Just a side note..., I often walk through the woods from my house to the bar, which is closed, or little restaurant, whatever, and the woods has a trail that goes from the non-lot side of the restaurant through the woods and ends up right by the loading dock area of Michaels and I have never been over there without seeing all sorts of things that apparently are thrown into the woods by receiving or something, and usually you can get some good stuff for free.... just an FYI

This is my go to place to get my hair done. If its highlights, a haircut, or even a blow out they are truly PERFECT. I usually see Michael and his daughter, Michaela. They are so KIND they make you feel super pretty and they take such great care of you. Ive been going here for about 20 years I think could be longer. Im obsessed! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! Once you go here, you wont ever go anywhere else! Michaels is currently very picked over due to everyone taking up crafting. This is a good thing but its tough to find what you need.

To me i think they are not keeping up with the floral. They are branching out to other areas.

Walked in with a list of items 30 minutes before closing, walk over to an associate and said can you point me in the direction to everything on my list. I read somewhere that when you go to Micheals the workers have no clue. Well Im setting the record straight and wish I knew her name, but she knew exactly where everything was, very friendly, made sure I found it all and 20 minutes later I was walking out the door Happy with everything I needed. She also shared a coupon,, thats huge. I love workers that share the deals

I go to Michaels in Hanover and Plymouth because they are closer to home, but their selection for the art supplies I am interested in is poor. And what they do have is always picked over and depleted. Hobby Lobby has far more selection (and knowledgeable staff).

They always have the best deals!

To be honest don’t do curbside pickup they email me that my orders are ready then I have to sit outside for 20 mins and call them twice then the lady tell me ohhh we we’re preparing your orders, then don’t ff send me an email that my orders are ready to pickup

Quick in-store pickup experience

To be honest with you, I would have given the store four..or possibly even five stars!- if only their employees could slap a smile on their face every once in a blue moon, or actually be nice to a customer instead of treating their customers as walking burdens who only come into this store to be a, bother, to them as employees! In fact, Im not sure if she was the manager or the supervisor or assistant manager possibly? But she was the one in charge for sure put it that way, and she was the rudest one of all! She has dark hair and shes fairly short. She came bombarding by me as I was already done paying for my items and putting my carriage back before walking out the door. I literally felt someone PUSH their way through, right by me..in a SUPER RUSH AT THAT! I turn to look who it is, while at the same time saying oh my goodness Im sorry... When I looked over, only to see, it was the same SUPER RUDE SUPERVISOR/employee, who had previously already shot over, a few grumpy faced glances, my way!- same person is now power walking away from me, never said excuse me, never said sorry. She never even addressed me AT ALL actually. But instead, continued to walk towards the back of the store! I mean, really- TALK ABOUT A BAD TASTE BEING LEFT IN ONES MOUTH! THEY NEED EMPLOYEE- CUSTOMER interactions etiquette.. Maybe Michaels should consider offering an etiquette class, for theses super rude employees, at this Michaels location. Other than that, I love the store, love the selection and the prices too! I just simply will not deal w/ppl being rude to me like that. Nope. Id rather shop elsewhere!!

So good place for crafts stuff but beware you dont ever have to pay full price. Stop to get some stuff on way home, when got home looked and saw 40 percent coupon on phone which I did not get at store so I bought same stuff online gonna pick up for 40 percent less the same stuff Im returning little annoying that they dont mention the 40 percent when your there.

Im not the most crafty person but if you try to get any help at this store prepared to wait unless youre paying for something.I was here for about 20 minutes looking 4 markers or paint that could be used on sculpting foam.Every single employee at the store was on the registers... All 3 of them apparently.

Michaels has such a great variety of products. They also have many gift ideas. I always end up getting in trouble, because I always find more than I was looking for. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous & will always help when you need it. Very, very clean, organized. Every aisle labeled clearly. Love this store. 5 out of 5 for store & staff !

Perfect for embellishments for sewing projects, school projects and any and all seasonal decorations.

Gets crazy this time of year and the lines can be so long - wish they would open more of their registers. But great store!

I attended a class to learn about the Cricut. The class was not expensive, it was very informative and we got to make & take home our project. The instructor knew her stuff and explained it so that even thw newbies understood.

This is the friendliest location I’ve ever been to! Everyone is so helpful, and the selection is AMAZING! I can get lost in here for hours!

This store had so much to choose from. You will eventually find everything you came for, but trying to find help is a bit difficult. If you already know the store and where everything is great. But dinner of us need help.

I always spend more money than I intend to at Michaels. So, I am disappointed that they are cutting down on the Red Heart yarn section. Fewer colors, types and sizes. It is the only yarn that I will use and it is difficult when the correct color or skein size is not on the shelf.

Great store. Helpful employees. I recently went to custom frame and was very pleased with the help I revived in picking our a frame and mat.

My experince was ruined at this micheals when i was stalked by a loss prevention woman. She was not descreet, i felt profiled and she even got in my space at one point to get an obvious front shot of me with her iphone. Ive spent many thousands of dollars at michaels over the years. This was unaccaptable. You should be ashamemed. Train your loss prevention to be a bit more stealth. Isnt that the point? Also i was carrying around 2 white pens. LOL. Uhhhh ive spent more at this store than this employee has ever made. The silent accusation was not worth my time. I will shop elsewhere. Meanwhile this location needs and some educatuion in diversity. Nice camo hat...

Great craft store for jewelry & painting. I was looking for bamboo crochet needles size J and they had nothing but one JUMBO needle with a few plastic & straight metal needles.

So I came in with my hyper artistic son who wanted every toy he saw, the first cashier I had I wish I got her name she was so nice the second lady was kinda rude and rolled her eyes at my son

The Hanover Michaels was clean, organized, with a great selection. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
