Hickory falls family entertainment, is wonderful place to take your kids or to do a party at.Go-Karts are awesome! An Lazer tag was just as epic as it was when I was a kid! I think I enjoyed this more then the kids!

Great location with tons to do. Definitely worth the all day pass. Go-carts are fun and very easy to use. Mini golf is a full 18 holes and each hole offers a different type of challenge. VR games are fun and the play course is great fun for kids. Laser tag is as enjoyable as I remember as a kid.

I took my 4 grandsons, ages 4 - 15, and they had the time of their lives. We spent the whole evening there, busy every minute. The youngest cried when we had to leave at closing! It is a great place for family fun with good food, and plenty of activities for everyone. It’s going to become a family tradition

Loads of fun for the kids! Staff very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Lots of activities and the best part is the kids getting worn out enough to hit the sack early.

We took my 7 and 9 year here to celebrate there end of year virtual learning and we had a blast. I thought for the amount of activities they had to offer it was a great price. Lazer tag, putt putt, indoor jungle gym, bowling, arcades and go carts. They had lots of durable and cool toys to pick from. They even had Ritas there!! My only complaint was there absolutely NOTHING for my 2 year old to do there.

Great service even when busy. The staff is making what looks like an extra effort to sanitize what is already a very clean place. They also have two new vr games that are awesome.

Very nice kid friendly place, people who worked there were also nice and courteous. Get alot for your money if you have your kids Birthday there. Food wasnt bad either had good wings. Go kart track was a hit for my kid and his best friend, cant wait to come back when the weather is way warmer.

Very fun for kids. The jungle gym is pretty big, and the arcade selection fair. We had a birthday party here and it was great. Our host did a great job, thank you Wyatt! Laser tag is also very fun. Lots more to do as well.

Putt putt and Ritas always a fun time

Always an enjoyable time. Go Karts, Ritas, an indoor play area, arcade and laser tag all under one roof. Laser tag is limited to specific ages, so young kiddos cant play. If I recall age requirement is 7.

It has arcade machines, minigolf, kart racing, and many more! You gotta go there. So love.

Always seem to be updating their arcade game and activity experience. New Mario Kart machine, virtual reality, and constantly improving their concession foods. Good pricing on play-area for little ones, and great system for games/earning tickets on a card you can keep refreshing. Great on a cold day (or any day), and a good stop for grandparents too. Staff are always friendly. Great for birthday parties.

Beautiful architecture on the mini golf but them greens need re-surfaced! The Go karts are great. The kids working there are well mannered and friendly.

I go here often. Its a little costly. But kids do love this place. They have lots of games to choose from for all ages. And a food menu anyone can eat from. Family friendly place. Birthday partys are welcome.

Older kids had fun and so did 2 year old but was very limited to what he could actually do and games he could play...maybe 2 or 3 games all with help of course cause they have no arcade games for little ones. Prices are way way to high, every single arcade game was minimal $1 and some even $3. 13 and 12 year old both had $10 arcade money, 2 rides each on goat carts, our 2 year old had $10 to play while waiting and cost us around $60 and werent even there an hour. Place is a RIP off and not worth my money.

Hickory Falls is a very nice place to take your kids there is so much to do there and very exciting. But it seems like the more things they have there to do the more expensive is getting I remember years and years ago it was a lot cheaper to take your kids there to have fun for the day. I do think they need to do a little bit more maintenance with the miniature golf area it seems like thats an area that they dont keep up as meat or worry about as much but me and my family love miniature golf we have a lot of fun playing that game. I do take my kids here approximately five times a year maybe more but when you come you have to make sure you have the funds because it gets a little expensive especially if you stop at the snack bar. But dont forget your big large refill drinks if you get the extra large cup and bring it back each time you get free refills I believe they still do that.

Hickory Falls hosted our 3rd or 4th birthday party today and it seems like they get better and better! Although i couldnt be there due to a sickness, my family couldnt have been happier with how perfectly planned the party was and how wonderful our party assistant Katie was. Thank you Hickory Falls once again. 5 stars for sure!

Lots of in stuff for the kids, and adults can have fun racing on the go-cart track and playing miniature golf, too. Just be sure to bring money because all activities cost money. Other activities include a Lazer tag room and a playground/jungle gym for the kids. All arcade games of chance/skill reward tickets that may be used to cash in for prizes of different value, some of which are pretty neat!

A bit on the pricey side and Other than the too old of an age group allowed in the indoor play ground.. I love going here... Great place for parties.

Little ones love pushing buttons and seeing lights. My nephew played all the games, he didnt have any money on his card and he didnt know the difference. Older sister is on to us. Now we have a collection of ducks, like over 50. Its a guarantee win. Alot of fun

So for months now My boyfriend and I have gone to Hickory Falls for a parental visitation every other weekend. Today, we were going to celebrate our granddaughters 2nd birthday, mind you it was 5 adults... us, her mom, and her other grandparents... no other children. They brought cupcakes, two balloons and a couple presents. We were there at 11am when they opened. Barely any other kids, people there. When a lady approached us and asked us if we were having a birthday party, we explained it was only us and it was our granddaughters 2nd birthday. The lady proceeded to tell us that was not allowed, and that we could rent a room for $50. We told her we were there every other weekend and spent well over $100 every visit. That it was only us, no other kids or adults and only had cupcakes. She said she was sorry, it was company policy... not allowed. SO, she said we had to take the cupcakes and presents outside, not allowed inside. I am a professional, as well as others there, and said okay but I would be contacting corporate as well as leaving a review. She then said that she was the General Manager and I said okay, but I wail still be contacting higher management regarding the situation.I can understand the policy, but it was 11am, barely anyone there. Considering you have customers who spend money on a bi-weekly basis at your establishment, she could have said you can go into a back room, sing happy birthday, let a 2 year old open her presents and come back out and enjoy the rest of your time. Easy, no other parties were taking place at that time, 30 minutes max. But no. I could understand if there were other kids there, bring food in, a full fledged party, etc... but only one, a 2 year old. Will not be back there, wont give them a cent. Is a great place to take kids, but at that moment, very inconsiderate, and rude. I hope upper management reads this and makes better choices with management, and understanding flexibility. Its all about customer service. Oh, so we had to open presents in the parking lot, in 100+ degrees.... nice !

