I give it a five start because there is a lot of things to do and the kids had a good time they provided Ice Cream and and drinks and much more foods that were at the low price of $5 and below. The place was very clean and the staff were very strict on being clean and being Sanitized. Over all this place is amazing and don’t mind the other reviews they are probably little kids trying to see what they cane accomplish by giving bad reviews.

I would put one start if I could, this place is a scam, I checked gober hours here, it said they are open and that I have to get ticket before our appointment, which I did just to go there to find the place closed with a notice that says bc of COVID we are closed . What! Why your website says you are open and why are you forcing people to buy tickets just to come there to a closed place ? So the notice on the door said we are closed bc of COVID but your website and phone operators says bc of COVID we require you to book ahead and buy the tickets before you come . What a scam you are running!

The kids had fun and the space was relatively clean. We will definitely go again. However, there was no toilet paper in most of the bathroom stalls

Would have given no stars if possible!!! This place was actually alot of fun until it WASNT!! My child got STUCK in the velcro suit and nearly escaped a scalp tear! Around 20 minutes until management offered any help, which was only an ice pack!!! The fighting pit with the cubes is also crazy dangerous!!! Its very difficult to get out for kids and adults. Kids are rocking back and forth with NOTHING to grab for leverage, as the sponge cubes fall over there head and make it difficult to breath. A few staff are on point, but its mostly staffed by teens who arent even looking to make sure kids are safe. Plus the main attraction that looks like ninja warriors track looks open from the entrance but ISNT. Its closed down.

The kids enjoyed themselves. I just didnt like the fact that our jump time ended at 4:15 and by the time we left from the register and sat down to put on the socks it was 3:24 so we lost 10min jumping time.
