It was nice go on a Monday very clean and not a lot of people food was very quick and our order was correct had a blast playing with all the toys and games

Came with my kids to see Grandpa and cousins. Had an amazing time but one guy and his girlfriend hogged the SpongeBob game like come on this place is for kids. They should have a time limit.

We arrived at 835, not knowing this facility closed at 9, the owner quickly reminded us that they closed at 9 and was trying to detour us from going in. against his will i assured him it was fine, we were only there to waste time anyhow. at 859 i saw an employee telling a child no more than 3 that he had to leave because they were closed, which i found completely out of line, mainly in the manner it was done. We will never come back here. You can tell its under new management and theyve done a terrible job with the place

My card got stuck in their machine. The manager wouldnt give me a new one, and the maintenance boy didnt even try to get it out. I wasted money, and they told my 2 year old oh well.

The place is so much nicer now that they remodeled. Kids love it here

I gave it a four star because it was smaller than we are used too. We came during COVID so not all the games were available to play, but we did still enjoy our time there. The manager here was very nice.

The new building is very nice. Love the new changes.The only thing I didnt like was the buzzers to come get your food and when u get there your food is in the window unattended. Anyone can walk up and touch your food. This happened twice.

It really is fun for the kids -- for the adults, not smuch. But I dont go there expecting to have fun for myself. I will say that the staff is always so friendly here and not in a creepy way.

3 stars bc 4 said I liked it. 3 is for..its ok.Typically Chuck E Cheese, millions of kids everywhere living their dreams and a few adults in the ceiling tunnels. About 6 parties going on at the same time. Fun fun fun. Dont expect to find your kid when its bday time, of course theyll be on the opposite side of wherever you are looking. Also I couldnt tell if there was a kid scalping cotton candy bags here orrrr if they actually worked here. But the staff that was identifiable, well let me tell you, these folks like to get down! Just walking around, talking all this I like to party, with Chuck E. Cheese.. Throwing their hands in the air like they just dont care, having a good ole time! I did see Ole Chuck get pummeled by a squad of 4 year old girls, he didnt know what to do! Lol. As you can tell in one of my pics, dads have a grrrrreat time here. Just phenomenal. There are no other words for the adult experience here. Except that Chuck seems a little price gaugy. Lol. This place is so awesome that people come from Texas just to party! Although, Chuck, I sadly will never see you again because my kid can just have different dreams without giving mommy nightmares. I remember when you were actually cool with your whole little band and all, but now your just a rat walking around in skinny jeans, showing movie clips. Deuces!

It says this is a childrens amusement center but Im 69 and had a blast here all by myself

My son loves coming in to play. Certain days you can spend twenty bucks for an hour play pass and go to town on games. During the earlier hours is the best time to go. Its not as noisy and kids arent trampling you to get to games. Its always clean and the employees try to help you the best they can.

The gulfport location of Chuck E Cheese is our absolute FAVORITE place to go. We visit at least once a week and the staff know us by name. Everyone is so friendly and the food has really improved over the years. We love the new stuffed crust option and the buffet whenever we can catch it. This location is always clean and the staff is very helpful with whatever you need. We have had many birthday parties here, too. They have great options for package deals and even allow you to build your own party when a package doesnt suit your needs. My son is on the spectrum and he is welcomed with open arms. He absolutely LOVES this location and all the staff that go out of their way to make him feel welcome. I would rate this place a 10/5 if I were able. Definitely worth the weekly trips

Overall this Chuck E. Cheeses is good. They were very good about fixing any issues of mine and other patrons around me while being very polite. There are two main areas that I see need improvement, the first is a company wide issue with the games and machines malfunction too often. The last area is the over all cleanliness of but this may be due to the time of day they were very busy. Overall, I think the employee here did their jobs well.

Very friendly staff, very clean and kept inside. Great place for the kids to have some fun. Prices arent too high either, which is good.

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here on a Saturday. Short staffed but with patience our hostess made sure it was a success. For small parties (10 kids or less) its perfect.

So happy they finally got rid of most of the defective games. really like the new ones and my son does too. lots of fun for the whole family, yummy pizza and I cant get enough of their salad bar.

Manager was extremely rude. Told people who had very obvious problems with the games not giving out tickets that they were liars. When EVERY SINGLE ONE of the ticket munchers were broken he stillproceeded to tell customers they were working fine. The employees were very nice all though. The manager was just very rude.

The kids had fun but the staff wasnt that great. Particularly a manager named Mia. I was there for a birthday party and she didnt once make any effort to make the birthday girl feel special or even welcome. As a matter of fact she did quite the opposite. I was there for 3 hours and never saw her smile once. I understand we all have bad days but if your job is helping make sure kids have fun you may want to at least pretend to care about what they want.

Kids loved it and service was good. Need trash cans throughout. Would make things easier and cleaner.

