Love this place and its atmosphere! Revival Jazzband was great! Good drinks and service too. Definitely recommended

This is a cozy little jazz club like Id expect to find in the States on the 50s or 60s. The musicians we saw were superb and everyone was having fun. Most of the customers seemed like locals, and while it was just my wife and I, she looks Irish and we are both Texan, so we got some looks but it was a feel of curiosity, without a bit of hostility. Even speaking English and no German, we managed to get served some drinks and listened to great jazz for a while.

Best and most famous Jazz Club in the inner city of Hamburg. Since 60years (!) they open every night to present Jazz, Blues, Swing, RnB, Dixie and NuJazz in a surpassing unique ambience. See it -feel it - hear it. Good value admission (8-15€) Live music from 8pm till midnight. Indispensable.

Nice, cozy place.

Small, friendly cellar bar. Atmosphere, basic food menu. Cant speak about the music program as I only saw a boogie woogie pianist. There was an entry fee on that night.

Worthy to visit. Very class, old school jazz. I loved it.

Nice Old club. Good afmosphere. But we were there a day with very few people.

Amazing Jazz music performed by 16 great musicians plus 1 talented singer.

Entrance fee. Not the place for lively jazz! Ok it depends on the band but its all seated and no real dance floor. More of a place to appreciate live jazz. Beer was good but no plans to return.

Will charge you €10 each to walk into a room that is full with no place to see the act, which by the way is a cover band rather than anything to do with jazz. Upon immediately walking out of the room, no refund.
