Save your money. Just go a little farther up the road and go to Action Territory in Kenosha. Went just for nostalgia with my 18 year old zero staff I waited at the counter then called them from my cell to get help. Putt putt was what I remembered it being. Then we added 10$ to our card to play a couple games, air hockey... Broken, 2 player gun game... Only one gun worked, he was nice and gave us free air hockey on another table and refilled my card. Dance dance revolution...broken, crane game...broken. Asked for my 10$ back. Its not even worth visiting. If youre going solely for ice skating then awesome. But dont waste your time.

There are a ton of games here and they also have laser tag and a small indoor mini golf course. We stopped in here for a couple mins with the kids when we were at the mall since its easy to just walk in and play a few games. I think overall its not bad and kept clean and the staff we talked with were nice and helpful. Its easy to blow through cash here so be careful.

Had a similar experience to the lady last week. We went since we were visiting family out of town. Went for the lazer tag come to find out its closed due to covid (didnt see it anywhere on the website). Tired to call 2x before we headed up and no one picked up. No one was at the counter when we walked in. Half the machines werent working that you get the play cards at. Alot of games werent working correctly or even at all. The amount of points it takes to play the games was crazy or it was odd number of points which left us with unusable points at the end. All around wasnt impressed.

Super fun place. The claw machines arent rigged and the prizes are pretty good for just an arcade. Its super addicting as well. No complaints.

I wish this place was kept up better. My son loves to play here, but it’s not worth it. They only have a few little kid games/rides, and they are always broken. One of the games is a kids whack a mole. It has been missing the mallet for like a year. Every time we go, the games will not work. You have to constantly go up to the counter to get your credits back. They have a few games that are supposed to give out large tickets, last time we played a game, we never got one. It’s a disappointing arcade.Update: after I posted this review, someone from Tilts social media team emailed me asking to let them know of any specific games that I noticed not working. I went back a day or two later, on a Friday night, and took photos of the broken and not working items in the arcade. These are the 14 photos I emailed back to the person who emailed me. I have not received any other updates or information on this issue.

Went there this week with my 3 year old and my little sister and my husband and we all had more games take our points deducted but didn’t get the machine to work for us. My sister and I probably were able play 3 games out of maybe 12 that we tried to play but were broken in some shape or form. Same situation with my three year old and my husband. We didn’t even bother getting our points back since we couldn’t get to anyone either. I was thinking of treating g the kids since we’ve been locked up due to COVID but decided not to reload our cards since it wasn’t worth it anymore so we just left... Please try to fix these machines so that you can make this experience far better.

Not nearly as good as the original arcade before tilt studios (when they still had physical tickets). About half of the young kids games didnt work, my 4yo son wasnt really happy about that, or that 20 bucks is only 10 games. additionally its all on a credit system, no tokens. Price per game, $1.00-4.00 PER play. Laser tag and food area was closed.

This posting is for the ice rink. Tilt Studio also known as Rink Side. I cannot give the rink and staff enough credit. They were one of the last rinks to shut down due to the covid panic and one of the first to open back up. They are fully compliant with the covid rules btw. Staff and Management are 5 star people. I think we will all eventually look back on this period and laugh.

Lots of redemption games did not work yet still took the points off our card? They did redeem some points for us. Cotton machine old and gross. Took quite awhile for an attendant to come to the ticket redemption counter. In fact hard to even FIND an employee during the week. Great selection of games. No pinball machines or 80s classics though??

Had my daughters birthday party here over the weekend and a man that went by Bacon helped us out and was really great. Much better experience than I was anticipating. Thank you Bacon!

NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AFTER THE EXPERIENCE MY FAMILY HAD THERE. THEY HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY AND WERE KICKED OUT OF THE PLACE. COPS WERE CALLED AS WELL FOR NO REASON. Too many problems with the games. I often have to ask for my money back because the machine stole ny money

I am not normally one to give one star reviews but come on. I used to love coming here as a teenager years ago spent many hours playing DDR and other great games. The games are now just so beat up most games have broken buttons or buttons missing all together. The number of claw games out weighs the number of actual arcade games. There really wasnt any newer games other than games that are apps on your phone. Hate to see a once good arcade a ruins of its old self.

Few games dont work and sometimes you have to wait for help when you try to exchange points for a price.Last time I have to wait for 15 min before someone show up.

We removed our son from reopened hockey clinic since most employees did not follow Covid reopening Protocol there. No masks, no proper cleaning or social distancing were observed. So sad.

We brought a group of 14 tweens here for Laser Tag and Arcade Games. They had a great time and really loved the Laser Tag! The staff was really attentive and accommodating the whole time. Highly recommend!

The exterior is a little run down, dirty, paint peeling in the concrete step seats, but the kids had fun during open skate on Friday night. The ice was clean, and it wasnt too crowded. Decent price for admission and skate rentals.

