This movie theater is always clean and then please are very nice and helpful. The reclining seats in butt warmers is just an addition. It is my first choice in Killeen.

This place is a great movie date night place. They serve margaritas,the popcorn wasn’t good I purchased a large because I thought I was going to finish it and get a refill but it tasted old and dry.The best recliner heated seats in the area. It’s great that they have so many options of candy and sweets, that you feel like your at a convince store.

Excellent job with reopening during the pandemic. The building was super clean and the staff all seemed very well prepared. Happy the movies are back open!

Let me start by saying that their General Manager was very rude, their managers (ms.herr and ms.Ess) were also rude. It was September when I went up there to go see an old movie because I wanted to get out of the house, they were eyeing me down and approached me at the ticket booth asking me if I had food and then the manager made a joke saying a lot of people sneak food in their hijabs,, I find that decry inappropriate and will be suing, I also have themOn video

Awesome spacious movie theater, this is my go-to movie theater. First off, its at a great convenient location. Its located next to a lot of other stores and restaurants. I usually like to buy my ticket ahead of time and then go eat or hang out at Barnes and Noble which is right across from the theater. The inside is big and kept really clean. They have a few tables and chairs in the lobby and some arcade games. The concession stand has a pretty good selection of food, like ice cream and even Starbucks in addition to all the typical movie food you expect. Its not cheap though but no movie theater is so thats not really a negative. However the employees are really friendly and the tickets themselves arent expensive. Ill add in that they do give you a military discount. They dont have assigned seats which is a positive or negative depending on how you see it. The seats are pretty comfortable and clean. Theyre not reclinable like the ones from Cynergy but theyre still comfortable. They also have handicapped seating available. Overall you couldnt really ask for a better theater.

So glad yall are finally open! Even with the pandemic, yall were prepared! Employees were polite and happy to have customers. The auditorium was clean and grouos were spaced at least 2 seats apart. We are movie club members so we get to go to 3 of the classic movies for free. We have missed having date night so we are so glad you are open!

I love the reclining seats! It takes the numbness out of your feet from sitting 2 hrs. At least now theres better circulation for both legs and feet! Next best thing I loved about this particular theater was the Pizza Hut Pizza-For-One boxes of Pizza! It contains about four healthy sized slices of pizza (my choice was pepperoni of course). I was like: goodbye popcorn (for now) and hello pizza!. By the way the Movie was excellent! (21 Bridges). My personal opinion: 5 stars and

Saw the movie Like a Boss. It was great. The seats are so nice I could have easily fallen asleep had I not enjoyed the movie and I was with the most wonderful man (1st date). I just think the prices are way too high for cold popcorn and Dollar store candy. But overall VERY NICE!

Amazing job on the remodel. Seating is so comfy now and the movie choices were spot on. Friendly folks at the counters but the concessions are a LOT pricey.

This is our normal theater, and we go frequently. The movie club is a must if you go regularly. The free ticket is great, but the 20% off concessions makes the food almost normal price. The new loungers are great, although Temples are better since theyre bigger and have a table.

This is a nice theater. Well kept. Clean. They now have assigned seating and recliners. Never been crazy about their Concession, but they do have Blue Bell ice cream which is nice.

Havent been to a theater in over 2 years. This theater was fabulous! However, someone should have mentioned there was a low back seat heater button. I literally burned my back! All in all, customer service was fabulous, prices were outrageous as expected and the mobile app allowed us to bypass the lines!! Cant wait to go again!

Normally I would be very happy but with the recent changes of the movie theater, I can’t help but point out that I was overcharged for 3 people(80.75) which includes myself and was also bagged checked, (I am underage) I didn’t see a notice for the bag check and the employee laughed at me as I was checked. This theater is obviously going out of business but do it please in style and not overcharge children.

Always clean with friendly employees. The luxury lounger reserved seating is great; refreshments are standard movie theater fare. Recommended.

