Very bad experience at this office. I had a customer who was looking to lease, after paying their application fee and submitting all documents asked for they were left waiting for a full week before a response. When I called to follow up they claimed Corporate was still running the application. I called once more the second week and still no luck, finally the 3rd week my customer decided to withdraw his application. When I contacted the office to let them know Janet kept avoiding answering my question as to why my application was never processed and would refuse to give me a refund for an application that I was not able to get a response if was processed or not. Both Roary and Janet were very unprofessional. I came in personally to their office and was left waiting purposely, while she carried a personal conversation with a tenant. Roary which was in the office saw this and did not make an attempt to help me, even though he had no customers with him.

The roads in this neighborhood are terrible!

New owners bought this place about a year or two ago. It has really been cleaned up. I just bought a really nice home from them that they owner financed. Really good deal.The park is mostly quiet. There are Hispanic folks here, but its pretty much a mix.They are redoing the office and adding a big clubhouse this year and a new pool next year, so I know they are trying to make this a better place.

Excellent Place To Live, Clean and Quiet Neighborhood

If can have the most lower rate I will give it to this Administration manager and the Assistant Manager. I dont have even a year in this community and the Manager is not other than angry and rude person that seem dont take care about the security of this community or other important matters. His only obsession is to charge people for the grass has grown 3 feet or more. These administration is totally unprofessional. In my personal opinion I do not think that this administration have been taken seminars, courses or even read a manual of administration and customer service. They forgot one thing, the people that rent or own properties in this community are the ones that witch their monthly payments are paying their salary. A manager that yell, been sarcastic and anger with the resident is not a good manager.

Ive been living here for few years and I must say they have gotten much much more strict and expensive as time goes by oh and the only good review on here is by somebody that works here, they are giving fines left and right for little things or big things doesnt matter. I would not move in here if I was you I now started looking for a house not a mobile home. because this place is just awful. too many kids walking around and the management doesnt care about you or your needs just want to make a quick buck. so please just save yourself now unless you want to pay money for having a dog on your yard or a kiddy pool or a piece of paper on your window. this place is BAD!!

I lived here when the blacks owned the place, and I recently stopped by and the place looks so much better!!

I live at white Creek. But I am very unsafe there.l must move as soon as possible. Waiting on section 8 .Or my Grant money to be deposited in my personal checking account.

Charge you fees for everything. Fix one thing and theres suddenly five more things. I believe their favorite thing to do is harassing people.

1 . pepole blare out mexican or rap music 24-72.kids and teanegers walk in the middle of the street all the time3.the police are always passing up and down the street(to much surveillance by police here)they once had a trailer surrounded with their guns out for some reports of a man with a gun inside the trailer4.the staff here are rude and charge you for every single thing5.its ghetto hereThis might not be the best trailer park out there but its still a neat trailer park to live in if you want to sell drugs to kids and get arrested in the end

Last people running this place were all amazing, once the new owner and staff came in it all went down hill, they steal your money by giving out fines on every little thing they can think of, having a window ac, leaving your trash can out for to long, blinds being broken, paint fading etc and thats not even the begging of it. There is racial discrimination going on here, we have been fined many times for the same thing our white neighbors continue doing till this day and ONLY GOT A NOTICE FOR IT (their words) we were never giving a notice either. We arent the only ones that have experienced this, you can find many more people going through the same everyday. They will ALWAYS find a way to take extra money out of you no matter what. Oh and dont even get me started with the maintenance guy or whatever his occupation is here, he is the rudest person! Everyone has complained about him many times! He even got his girlfriend to cuss out MY MOTHER while they were driving pass OUR HOUSE.Do yourself a favor, if you want to live a happy life in a nice trailer park DONT COME HERE, take my advice, you will sooner or later regret it!Would of given 0 stars if that was an option, but I felt the need to warn and help out anyone before they commit a mistake.
