Absolutely trash! nothing in store! dvds only thing they have. the smell of pot as soon as you walk in. the people behind the counter are to busy face timing their friends never coming back

The worst customer service we have ever experienced. The girl was mad rude when i ask where is the batroom!! the owner needs to hire kind people with a good attitude because if he continues with this kind of people he will close his business soon! BTW the place is very elegant and discreet!

The worst customer service we have ever experienced. My wife was looking at some product the woman came over and scolded her for opening a box to see if the product was in the box. My wife told her that we did not have money for 60.00 shackles but we are looking (for the record we came with over 300.00 cash but are picky for what we want to buy.) my wife then asked if she could try on a Corset the lady told her unless you are going to buy it then no. She then told my wife that she has no money to buy anything so why would she. My wife was so angry she left and said we are going to leave a review the ghetto lady then replayed good I’ll comment on it. She was extremely rude and I’ll be passing on our story.

Went in with my husband to get some new martial aides. We walk in and theres 2 women in lingerie off to the side lounging. The vibe is off in the place now. I think prostitution is the name of the game in the shop now. I wont be back.

What I don’t understand is how anyone would ever spend 60-70+ on a product when you aren’t even allowed to check out the quality of a product by opening a completely recloseable package !!!Then when I approached the counter to ask a question the person that was supposed to be attending the counter was to busy gossiping with another lady to pay attention to a costumer and I actually had to say excuse me TWICE to get the absolute disrespect I received.And then to be told that because I said I didn’t have 60$ to buy ONE specific item (even tho I had around 300 dollars in cash with me because we are going to a concert in hartford) that I shouldn’t be allowed to try on a product because the person behind the counter just assumed that I don’t actually have money and therefore don’t have any reason to try on the product.Worst costumer service ever!!!! Have never been treated with such disrespect in a store before and will NEVER be back. Way better places to spend my money!

The boutique has a lot of items and is very appealing, but the customer service is non existent. We purchase an item that when it was tested, they had a hard time getting it to work, but it finally did so we purchased it. Took said item home with great expectation but when we tried to use it, it failed so we put it back in its container.Two days later, we return to the store and explained the failure of the item, but were told that there was not return or exchange on such item. We are out almost $40.00, a ruined evening and red in the face with anger.We have purchased similar items with issues at other local store, but the store stood behind their product.Advise that you take your business to other local stores.

Knowledgable and friendy staff! Had an interesting time cruising the isles ..thanks to the attractive young lady that helped me pick out my fifty shades book...it was a great gift and if youre interested in mt tat art, dinner is still a must.. :)

Ive got to be honest and say that when I used to work here the nights were poppin with customers just about every night. Nowadays the store at night is like a graveyard. Business I would imagine is not all that good. I think the main reason is of course competition from VIP of Hartfords and Bookends whos been around for 20+ years. Due to the decline of DVD and VHS sales and rentals due to the faster and more anonymous internet they have decided to sale on adult toys and lingerie. Thats great if you ask me but when you ask for 20 to 30 dollars more than the competition on an item youre only asking for people to shop around. The re-inclusion of the video previewing booths may have been a mistake as most booths dont get a constant cleaning and has a stagnant smell of sex. Also with opening the booths has brought more of the seedy element of customers looking to prey upon first time curious customers. Sticking with keeping tabs on internet sales and local competition prices and be more agressive with sales along with the removal of the booths I think would restore this establishment to its greater prestige...

Beware never go to this store they have defective supplies and the price range is very high and they trick there customers
