We always love coming and playing. Covid has the play tunnel closed.. my kiddos love that and we miss Cheese himself.. but we will be back.

Its fine. Check e. Cheese is exactly what you should expect. Overpriced cheap pizza and a way over priced scraggly salad bar. But nobody really comes for the good food. Its all about the kids, games, tickets, and prizes. I highly suggest searching for coupons online. Youll get a much better deal.

My two LOVED this place. Omg it was super fun. Chuck E Cheese sings and dances with the kids. Then he does a ticket drop so all the kids can get a lot of tickets. Games are really fun and give out a ton of tickets (which can be redeemed for prizes/toys/candy) we purchased the fast pass which made it super easy for my sons to swipe to play. Tons of fun for very little money. Got the pizza and drinks it was delicious. Stuffed crust was very flavorful and cheesy. We will definitely be there again soon.

Need more games, but was fun. Food not worth the cost. Staff was friendly, but need to communicate charges and fees better.

Have loved Chuck E. Cheese for years. Food is good, staff is always friendly and I hope it remains open.

The staff was great! Payton was a delight for sure.Games were okay. Salad bar was really good. We enjoyed our visit.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. It was fairly busy but not overcrowded. Staff were all very nice. Food was really good for this type of establishment. Everything was clean and saw several staff cleaning and clearing tables regularly. The kids had a blast. Of course as is typical Chuck E Cheese it is a bit overpriced. Only major downfall was the entire place had a terrible animal smell. Otherwise it was a nice visit.

Nice, fun place to take the whole family. Its a little crowded on the weekends, but thats to be expected. Lots of games and the kids love collecting tickets from the games they play. The process of converting tickets into prizes could be a little faster, but again its a product of being so busy.

The rides are a bit small for me, but otherwise its a nice place. Im kidding of course. The kids love it. Staff is decent (mostly kids who work here). Games are fun and the food is decent.

Good place for kid, pizzas are a little small and games a little outdated but kids like it.

Well... we spent about 5 hrs here... the first 2 we spent finding someone to fix games... the first 4 games we played didnt work hr. employee 1 was rude and responded saying they all break all the time i have to deal with it... so i got the manager due to his response, she proceeded to tell me she dont have time to help thats what her tech is for said employee so when she tried to walk away i asked for corporates number because her response was ridicules and unacceptable! which she said no to! now in the end after i got loud because they were saying basically deal with it... the said employee did come back to offer two hours of free play n a pizza nxt time but i will not be returning at all the only reason for the two star was because the gave me a free two hours for my kid! i will say the pizza was good!

Very friendly staff, the young lady that stamped our hands and the cashier were so friendly and helpful! They have great customer service, they helped us find an online coupon and they saved us a great amount of money . ! We will be back, great place to bring the kids !

My 3 yr old loves this place! And the staff was so nice and pleasant as well.Prices are little high and you dont get a lot of tickets so you pay $20 for 57 min of playing time and get 158 tickets which in return gets 5peices of candy and 1 air head... You need 4, 000 tickets to get the big prizes, so you probably spend almost 50-100 bucks... But if your not worried about money and just want to make your kid happy and have a fun time than this is the place. Id give 5 star if it wasnt so expensive.

Great atmosphere, some games were under maintenance. But overall nice visit. Kids were happy & thats all that matters.

Nice not very crowded

We had my granddaughters Third Birthday Party at the Valley Mall Hagerstown,Maryland Location on June 22,2019. Was very impressed with the service. Our party hostess was Katelyn. She did an exceptional job! She was on top of things,was very attentive to the kids especially the birthday girl. Katelyn kept the party moving smoothly. All the kids had a blast!

Usually this place isnt to bad but this trip was just horrible... Sat at out table for over 30 minutes before asking where our pizza was just to be told they were sorry and that they had no one in the kitchen to cook!!! And that our pizza would be out in 10 to 15 minutes so that told me they didnt even have my pizza cooking yet after waiting that 30 minutes!!! Then when they finally bring it it had the wrong topping on it!!! So they had to remake it!!! So we had to wait yet even longer for our order!!!... Completely unacceptable!!!

I use to take my kids here every week. Then I went one week and there was a very unprofessional cashier, and we have not been back since. However, all of the other staff I have dealt with before have been amazing. It is clean and the kids love this place. I just may have talked myself into going back

It seems like a secure environment and the kids liked it. However, it is loud and the food is sub-par. We’ve also attended birthday parties here. There were other parties going on and it was a bit chaotic. Maybe that’s to be expected?