This place is pretty cool. Lots of arcade games. They have bowling, skill games, party rooms and decent selection on prizes. Prices werent too bad. I was digging prices on bowling, especially early in day. Food selection was good.

Been coming here since it was called Rinkside Arcade it has changed drastically throughout the years..Always loved it here growing up, and is constantly evolving..Nice place to plan a party or hanging out to play and chill with buddies.

Great place for kids.

This place is a lot of fun to take the kids and have a great time. Lots of video and arcade games to play to keep everyone entertained. My favorite part is the ice skating rink that offered a lot of public skating times so it was easy for us to get there and get some ice time while we were in town on vacation. Highly recommend checking this place out if you havent been before.

We came here for the ice skating rink. Came on a Friday lunch time and there were very few people. Which was great for us because it was our first time skating. You rent the skates and they have lockers. They also the ice skating time posted online so be sure to check before going. After saluting, we went to play at the arcade area. It was ok and we had fun, aside from the times were the game would now work and will still deduct points from our card. The staff was nice though because they credited our card back.

The unlimited card we bought didnt work...3 different times. We spent more time waiting at the desk than we did playing games. It was my sons birthday, it was terrible. The very young staff was never available to help. When they finally did show up theyre customer service was awful. A lot of the items they have hanging in the wall are not in stock. The food/ drink area wasnt even open. We will never go back. Instead well go to Kristofs or Action Territory.

Where do I even start this place is horrible.I went here to kill time with my family on a Sunday afternoon and let me tell you terrible overpriced cards and overpriced prizes.Barely any of the games work.Overpriced prizes literally 10,000 for a hamster how am I supposed to win it if half the games don’t work at all.And don’t get me started how on the terrible employees besides the ones that ACTUALLY HELPED ME(Kyle,Kyle,Peter,Edwin).Wait And that’s not all I went to use the restroom with my son and FECES.FECES ON THE FLOOR.Terrible smelling bathrooms maybe they should clean more often definitely will not be coming back anytime soon

Came a few years ago was very disappointed, my visit yesterday was very eventful. Seems like they are trying to turn the place around! The tilt arcade was great, games were fun and good selection of different ones, the staff was very friendly. Rinkside was also fun, I love ice skating and the rink seems to be doing a lot better too. Whatever is going on keep it up because we notice it!!

Could use a cleaning. Overall it was fun. My two-year-old loves it. Not a lot of games for him to play though. Should definitely fix the skee ball games. One is not enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. Lack of cleanliness and respect. Maybe try having good workers that will pick up a rag or two, then maybe the place wouldn’t be empty. Will never come back disease Is in the air.

My 9 year old son and 15 year old daughter love coming here. Most of the claw machines you can actually win! Its a pretty good mix of old school arcade with a modern touch.

We had our kids birthday party recently at Tilt Studios, Gurnee. The team did a wonderful job and our kids and their friends enjoyed the same.Thanks a lot Tilt Studio...

Customer service was terrible.There were like 2 employees working on a weekend. There are buttons at every counter for you to push to get an associate. I pushed a button and had stand there and wait for about 10 minutes before anybody acknowledge that I was waiting and came for assistance. When the employee finally arrived he seemed very annoyed to have to help. I had to repeat myself about 4 times with what I was trying to purchase.

Absolutely phenomenal for kids birthday parties. Our son had his sixth birthday party here. We purchased a party package and were assigned a host, it included pizza, beverages, cupcakes, goodie bags, three attractions(laser tag/uv mini golf) and arcade play cards for the kids. We’ve done this before at other locations, it’s nice.HOWEVER, at tilt studios, your host stays the entire time, corrals the kids into a group to go participate in activities, leads the activities, explains everything, serves them pizza/drinks/cake. Our host, Emily, was fantastic. Super attentive, friendly and efficient.We were really impressed with the entire experience and will absolutely be having future parties here.

It is okay tilt Studio but the laser tag is probably more worth your money the mini golf is more worth your money. The games there are in bad disrepair we went in there and out of every game that I was looking to play three of them were broken and these were some of the games that cost a lot of credits on your game card and they dont take care of their machines I would rather suggest go to Dave & Busters. So Im sorry I missed when I cannot give anything higher than a 3-star rainy they used to be a very good gaming place that had solid reliable machines but when tilt Studio took over instead of ringside Sports I want the garbage they dont take care of their machines. You have a 50-50 chance getting machine that works some machines are really happy to take your credit but not allow you to play because its broken and theres no signage on the machines to tell you that it is broken and the only thing that managers can do is give you a free game and thats it. Go to Dave & Busters

It was the first time I visited this establishment with my son and although we had a nice time, I just assumed the games wouldnt use so many points. Just another place to take your kids to and it wasnt crowded.

My first time ever Ice skating was here I had blast!!! People mind their own business and skate around you while you learn. It was a great experience definitely doing it again. Great for relaxing and just something to try if you need some thing to do.

