First time visiting the facility; staff were professional and very courteous. Facility was clean, well organized and adequately staffed to assure safety. The food was well prepared, presented, a large variety of cold refreshments and snacks were available for purchase. Cold cups of water were free; cold bottled water is available for purchase. In my opinion $2.50 per bottle is a bit expensive, especially if there is more than one child. All in all it was a very pleasant experience, we will definitely visit again and will share our experience with others.

I’m very disappointed in the way you are operating during a pandemic. Employees were not wearing masks and they were not requiring customers to have masks on either. It’s just not safe and not worth the risk!

Great way to burn energy! It would be easier to require paying customers to wear a mask if paid employees were always wearing a mask.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Do NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!!!!!! Employees were not even wearing masks !!!!! I even took a video ! My child came for a birthday party and our pizza arrived late as well as the music wasn’t even on! They gave us passes to make up for it but how could passes make up for anything when they weren’t even following the CDC guidelines! The place was filthy and not even clean. Terrible! Skyzone promised us a fun and safe time and we got nothing but that! The management wasn’t even understanding and just gave us passes like that would fix the problem of running a business during a pandemic and then not keeping their promises I saw they agreed to on their website!

I just love when people actually do and take pride in there work. this young gentleman named Joshua went out of his way to make sure my son was good for the night . he’s special needs and made me and my son feel at home thankyou

Customer service is key for me & it was absolutley terrible one girl (wish i got her name) should have no interaction whatsoever with customers. I should not have to walk around to find someone to assist me. Terrible experience. My 1st visit in VA if it were not for my childrens possible request, another visit would never occur

Place itself is great to be at but the owner and a regular employee was the ONLY 2 staff members that was willing to be helpful for me when I lost my keys

Cant recommend their toddler time enough. They could turn the music down though. It was almost impossible to hear check-in behind the plexiglass, mask, and music.

Went for a bday party, it was crowded, it was very hot and disorganized. Only thing I can say I liked was the crushed ice and free water you get. The kids had fun.

I purchased 2 family packages. Comes with 2 lrg pizzas 4 jump passes and 2 pitchers of drink. They had no pizza. So they said even though I watched them fix more. It took us a billion years to get us checked in and after placing our order for food they fixed another customer ahead of us.

Seems like a great place and the price appears to fit the activity. However, if anyone in the family is in a wheelchair and experts to be able to observe they family enjoying the facility, call ahead first and make sure their accessibility equipment is operating. Brought my son here because he loves to jump on trampolines. Thankfully my wife came too. The little elevator has been missing it’s key sense opening day. So I could not get up to the platform to watch my kid. (He’s 4 and very athletic). There is a second level observation area too but it only has stirs. Looks like the party rooms are up there too. So yeah but if a failure if you ask me. Oh and so far management hasn’t offered any incentive/compensation in regards to these issues. Just a shoulder shrug and a “we’re really sorry”.

This is definitely a go to place for the kids. Lots of fun, well manner employees and it’s clean. A nice lounge upstairs and you could overlook to keep a eye on your little ones. My kids enjoy and we’ll be back again without a doubt.

Great place. A lot of activities for kids! However, in dire need for more space for chairs and tables for eating. Four major party rooms, think you can go down to 3 and give more space for those not attending parties. Check in process as fast and simple. 3 Stars because of space for eating.

Thank you to the Hampton city officials for allowing this business in our city! No more going to Newport News or Virginia Beach to enjoy a similar establishment (one reason for the 5-stars ). The staff was AMAZING, accommodating, professional, attentive, and most importantly worked well with my autistic child (primary reason for the 5-stars ).To future patrons: Please be mindful that this business is very new and has some kinks to work out--but that is to be expected with any new business--so please be patient with the staff and management.Thank you Sky Zone staff and management for a wonderful party last night everyone had a great time!

The minecraft event was a hit with my boys

First the good...great place for the kids to play. Now the bad.... From the moment we entered the customer service was non- existent. About 5 people standing around and no one offering to help. Even though we told the cashier it was our first visit she could care less and it seemed like we were a bother by asking questions about how the place was run.Next, the place was filthy. From dirty socks to empty water bottles. We decided that we would have to sanitize everything when we get home.Not a good first experience at all. Nice concept but doubt that well be back.

First time here....kids love it

Came out the grand opening day and was very pleased with the services and facility. The employees were very helpful. Absolutely love that they have a time slot specifically for the toddlers. I will be back!

My son had such a great time! He cannot wait to have his birthday party here in May. The staff is amazing, accommodating and answered all my questions down to the detail. We got my son a Tshirt on the way out, 1st of many Im sure! Well be back soon!

I love the staff! They are all kind and very patient with all the kids! The guys who run the zip line are always so sweet and gentle with the kids. However, tonight we went to Glow & you could tell they had a lot of younger kids working mixed in with the other staff and the younger workers seemed like they either weren’t paying much attention or didn’t know how to handle the kids. My son got cut in line multiple times in a row and the girl watching the kids in that area just watched and let it happen eventually she just disappeared. All in all we love this place, but I honestly don’t think we’ll go back to Glow nights right away. It’s definitely worth getting the elite+ membership if you plan on going a lot.

A good trampoline park, but the waiver seems to be extremely harsh i.e. theyre not liable for damages caused by equipment failure or employee negligence

Sky Zone is not just another Trampoline park. Its spacious, organized and Super Fun. I Love the layout and the fact there is a skyview of the whole park in the upstairs sitting area. Savanna (The manager) is Knowledgeable, Professional and excited back her job. This is a new brand facility but a Great Place to have Fun for all. For Hampton and Newport News(middle and DT) is not as far as going to the Denbigh area to the other Trampoline parks. Awesome Spot for Fun.

It’s great for kids but not adult & teen friendly mainly because it’s too crowded and small of a place. Locations north of this one are larger and don’t make you feel like you might knock a kid out.

Terrible experience. Wasnt informed of policies ahead of time then me and my daughter got in trouble for breaking the rules because of their negligence. Will not be returning.