My little brother one the jackpot twice on one of the games, except for the machine didnt give him any tickets, so when I went up to tell someone they said that if I really one it would say 100 and then her friend behind the counter said it does say 100. So then the lady said someone would be there to give them to him. My brother is 2, and we never got the tickets.

Bathrooms needed more tending too considering all the kids that use it, but it was a great time!

My four year old son and I had a great time here on our last visit. It was not real crowded and our pizza was brought out surprisingly fast and it was cooked to perfection.

Well its great for the kids!! But for parents not so much machine keeps tickets so wasnt all that big on it!! I did love the energy of the place and my kids had a blast oh and food is pretty good too!! Try the chicken wings!!!

We brought our 3 year-old here as a treat for successful potty training. Being a Saturday night it was quite busy. That being said their staff was very responsive when a machine ran out of tickets or a mess needed to be cleaned up. The food was not the best but lets be honest you dont go to Chuck E. Cheese for their amazing food. (My husband said the pizza was good and he ate a whole pizza) With 100 tickets we were able to have 2+ hours of fun.

Our party host was great. The food was way better than it used to be and very fresh. Overall had a great time.

This location is always clean and the workers are friendly and helpful. Plenty of games for kids of all ages.

I was here for the birthday of a 2 year old, I was shocked with the service. The parents asked for a paw petrol cake the day they booked, the came to chuck e cheese a day before the birthday as well and confirmed the cake, today was the birthday and the staff at chuck e cheese said they dont have that cake, and provided sorry excuse. Then I went to get a cup of coffee..... a cup of kureg was $3.99, they didnt had creamer . The staff was very unprofessional....... I will make sure not to recommend this place to any one.

Pizza was delicious, rented birthday forums include everything, even your own personal staff person, plenty of arcade games to choose from, but the only thing I would like to see is a schedule of events as to when each activity in birthday party is supposed to happen. Had to keep corralling children bk to table area as each event unfolded. But everyone had a good time and birthday was memorable for our grandson. Thank you.

Didn’t realize they had so much for younger kids. Our 2 year old had a blast. Clean and organized.

Very good customer service during my 5 year olds birthday party

Person who checked us in was very personable. Place was clean on this visit. Had been there before and couldnt find a clean table. The cheese shakers were greasy and dirty so didnt use. The pizza was good. Got the 10.00 birthday cake. It was very good. Kids had a great time.

All the staff were great, our birthday party hostess did a great job as well, it was even her first time.

Giving them one star because the one tiny personal pizza I ordered took an hour to ger. Along with that the whole area behind the counter and numerous employees smelled of weed. Which is very sad because this is where people bring their children to play . Very disappointed with my visit today.

The kids love it here. The staff are exceptional and fix any issues you may have. They make sure the family is having a great time.

Staff very friendly, pretty clean for a place with tons of kids running around like wild animals. Lol. Deals on games much better than prior years. An all 3 of my kids ages 9 months to 13 all love it. Its a total win. Def a work out keeping eyes on all 3. But worth it.

Nice to just let the kids get out and play. Also, good right now that you can purchase by time instead of just points. However, there is very little games to play. Would be great to add more. But over all alright!

I go in for uber eats only, but many times I have been treated very professionally by all the staff there. Very clean place for the kids to play and have fun. The pizza ? Not the best but its chuck e cheese

I took my children for family night at my sons school we had a wonderful and although there were lots of people there from the school so it was packed the staff kept up with all the children and adults it was kept clean and everything went smoothly!!

So much fun to take the kids and enjoy a little game time for parents. I always feel safe and the employees are very helpful and kind to everyone.

Our 3 year old loves it! Weve been twice now. So far we have only played games and had ice cream. The staff is very nice! It has also been nice and clean both times weve been.

Another big company that could be and do better, but unfortunately theyre just after your money.The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but what we were told over the phone and at the store was quite different.The kids had a good time, but the prizes were well below par and expensive for what they were.

Clean and well run. Pizza was good and service was great. We were there for our sons birthday. It was amazing. I didnt have to do anything but bring a cake and watch the kids. They did everything else. He even had chuckee come take a picture with him and sing to him! We will definitely be doing future birthdays here! Great for large groups of children

Very expensive if you want to go there to eat AND let your child(ren) play games. Wish they had more rides for the little ones. But the staff are friendly, the establishment is clean, and the food isnt bad either.