I was visiting from California. My youngest granddaughter really didnt get the hang of ice skating so her & I went to the arcade part and spent time together

I am very disappointed in this place the only thing that’s good is the ice rink besides that this place is pretty bad. They don’t even have coins to give as change and the food is really bad and would never come back again.Also to add they have a whole menu to order food and you can even get half, they also said that their is to many of us in line and half of the games are broken, the service here is awful.

Really just an okay arcade. Not many good games for adults but good for kids. The prices are expensive compared to most arcades. Id be fine with this if the selection was better but some games dont work and others arent calibrated. I wouldnt go out if my way to this arcade.

The worst arcade the experiences of my son and my lives. Upon arrival I loaded up two separate game cards with $20 each. After unsuccessfully trying to two three games that were all broken we found a couple that worked. Then we found many more that did not. AT LEAST Half of the games we tried would take your money but would not work. Staff was there and would help refund credit back to your card but after going to the 7 to 10 times is became an annoyance to us and staff and was not even worth the effort. Both of us got to use about $10 of the $20 per card and then just gave up. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Upon leaving the facility my eight year old son looked up to me said what a dump, and I couldnt agree more.

The place is decent, the staff is nice. Big gripes about the ice rink itself. In the 2 1/2 hours I was there, they never resurfaced the ice. It was literally a hazard to be out there in some spots.

Like the fact thats inside the mall. But it tends to be a bit pricey. Some games dont work well, and when you slide the card it eats up your money. Some games also cheat you with tickets, it tells you that youve won a certain amount but get a totally different amount of tickets. The winning prices are decent though.

Avoid this place, a significant number of games are flat broken and several more would take the credits and not allow you to play. It was difficult to even get cards for credits as the dispenser was broken. This is likely the worst arcade Ive ever been too. You know its bad when a 7 year old comments about how many games didnt work. Staff was pretty non existent too. No one behind the counter for most of the visit.

Best place around town, every dime you spend there is worth it. My kid loves the place and so do I. Alot of selection of fun games for hours of fun.

Most of the machines were broken (not/giving tickets/ or taking points but not starting). The laser tag is old and small. Staff where nice though, and prices could have been worse. Completely dead when we went. I dont know if thats a plus or not?

Unfortunately some of the games dont work and take points anyway. Some of them dont indicate when points have been spent so you end up swiping again and paying for a game twice. The experience felt like a waste of time and money.

Tilt studio is like a chuck e cheese for slightly older kids, which isn’t great. it’s disgusting, outdated and the games are either horrible or don’t work. when you touch something you can feel the germs. the only plus is that it’s in a mall so if you want to escape you can just go shopping.

Amazing Experience I enjoyed it

I thought it was gonna be fun, but when we got there...it was not so good. There where nobody at the stations or counters. And we had to wait for 20 minutes just to get a table...and they were all EMPTY. All we did was do the glow in the dark mini golf. And the tables were not clean. The counters were sticky and it was all messy. I Dont think im gonna go there ever again

Great for young kids, not great for adults that like to play games. A few games are decent but for the amount of money it costs, you can go play more at chuck e cheese. The real plus side is they have a skating rink, miniature golf and its at the mall, if you are our for the day and the kids need a change of pace.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY PLEASE STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY GO TO DAVE AND BUSTERS WHERE STAFF WILL FIX GAMES OR GIVE YOU SOME CREDITS ON OTHER GAMES.I was looking forward to spending a day in a small arcade with my kids, instead we found out the hard way that half of these games do not work some of the claw games did not go down or did not move at all. From what I’ve read in previous reviews it doesn’t look like any feedback or emails will improve this place. If you are considering going to this malfunctioning arcade please do me a favor and look for a chuckee cheese or a Dave and busters you will almost spend the same amount at both I spent over $40 here left with out bothering to cash in my prize for the only 53 tickets I won from a game that worked the first time but not the next two. Seems like the machines are doing an obvious job or taking your credits. Asked for help three times neither of the three staff members working there today around 3pm seemed to care about the games not working or about refunding me my credits.

Awesome place especially for kids! We need more places like this so children have alternatives that are positive, instead of video games and gangs and can learn and enjoy ice skating!

This arcade has tons of cool games.

Save your time and money. My girfriend and I stopped in to check out the arcade because we were considering having our daughters 7th birthday party there. About 85% of their arcade games Do Not Work and are over priced. Most of the games either took our money, did not pay out the proper amount of tickets or just flat out malfunctioned and did not work. We searched for staff for about 15mins and eventually gave up. Honestly this placed kind of ruined my day and I would not recommend wasting your time or money here untile management decides to actually fix this place up.

Fun place.....Not overly crowded

Just looked around and its very clean and big. Lots of games for all ages with a option to ice skate. Very cool. I will come back to actually play.