Visited here today with my daughter and 2 year old grandson. Customer in front of us was having an issue with the employee at the register. The employee seemed uninterested and finally another employee came out. This was a lengthy issue and the customer asked for the DM’s name and number and was told they did not give out their number. Customer said every business is required to give that info out and the 2nd employee said of course, I can give you the card, I just can’t write their number down for you.,.. finally the customer paid and went inside. When we approached the employee at the register, we weren’t greeted and there was no smile or friendliness whatsoever. A very bland, boring and menial transaction and I felt as if our order was rushed and it really didn’t matter if we were there or not. We still had pizza and played games and had a good time and the employee at the ticket exchange counter was very nice and helpful. The inside was clean and the pizza was ok, a bit on the greasy side, but, it is pizza after all. Nothing I would order again unless I was taking my grandson there for the game aspect of it. Great selection of games even for our little guy. This was his first experience with anything like this and he really enjoyed it. It’s doubtful I will recommend this location to others or visit here again.

I went to birthday party for a 6 year old. The birthday girl had a great time. Even not quite 3 year old brother had a great time. All the children did. The staff member in charge of the party was great with both adults and children. She was able to get children to co-operate with ease. I wish I had that ability. I ate before I got there but everyone seemed to like the food and there was a wide variety of pizza. The salad bar looked good. The staff even cut cake and offered to cut it any way parents wanted it cut. Smoothest childrens party Ive attended.

Took my kids here as a reward for my son being completely potty trained. They played games for 2 hours. When we were cashing in the tickets the machine broke. At the time we had over 400 tickets we had put in the machine. The manager came to “fix” it but it still didn’t work and it knocked our ticket count down to 13! When I told the manager about it he told me “nope, that wouldn’t happen” and walked off. I stood by the counter waiting for help and I heard the manager telling his coworkers that I was a “lair”. Absolutely the rudest manager.

Staff was super friendly, salad bar was clean and well stocked and pizza was delicious. Kids had a blast.

I love the fact that they use the refillable game cards now. You have more versatile experience I believe. You can purchase an unlimited block of time for a flat rate. They also have revamped some of the older games. Its still one of the better values for birthday parties. The buffet hours are good and its an excellent value for the quick visit for lunch on play dates!

Too many kids and not enough staff. Adults hogging games. Some prizes now have to be bought with money instead of tickets. What happened to 1 penny = 1 ticket? Kids still had fun tho.

Pretty fun! They added some new machines last month. They need a better repair guy.

I was very pleased. The staff was friendly and very attentive. They explained everything in detail. My hostess Krystal did an awesome job. She was patient and great with kids. I think the place have been recently remodeled. I was very impressed with the taste of the food. My son turned 5 and had a blast. I couldnt of been more pleased.

When we went for my sons first birthday just to get out for a while. The staff was good the food was good to my family but to me I didnt like it. We did have an issue though with the drink machines..... Both of them. Seemed all the drinks were losing the carbonation in them. We informed the staff but they shrugged us off. The activities at the locations is very slim. Would like to see more activities for the little ones aside from the 4 that is there now.

I love the new unlimited time cards and LOVE LOVE LOVE that you get to keep your tickets, the only issue I had was you can multi swipe for games and they removed a few of the games I liked

The food was great, and the games were fun!! My family and I didnt go during the greatest time, but it was mid day on a Tuesday and we had the place to our selves. Maintenance was being done on some of the games, but we had fun!!

My toddler loves is. You can now pay for unlimited tokens per quarter hour, which is a big money saver. 30 minutes of unlimited tokens for $10?? Why not?! This kid and grandfather was hogging one particular machine and getting lots of tickets for prizes. If thats your thing then get there now before they change this policy!

Well I will start off saying everyone in this facility including the managers were on their phone. No one was managing the food area or the ticket area and when someone did come and help us order to get my daughters toy from tickets she received; they had a “hurry up and be don’t with it” type of attitude. The building was overall clean but the service was absolutely repulsive. Giving a visual the young lady was standing at the front chewing gum and texting. When I asked to see a toy she acted as if she didn’t hear me and kept right on texting. Eventually, the manager came out and helped me but, he never addressed her rude behavior. Instead he began gossiping about a woman and her husband. His gossip was loud enough that I could still hear him when we went to play on one the games near the ticket counter. Next time we are gonna go to Monkey Joes instead. I have heard there costumer service is absolutely superb.

Kids love it but most definitely could use some deep cleaning it was ridiculous how filthy everything was, the water gun machine is molded and covered in grim. I wouldnt let my children go back to that machine. Otherwise my family enjoyed our time.

The lady at the door kept saying she wanted the power to go out so they could close for the day. It was a strange thing for a worker to say to customers it was only 12 and not very busy. Makes me feel uncomfortable when people openly hate there job so much.