Not a horrible place for the children but highly expensive in both the games and food. There wasnt a whole big selection in games. Just my opinion!

This particular chucky cheese was VERY unprofessional. Asked for help because the ticket counter machine went on the fritz. I had 200 already in the counter and it read error but was still taking my tickets. Might i add once it said error it stopped counting them but kept taking them. Said something to an employee with the response of idk then preceded to walk away from me. I thought he was getting someone that might know what was going on but so not the case. When he finally came back i asked again in which i was told didnt i say idk. The manager heard what was going on so her and another girl came over. The preceded to have a pow wow about me and my situation. My daughter, 18 years old, then heard them say shes just trying to get free tickets. They then called me a liar and said nah Im gonna give u some tickets with loads of attitude. I Said nah Im good. I didnt want ur free tickets. They were very ignorantly handed to me then the rest of the time there, not much longer, i was being watched by both the manager & the first boy that i asked for help. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK THERE AGAIN!!

Prices are extremely high, without coupons I would not go. Cleaned off my table before we were finished. Could tell Chuckie did not know the dance. You should be able to pause your card more than once and left over minutes should carry over till your next visit!

Our family visits often. I like that you buy time versus paying for each game individually. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The only thing negative I have to say is that their food prices are extremly high and theres really no deal in buying time plus food.

This place is amazing. It was my kids first time at Chuck E Chrese and it did not disappoint them. They loved playing the games and racing with Chuck E. The staff there is very friendly. They welcome you and make you feel like you are at their own home. The restaurant is very clean. We will all come back again. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience

Fun for kids and delicious pizzas!

You dont use coins here any more. You put money on a card and the kids go to each machine and scan the card to play. I think the money on card goes much faster this way. The kids have no idea how much money is being spent on each game is all points. I dont like this idea.

Great fun if you only have one child! One child spent 1 hour of play for a total cost of games of $15.00! We had fun earning tickets for prizes at the Chuck E. Cheese toy store. A small pizza was $10.00.

I like the new play options. Adding play by minutes or points was a good change.

Everyone was helpful and kind. Chuckee held my baby for a photo. The staff is very serious about protecting your childrens safety in the building. We had a great time.

Kids love the place

Games are much cheaper than what they use to be. My son and I got just one $20 playing card and it lasted almost 2 hours.

Love to take my family here. Staff is ok but pending whos management on duty can depend on how you night will be. Fun new games are there now and the food is ok but a bit pricey.

The host were really nice and they made the kids feel special. We plan on throwing my daughters birthday party here in February.

Went to a birthday party and it was an amazing night! The kids really enjoyed seeing chuckee. They enjoyed the pizza and most definitely enjoyed the wide variety of games. I felt comfortable when our hands were stamped knowing I could let my daughter play without me watching her like a hawk. The prizes are very cute ones to choose from after redeeming your tickets. After talking to the father of the birthday boy, I learned the party was a very decent price. The kids who attended the party also got 2 hours of unlimited play. I could go on and on. It was excellent!

Its okay. They got rid of a lot of games and have a point or time system that is confusing if you dont go there often. Good activity for a rainy day.

Never really been a big Chuckie cheese fan. But the staff was super nice and very helpful. Their bathrooms were nasty which is something that I have a pet peeve with.

The place is a bit smaller than Winchester, VA location, but they have some good games. My kids like it and at the end thats all that matters..

Great staff and very friendly environment not only for the kids but for adults as well. My family and I go to the hagerstown location often and we are greeted and recognized almost immediately upon entering the establishment. The staff makes us feel like family and not just because its a family environment, they all really make you feel like you are at home. Out of all the faces and guests they see on a daily basis they even have our childs name memorized and the manger Tameeka always goes above and beyond for us every time and will make time out of her busy day to speak to us and our child and to thank us for stopping in every time. We really appreciate their generosity and always going the extra mile

Was very fun for the kids and lots to do

Started off great until we tried to redeem our ticket receipt for prizes. There were 3 kids ahead of us and the staff was completely overwhelmed. The manager had to open the glass case in front of my son to get a specific prize for another kid, which was fine. Until he just stepped/cut right in front of my 3 yo son basically moving his his hand and person away from the glass. With no excuse me or any words in fact. Complete lack of respect for kids, adults or anyone! Save yourself the headache here and wait for Tilt at the Valley Mall!

The staff was very inattentive. Couldnt find help when I needed it as they were sitting in a booth conversing and eating instead of actually working. I like the Harrisburg location better.
