Food was great despite the limited menu, fresh around the clock, staff was nice, theatre was clean and spacious. Movie was awesome. Perfect night out with the family last night :)

Exceptional. We thought we may try it out to see how COVID has effected their business and honestly, theyve got the best sanitation proccess Ive seen here on the coast. Masks are required when entering. Once you select your seating, they Automatically shut down 2 seats on either end of your party for social distancing. Not only that, but also, they spray and wipe each seat after every showing. They also sanitize the bathroom every 30 minutes. I implore any one who was ify on going to see a movie to come and see for yourself how nice it is. The only reason why I gave 4 start instead of 5, because of the no refill policy they have implemented at the moment. Even if they have popcorn placed inside of a sealed or tied bag that would be used for the refill redemption tab on the popcorn bucket... That would have been great.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail is re-released here and One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest and I plan on going over and over as long as they keep up with the old movies and theyre super clean the seats are comfy! And when my son says heavy butter, that man dont play!

We visited here for the first time today. We watched Bad Boys for Life. The movie was really good. The entire complex was nice and we enjoyed our visit.

Nice seating so long as you dont get the seats with a large wall in front of you, thus causing you to lean up to see the whole screen.

Its great to be back at the movies and its even better with the safety precautions theyre taking.

Great theater. Usually very clean and kept well. I just wish that their service was a little faster. I understand there might not be a line out the door to hire people, but if you are walking the pace if a snail while getting drinks and food..... You should be replaced.

Asked multiple times if they would turn air on in the theater. It was like a sweatbox. Bring lots of fluids!! Air works everywhere else in the building, just not where you watch the movie!

The theatre is in great condition and prices arent so horrid. The staff is pretty good but i dont think there is the best training for them when behind the concessions. Not knocking the employees them selves but i do not believe there is a method to the madness.

He was very clean they had wipes available to clean your seats if you felt like you needed to everybody wore a mask

Large, comfortable reclining seats. Decent selection of popular movies. Overpriced food and drinks.

The new reclining lounge chairs are nice. The rest of the place needs to be upgraded also to match the new recliners. Also, the new walls in front of the recliners need to be removed or lowered. The reason why I say that is because if you recline all the way back the wall blocks your view of the bottom of the screen on certain movies. Very bad design in my opinion.

The theater is nice and has an old time atmosphere. The counter around the concession stand was littered with spilled popcorn and other trash and the floor was sticky. Same for the auditorium. We were in 13 and the seat on the back row on the aisle is broken and will not recline. I probably wont be going back there again.

I havent been in this cinema in two or three years, maybe longer, but I was very impressed with the place. They loaded up my popcorn as much as they could, and I sat in a theater with cushioned lounge seating, cup holder, and electronic-controlled leg rest. Super clear picture and outstanding audio. First class cinema experience. It made me want to go back again. I think I could get used to that kind of luxury.

I joined their movie rewards club and I get to enjoy at least one movie a month on them.. their awesome

Cinemark is a decent theater. Its clean and kept up. I only have 2 issues here. One is that if you recline your seat back all the way, the bottom 1/10th of the screen is cut off by the wall. Im 5 10 so its probably worse if you are shorter than that, and probably not a problem if you are 6 plus. Its just a poor design. The other thing is that in the summer, they tend to go cheap on the A/C. Its not terrible. Its just a little warm.

Neat place was my first time and I fell in love will be back no doubt. Think I have found my new hide away spot lol thank u guys

Used to come here multiple times a week in the glory days of Movie Pass, still a regular. The upgraded seating is AMAZING, and the sound quality is usually at the perfect level. Service has always been spot on, staff is sociable and friendly, everything seems very clean. My default theater for the area, love the place.

I love the tues price and the seating was so comfortable. I just wish the price of popcorn and a drink didn’t add up to 16.00. I think they could improve on those prices especially this is great family time but to get a drink and popcorn even a large people just can’t afford to bring there families. I will add the staff was so friendly .

Saw a movie here and it was a great movie theater to be at, their seating has reclining capability, very comfortable and relaxing place to be .

Love the theater! During the week, it is never crowded...big plus for me! And the chairs are very comfortable!

We have gone to this one several times. My biggest problem are the walls separating the rows. My children and even my self are short and when we sit where we prefer to sit we miss the bottom half of the movie because the wall is so tall. Its hard to be streached up through an entire movie. We have now found a theater that we wont have that problem so we wont be back to this theater.

First, my husband and I come here often. Yesterday, David and Tyler in the Cafe concession area were GREAT! They were friendly yet professional. The young lady who took our tickets was also friendly. The theater upgraded to recliners not too long ago so thats nice and comfy. One of my pet peeves is seeing signage posted on printer paper about customer policies. Its just kind of off putting especially taped to a register. Invest in some nicer signage that doesnt take away from the great customer service. Its a small thing but really sets a certain tone and makes a difference in customer expectation and experience, especially when you have such great employees with a can-do attitude, imo. Management, I hope you value them.

