birthday party here, never had any issues. Even went above beyond to make sure the Managers knew how great the party staff did helping with my sons birthday party. However, I was there yesterday with my children and there is a new assistant manager by the name of Dorian who is very unprofessional, rude and has the worst attitude by far. I contacted his boss who I was given his contact information by the name of Rob and left him a message about the very unprofessional way this man treated ppl on Saturday afternoon. Still no call back, no response, no nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!
Been here a few times, this time we went on a Thursday and it wasnt packed. My kids had a blast. Price is affordable.
Very nice no complaints
Some staff is friendly. I do recommend this over the Manchester trampoline site.
