Nice place to live! Friendly neighbors and a safe neighborhood to live in. Park manager is very nice and fair to all of the residents.

Seemed quiet & well maintained

Needs definite road improvement, should also be more family oriented with playground improvements

Claiming to be an upstanding park while still having some of the most ghetto looking homes I have seen in quite awhile. There are some homes there which look beautiful but there is also homes that are questionable. Drug use is rampant throughout the park but thats to be expected.