Ever since they upgraded to the reclining, heated chairs, I dont go to any other theater in the area. It has the biggest selection of movies and great concessions. They also sell beer and wine!

The Cinemark movie membership is better than Killeen Regal theater membership and Cinergy theater in Cove because you get a free movie pass every month, discounts on food, and a few other perks. However, the food sucks. The best food at a theater in this area would have to be Copperas Cove Cinergy Cinergy hands down. The have way more options to choose from than Cinemark and they bring it to you in whichever theater youre in. The seats are okay, but at Cinergy there are trays where you can actually put you food on top of instead of ok your lap or on the floor. They definitely need some upgrades.

Everytime Ive been here its been a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly and professional. The theater is always clean. And the seats are very comfortable and relaxing.

I watched the mess out of a new movie here. I had some good half bottle of wine that I willingly paid too much for but just went with it.

Comfy seats and cheap prices. Its great unless you get stuck in the first row. Way too close to the screen and you cant see, even with the seats reclined all the way back.

I love Heated reclining seats! Very nice and clean. Unlike the theater in Killeen they dont check your bag and harass you before you go into the movie I appreciate that.

Awesome experience. The staff was awesome and upholds Cinemark standards of One Guest At A Time. I wish I could have caught all their names but the entire staff was great. The only one I never talked to was an usher but they were busy. It is a lovely facility.

Loved the heated seat and comfort. I go to the theater to get away from my usual TV atmosphere and commercials, more commercials here than at home, I paid for the movie not all the ads.

Nice theater overall. The concession setup is different but not bad. Way more options. They serve actual foods and even alcohol. Layout is nice and simple. Seating is tiered so you arent seeing the back of anyones head. And the seats recline a decent ways and are heated. Overall a great place to go. Price for tickets and drinks was average. They offer w membership that provides a 20% discount @ concession stand and a free ticket every month that rolls over.

We love coming to this theater. Very friendly staff and the location is a plus. It is always clean. I had an issue/question with my Cinemark account and the lady at the counter was very helpful and patient. Over all this is a good place to bring the kiddos to watch a movie.

Not a big fan of going to the movies all the time because of high prices but the service and experience was worth the money. Staff was polite and two very helpful. The theater itself was clean and very relaxing as well as comfortable. Dont think I will ever be able to do anything about the price of food and drinks, but certainly dont mind spending a little money to get out of the house and enjoy quality time with my son in this place is a good environment to do that. Great for Families First Dates or some much-needed a long time.

I left my house in a hurry to go see Joker at the last minute and thus forgot my ID. I met my boyfriend at the theatre who was already getting concessions so I went to grab the tickets. Mr. O(something) was working the register and said because it’s rated R he needed to see both of our IDs ... I’m 30 years old. I say that my boyfriend has an ID but he insists he needs to see both. I keep copies of my IDs on my phone and show him my license but he says it must be a physical ID. I have literally NEVER been carded to see a rated R movie. Parents can take their children to see rated R movies yet he needed to see both of ours in order to sell us tickets and claimed “it’s policy”. Seriously? We will never go back, there are plenty of other theaters that are less ridiculous.

The seats are super comfy. Top be able to view where youd be sitting is pretty cool in my book. Nothing like feeling at home.

Terrible service! I went to see a movie tonight with my husband and 2 children (age 13 & 11). My husband is active duty and asked for military discount. The guy at the register checked my husband military ID and mine but I had to pay full price for my 13 y/o bc she don’t carry her depend ID. We’re there as a FAMILY I’ve never had someone ask for my children ID’s before.And the time before this I visited this same theater to watch “Ma”. I purchased my movie ticket with no problem but when I tried to walk back to the theater, I was turned around because I didn’t have my ID to watch a rated R movie. I explained my ID was in the car and the guy told me I had to show it to him to get in. I walked all the way back to my car. I understand there’s rules BUT I’m 32 years old!! AND my ID wasn’t required to take my money for the rated R movie so didn’t see the big deal.I look good for my age but I definitely look older than 18. If policy was that strict, my ID should’ve been required prior to charging me for the ticket. This was my first time ever having these issues and both incidents happened at the same movie theater.

