Beautiful campground, wonderful staff, would definitely recommend. Ive been here 5 weeks & Im thinking of staying longer. Thanks you all for a memorable stay.

What a friendly park. Very clean!

Love Park Place and the people here. Would give them 5 stars but the pool is colder this year which doesnt work with my arthritis. Hot tubs are cooler also and keys dont seem to work in a couple of them.

The maintenance was lacking in the area we were in. Not ready for winter RV travelers yet. Stickers were a real problem. I do have to add that I looked at different parks and they all had the same issue. Sorry to the staff because they were very nice.

Loved this place! Everyone is nice and friendly. The office staff was wonderful and the maintenance manager is the best. Clean and well maintained grounds. Coordinated activities with lots of fun things to do. We will definately return.

You could get a used lawn mower, ask questions first here.

I have been living here for 2 years and have enjoyed all the amenities. I have sweet neighbors and just feel right at home here! The office staff is very helpful if you have any questions or concerns.

This is a over 55 TV resort in South Texas. It has 849 sites, some mobile homes, some park models, some motor home, some fifth wheel trailers and some trailers. Pool, hot tubs and many many activities. People are friendly, come and stay the winter. Dances and happy hours. Great place.

We were only visiting a resident, but the security seems nice. They seem to have decent amenities. Its also well sized with quite a few places to put an RV.

Enjoyed tremendously. Lots of activities and wonderful people.

This is our 11th year spending the winter at this resort. We started with a travel trailer and three years ago bought a park model. This park has more activities than you can count. Entertainment weekly,almost daily. One can be as active or sedate as one wants. No pressure here. Just good fun,great friends and the park is on the Fringe of the city,close to everything. South Padre island is a 45minute drive away,as is Mexico. Staff here is great,very accommodating and always willing to help. The sites are some of the biggest around in the many parks here in the Rio grande valley. Try us, youll like us.

Excellent place for full time RGV living or a place for Winter Texans to park for the winter months

We had a wonderful dinner at Nannas Taqueria last night. We were really treated wonderfully. They go the extra mile to accommodate their diners. Most of all the food was EXCELLENT. IF youve never been there give it a try.

Great place and good people but the management thinks they own the place arurilo meza thinks he owns the place..if you go againist or challange him he will try to keep you off the park for no reason..

The people that live here are rude

What a dump. Roads are bad, managers are bad, workers are bad. Dont stay there.
