I like the location. Its easy to find going west on Business 83. Technically youre still in Harlingen city limits, but in a somewhat rual area away from traffic. There is plenty of parking and there is someone watching the cars on weekends. The staff is friendly and the beverages are priced fairly. Some nights there are drink specials. There are drag shows with local talent that start late after midnight. Envy is not as packed as most urban bars. I recommend you bring or meet up with friends. The locals are friendly, but the more the merrier.