If I could give it a minus1 I would. My friend and I went to a movie and half way through the movie we both started to itch like crazy.Finally I could not take it anymore and got up to see manager. My legs were all bit up.The manager wanted to give me a comp for the next time I said no I want my money back.I informed him he must have bed bugs in there.I told him last year the one in gulfport ms got shut down because of it.He just shrugged it off like it was nothing.

My wife and I went to the 11:00 am showing of Penguins and were enjoying ourselves. 15 minutes after the show began, a large group of young grammar school children came in with what appeared to be their teachers (supervision). The students sitting to our right were well behaved. The ones to our left were constantly talking, moving around, and misbehaving until their supervisor came around. As soon as she left they started again. Certainly this theatre must have known about this groups plan to attend and could have told us.

No sour skittles, terrible. Also I imagine the interior design to be horrible because there is no sour skittles.

Now that they have the leather recliner seats it is super nice.

Employees are nice, thay keep there selection of movies up, but there facility needs to be cleaned better.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is condescending and unhelpful. Dont bother asking questions to actually understand their policies. Management is actually worse than the frontline staff. Since I refuse to patronize any establishment where Im not valued as a customer, my family and I will not return to Cinemark...EVER!

Great placeum snakes are a little high in prices but it is worth it

The movies we saw,were good. My boyfriend, and I saw, No ones fool,and Bohemian Rhapsody. Both really great movies. However, they need to make sure,to let people know which door to go in. Evidently There was 2 doors playing Bohemian Rhapsody, we went in the wrong door,wasted a lot of time,and saw the end of the movie,then watched the whole movie. And the large popcorn was cold,and not fresh. My boyfriend, and I tried to eat it anyway, but ended up throwing it away. We both ate about half each. So will I go back, yes,but no more popcorn. O yeah, and the seats were comfy.

Theater was big, comfortable and enjoyable. Food was probably the single most expensive I have ever experienced in any theater. $24 for two boxes of small candy and water.

This is the most comfortable place to watch a movie I’ve ever been in besides my own home. The only complaint I have is the outrageous cost of refreshments!!! Other than that it’s so clean great and friendly staff!

If youre a member of the movie club the movies are more affordable and you get a discount on concessions. Seats are nice, especially for young kids who dont want to sit still.

Amazing confortable chair

We never had a bad experience. I picked the the wrong show time, and my husband asked the lady to swap out the tickets it was an easy transaction and she was very nice. Also nice you can pick where you want to sit when you purchase your tickets.

The seats are incredible. The food cashiers are very nice. I would like the managers treat their employees with respect. I was there last week and one of the managers was rude to an employee. I hate to see this behavior from someone with authority. I would suggest to take them off to the side and discipline them. I still get them a 5 star. Very comfortable seats and nice staff makes for a great place.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I travel the United States and have been to a lot of movie theaters and never seen one like this. This place is ridiculous just ridiculous. I went to take my cousin to see a movie Im 24 Years old. He is 14 years old.I was told that he has to be with a parent to see a movie. I am his guardian. The movie started before their so called curfew but ended after. If they are going to be this rude they need to have it posted on their website. I went the night before with no trouble. I do not think anybody at that movie theater knows the curfew They just act like it. Because The guy at the ticket booth told me several different excuses. In every one did not make sense. He said he needed to see my cousins id I told him he is 14 he does not have an id. He said well then I need to see yours so I showed him my ID in that still wasnt good enough. He said my cousin needed a parent with him. That is ridiculous. Most movie theaters you need to be with someone over 21 to see a movie after curfew or are r rated. Im fine with that and that makes sense. But not this place.

Discouraging how expensive an evening at the movies is for a family of four. Then to have a lack of employees at the snack counter.

Assigned seating. Most comfortable recliners ever! I attended a matinee so nice crowd in theater. The experience was Amazing!

They have the new reclining chairs and Im a big fan. If you have little kids then make sure you sit in the front two rows bc they have ledges that divide the different sections and my kid cant see over them the further up we go. They do have seat boosters though if you ask.

Always nice. We had the theater all to our selves. The new seats are very comfortable. Loved the popcorn and the fact that they let you put your own butter and salt on it. The seats are so comfortable sometimes i fall asleep lol but i love them

Enjoyed spending time with family in a setting I could take my grandson to. Great family outing!

The better of the two options locally but their lobby went downhill after they moved butter from behind counter. Now its always dirty and oily. It used to be an easy 5 star option but is just average now.

This place is my home away from home. Ive never had a bad experience here. I always leave in a better mood.

This place has stepped their game up! Not only is it better but you have personal space between each person or the option to raise the arm rest in the all new luxury recliners. Really am enjoying my movies more now!

The movie theater was pretty good. Some young kids working the snack area dont care whats going in. I paid for a medium drink, so I can get refills. Didnt know the kid gave me a large. So no refills on a large. Then one guy complained about the popcorn being salty. They took it back from the guy and dumped it in with the rest. After the guy was eating out of it
