Nice quiet place nice neighborhood and neighbors!

Seems nice there, but the day I went it was raining and they have a flooding problem

Nice place, but Franklin management could do a better job on up keep, it floods every time it rains, and they should put gravel not dirt on road so it would be less muddy

As of March 25th 2018 I have not moved into my mobile home that I purchased there but since I have been working on it, it has been very quiet, neighbors keep to themselves and overall nice area

Not a very nice place. Neighbors are very rude and nosy...floods constantly...and trailers are very rundown...my personal experience was w/a slumlord on top of park conditions. Would have rated 0 but wont let a comment unless 1 star minimum...advice is stay away from semple farm trailer park ESPECIALLY lot #19...