Please read.Honestly, I dont even know where to start. I walked into the movie theater in order to watch Zombieland 2 with my siblings and friends on my sisters 19th birthday. We tried to buy tickets, but I was too young to watch the movie without a parent (Im 16, but I had previously thought that you could get in with someone older than 18. I was wrong, though). Nothing wrong with that, though, its just policy. Later, my parents show up and buy themselves and I a ticket to watch the movie, and I got into the movie theater. After just a few minutes, this lady (whose name I did not catch), comes up to my seat in the theater and says, You, come with me. I was confused, but I didnt want to interrupt the other people in the theater, so I got up and went. Once I get outside of the theater, she tells me, You are not allowed to be in there without your parents, you can only watch the movie with your parents in the theater. At this time, my parents were at the concessions getting some popcorn. She then tells me (and this is how you KNOW she was lying), that she saw my parents LEAVE the building and drive off. I was so confused, like first of all, how do you know who my parents are, and second, what? Who just buys two tickets and leaves the movie theater without watching the movie or at least refunding the ticket??? She repeats herself, saying You can only be in there when your parents are. (Ok, so what if I had come with one parent and they decided to go use the restroom? Would they have pulled me out of there then, too?) What irritated me more was the fact that there were two nosy workers who chimed in with little remarks, Yeah, she can only be in there when her parents are. (Not important, but it was none of their business anyway.) My sister (20), who had followed me outside, told her that my parents were just getting snacks from the concessions, to which she replied with the same thing. (Your parents arent there, you cant be in there...) Finally, my parents walk up, snacks in hand, and she finally lets me into the movie theater.I wonder, Miss, whose parents did you see leave the movie theater?We always come to this movie theater, and this has never been a problem before. Its aggravating that they dont know how to handle these types of situations. On top of that, they even went so far as to LIE to their customer. So much for customer service.

Cinemark Theaters are absolutely some of the (if not) the best Theaters in the Country. Taking your young kids to see a Disney movie or New release Kids/ Family movie, then take them to Cinemark. The whole experience is positively remarkable and will be enjoyed by All.

This theater is slightly better than Regal in Killeen. The staff here is friendlier, they serve alcohol, the screen is brighter, it looks cleaner, and the pricing is nearly identical including military discounts. I just wish they had free popcorn seasoning and they would dim the lights in the hallway entrance a little more.

Awesome theater! Now have reserved seating, recliner chairs with heating and best of all the bar in front of each row does not occlude the screen (like at the Killeen Regal Cinemas). The movies are always in focus (unlike Regal, who wont focus the projectors no matter who you ask, including Managers).

This is a really good movie theatre. First of all, prices here are a little bit cheaper than any other movie theaters. Secondly, if you in the military they give you almost 50% discount, so you only will pay $5.98 for a ticket, really sweet. And finally they offer alcohol in here, for about $3-5 you can get a descent size 18OZ glass of beer of your choice, any vines for ladies etc. And don’t forget seats here are not numbered, first come, first serve. So you can get any seats you want. Definitely 5 stars out of 5. Enjoy.

Wish the seats were better/more comfortable. The seats do not recline. Theater seem to be clean. We didnt order anything from concessions so couldnt tell you how our experience was in regards to concessions. I would probably go to Cinemark in Temple first.

One of the best movie theater in the local area since the new upgrades, the prices aren’t to bad after your factor in the military discount (assuming your military or prior) been going here almost weekly for the last 3 years and have yet to have a bad experience.

Me and my wife come here at least 2x a mnth. We try and go see every movie that comes out. Nice seats. Good staff very friendly and clean.