A great place to take the kids with lots of different activities. Only problem is you cant carry over go carting, putt putt or laser tag from card until next visit.

Played golf with the family and had Ritas. This was great. We loved it. Course was great. Some hard ones and some easy ones. Good for ages 5+ as there are some water holes to keep littles out of.Ritas as always are fabulous!!!!

They really need a diaper changing station in BOTH the men and womens rooms. Dads change diapers too. Edit: we visited the banquet hall. The big back room that can be rented out. No changing station there in the mens room as of April 2019

Best Place to take your kids at. My Daughter loves it there. She never wanna come out of there.

This place is insanely expensive. With elementary-aged kids, we have spent $20 in about 15 minutes multiple times. Younger than 10 should not be allowed to do karts, as it makes it so difficult for anyone to have fun when younger kids are constantly holding up the race, going the wrong way, or running into other karts. The indoor play area smells, and is completely unattended. It also snakes around and isnt lit well, and is difficult to tell your kids its time to go/time for food/check if they are okay.The employees are nice. The Ritas is good, and open year-round.

I thought the place was really nice until I found out they have no type of security in place when there is a missing child. Its very easy for kids to walk away from their party. After the staff was alerted I thought they might help look but they didnt.

Family loves the mini golf here, good challenging course, very nice arcade and go kart track.

One of my kids favorite places! Weve been there probably ten times. There is a large indoor play area (plastic tubes and climbing, a slide etc) which is their preferred spot, though they also enjoy the arcade games too. If its not too hot outside the mini-golf is fun (and if other customers arent being too pushy). We are waiting for them to be a bit taller for the go-karts, because those look like a BLAST!

Took my daughter here for her birthday and four of her friends to play laser tag. Equipment didnt work properly. My gun didnt work at all. I talked to the attendant and had my gun and vest replaced but half the game was over. I spent $9 for 10 minutes, multiply that by 7 including my wife. Total waste of money.

Lots of stuff to do and pricing is nice. Had a good time there. If your going to do go carts make sure you can run on speed 3, it has a height requirement.

This place is awesome! Took my 6 and 7 year old and we all had a blast. Laser Tag is the best I have played and you get to play 4 six minutes games. The outdoor carts were closed, but the indoor carts were a ton of fun, even in the tight space. Overall just great and still very new. Highly recommend!

Big ripp off. Food terrible. Staff is terrible .If u have a problem and go to manager they all about ur money. No refunds. Why would i want vouchers. If im not coming back. Theres so many better places to go. Dutch wonderland for the same money and thet care

The Facility was very nice and well kept. However in comparison to pricing and fun you can have at the lazer dome. Definitely go lazer dome

Fantastic. The atmosphere is great for people of all ages, and the music was very tasteful. The prices are amazing and their food selection is vast and delicious. I recommend for any and all events. They have free wifi and have the BEST wifi coverage Ive seen. 5/5 stars.

Mini golf was good. My grandchildren got on the go karts and the person running it gave no directions......my granddaughter has long legs and they didnt tell her the seat could go back and she got a cut on her leg and also a very large knot. The prizes they can pick from for the arcade games are terrible its all junk. We did enjoy the Ritas Ice.

I went with my children last weekend (ages 5 & 12) and they enjoyed themselves! There are things to do for both of them, and my five year old was especially happy that he was able to ride as a passenger in the go karts. I got a package that was $30 and it included an arcade credit and a snack bar credit which is very reasonably priced, although I didnt care for the pizza. We would definitely go again!

Workers are horrible and miserable. Extremely rude and unmotivated and clean up at 9:30 to leave at 10:00 ;when they close on Saturday’s just Bc they’re desperate to leave on time. Because of that they closed the food and drinks off at 9:30 even tho people continue to spend time there expect to get something to eat and drink. They give as little effort as needed and that makes it very unenjoyable. All around just a waste of money and I wish I never took the time to drive there

We are pretty regularly visitors. For the area Hickoryfalls is one of the best family entertainment places to go. But it isnt cheap and can get extremely busy.

Our first visit to Hickory Falls was great! Plenty of activities for kids ages 1 through 14 in our group. And the adults had a great time as well! Go Karts, laser tag, a huge play area for younger kids (and grown ups can get in and help if needed). The staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back! I had no idea that something like this was so close to home; in the past, we have traveled as far as two hours away for a similar experience.

Had my 8yr old my a 2 year old and my parents, and there was tons of fun for all of us

Great place to bring a small group of children for some entertainment. We did the Pick 3 option and did Laser Tag, Go Karts and the indoor play area. The kids loved that they had cards with $15 to play games to earn tickets for prizes. They were tired all evening and went to bed early after having so much fun.
