Great 10 mile stretch of the AT and didnt know there was a plane crash site. Very cool!

Yes someone was telling me about this landmark. Apparently 20 or 30 years ago there was a airplane crash and everyone died at the spot. Terrible! No wonder it was cloudy and gloomy when I was up there and started to rain
