Terrible! Requested a refund in May. The account is closed that I ordered tickets from. Still waiting to be paid back. 4 months later. What a Joke!

They will “indefinitely” postpone a show to keep you committed so that they can keep your money without providing a service

Beware, be very aware of the fine print. The terms and conditions contradict themselves and give you the run around. Good luck dealing with these scam artists!!!! Zero stars

HORRIBLE... DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO GET YOUR TICKETS. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DO IT AND YOU WILL BE STOCK WITH THE TICKETS. THEY DO NOT LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS POLICY WHEN YOU ARE BUYING THE TICKETS.AND JUST SO YOU KNOW, IF YOU BUY YOUR TICKETS DIRECTLY WITH THE VENUE YOU COULD GET A FULL REFUND IF NEEDED .MAKES NO SENSE TO PAY ALMOST $20.00 EXTRA PER TICKET TO GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE.... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.I TRIED TALKING TO A SUPERVISOR AND THIS ASHLEY LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 45 MIN.

So confused on how this company gets away with obnoxious service fees when their app doesnt work and you have to stay on hold for 20 minutes with the hope of speaking to a live person... which never happened. I ended up purchasing through Stub Hub.
