So incredibly peaceful. The colors were beautiful today. We were able to go down to the creek and walk for a while and then extend our walk up top. Well maintained. Be careful, no guardrails to keep little ones away from the edge of cliffs.

Great place for a rustic walk with great vistas from high above the creek. You can also take a trail down to the creek and enjoy the view from below. Be aware that there are no facilities at the park. Most trails are easy, but some areas can be more challenging. Wear good walking shoes.

Its a beautiful nice walk. Not too difficult, but be careful because there are no guardrails off a dangerously steep cliff

This a really cool and easy hike. You can make it as long or short as you want. Just a heads up there are no facilities here just a small parking lot at the end of the road.

Really beautiful down by the river. Peaceful and quiet on a weekday. Dog friendly! All the other dog walkers we met were very considerate

If you’re here to kayak it’s a nice easy drift but not very long before you reach the lake. Don’t launch and travel upstream, there’s really no where to go as the stream gets too shallow. Water seemed inviting and kids/people were swimming. After I spotted my third water snake I decided to stay in my kayak.

Adequate parking. Cool scenery. Lots of wildlife. Great fishing. Short commute from Buffalo, NY. If you have a couple hours to get out and explore, check this place out. You’ll be surprised what’s in the backyard of our city.

Very pretty area, and decent hiking on the trails above the gorge. Theres also plenty of usable trail to explore on the sides of the river bed that dont seem to be marked. Its not uncommon to see a few people here, but typically the trails on the rim of the gorge are more popular.

Nice place. I can sometimes take my dog off leash because there’s not too many people here and the path is long. I put her back on a lead If I see people/dogs. Most people are conscientious and considerate here - just looking for a peaceful hike :)

Parking could use expanding. Great place to go highking. View is amazing. Trails split off in a fiew different directions so you have some options for repeat visits. Dress for mild mud.

Great Park, no services. Blue rim trail is wonderful and well marked (2.0 miles). Yellow gorge trail is great for fishing access and can be hiked completely when water is low (1.3 miles). Orange trail cuts through some old growth (0.9 miles) and there is a waterfall.

Parking is horrible! For such a large park in such a large town, 6 parking spots is not nearly enough! Add more parking!

All you can do is hike along the rim, theres some access down to the creek, but you cant hike along it. Somewhat limited options. Still good views. No biking!

Horrible, muddy, dangerous trails during winter thaws. Though a large portion of the park appears to be in grasslands there are only trails along the ravine. Perhaps beautiful in the summer, but something to be avoided during mud seasons.

First of all, calling this a Park is, in my opinion, a misnomer.I entered from the So Creek dead end parking area. The crumbling asphalt path looks like its has been left to disintegrate for decades. A very dangerous Park with sheer drop offs five feet from the hiking path. No fencing, no guardrails, no warning. Children should not be allowed at this Park. There is absolutely nothing there for a child except a fatal accident waiting to happen. A recent Buffalo News article called it Zoar Valley Jr. but failed to stress how deadly the vistas along the trail can be!

Gorgeous breath taking views. Beautiful trails and landscape. Brought my 4 year old and we managed pretty good. Has steep cliffs and narrow paths along side the gorge. Can be dangerous if not careful. Peaceful, quiet, saw few people. Worth the trip and will for sure go back.

Great place for a hike with views of the gorge. Trail is basically flat but can be tricky as lots of tree roots in some spots. Pretty much hugs the edge of the gorge the whole way. There are a couple of trails that will take you to the bottom of the gorge.

Closest trail running opportunity by my home. Ive come across chipmunks and deer during my runs along with fellow hikers. Wish the trail was longer than 4 miles total, but lots of short alternate routes to keep one busy.
