Everyone said to get the burnt ends if they had them. Well, first time Ive been here and they had them. 100% worth the hype. The atmosphere was on par with the great food. Super friendly and polite staff. Will definitely be back every time I visit the coast.

Went to this place on 19 November and hardly no one there. Food took forever to come out and only ordered six wings. When it finally came out the wings were cold and super small. Paid $12 when I could have gotten better at taco bell or something. Cherry on top I have a random additional $46 charge when I only had 6 wings and water. Wont see me in this place...

Service was extremely well, the employees worked so well together, it seemed as though they were family. I had hot honey and sweet asian wings, and they were so good, had to take the rest home to eat with a movie! So with memorable food and memorable service, Murkey Waters deserves a 5.

Got the Murky Waters BBQ sandwich with slaw. OMG the size was huge. Meat was very tender lightly seasoned. 3 sauce choices. Onion tanglers were great shoe string style not overly breaded. Great service very clean. Ate outside was awesome.

We were on our way to Mobile from New Orleans and stopped here on a whim after seeing the good reviews. Amazing food! And the service was so friendly! It looks like they may have live music often, too, from signs I saw. Highly recommend!

Well looked forward to going to Murky Waters with an out of town friend. Get there, seated, we both order tap beer, server says sure we have it, 5 minutes later, oh no we dont have it. Both ordered brisket, heard from friends, its the best. Server oh were out of brisket, wait what on a Monday night? Not cool guys, not cool. Settled for the Beale Street burger and chicken wings, 43 minutes later food arrives, both are dry and overcooked. Very disappointed, great concept for a restaurant, but food was not good. Sorry wont be back.

The brisket was a little dry, but very flavorful. The service was spectacular. They didnt have any burnt ends (even though its on the menu) which was also a bummer. Otherwise, great place to get a meal. Good vibe inside, and again, great service.

Love coming here when I’m in the mood for BBQ. Always have great service. Parking is extremely easy. Never a really long wait for a table. Highly recommend when in the area.

The food was awesome. I recommended getting a smoked combination plate. We got 4 choices of meat for $22 and 6 spicy bbq wings. It was enough for 3 people and we left feeling full.

Got some wings for my husband. Should have checked the to go box before I left. My mistake! My husband got home later and he was so disappointed. The wings were burned and had been cooked in old oil. Our 2nd -Waste of time and money. Will not be back!

Observed the kitchen prior to food arriving. Was more than disappointed with my observations. I wont go into what was seen, but just know it was enough to turn my stomach. I did not touch my plate and they still tried to charge me for it. Had to ask to have it taken off our group bill. Will never stop here again.

This was our first time visiting and unfortunately will be our last. They opened at 11 and by 11:30 they were out of burnt ends and okra. The reason we cane was to try the burnt ends. We decided to try the brisket. It was good but nothing exceptions. The worst part was the service. Took forever to get drink orders. Once we got food the waiter never checked on us and let drinks go empty. Finally came around to clear plates and still had to wait a while for the check. I had heard such great things but I will not be a repeat visitor after today.

This place needs work on customer service and the flavor of the food did not meet my expectations.

Wonderful eating experience, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is great and great portions. Had the choose four items and was enough for two people and also had leftovers which taste great. Love the spicy sauce! Wednesday they have live music and it was very good. You could actually have conversations with your table without yelling at each other and still enjoy the music. Bar was stocked well and mix drinks you will get your moneys worth. Highly recommend dinning or pick up (I Have done pickup and they provide everything you need to enjoy at home.)

Food is delicious. Very chill place to hang out, eat and listen to music. Also, there is a great selection of beer from the local brewery.

Got there 30mins after opening and they were already out of two of the three items I wanted to try. Once seated it took about 10mins for the waiter to even come over and make an introduction. I placed an order for the brisket, baked beans, fries. When the order arrived the brisket and bread were cold. Waited came by one time during the meal (about 5mins before we asked for the check). Disappointed and will definitely not be going back. Dickeys BBQ and Slap Ya Momma are better options for the price and service.

Murky Waters in Gulfport Mississippi is the Murky Waters restaurant to visit! There are multiple locations but this one is the best one by far. It has live music great food, and they have wing Wednesdays for $0.65 a wing! They play blues and the singer was great the bar is awesome you have to come here for blues and brews & wings it was well worth the drive.

Server was awesome. Great beer selection.Size of the plates were enormous. Prices were reasonable considering the amount of the portion you receive. Come hungry leave uncomfortably full.

Today was my first day dining in at any restaurant since COVID. I appreciate the fact that the staff wore masks. The service was still impressive and quick. However, I asked for the smoked wings to be without any sauce with the sauce being on the side. I still received my wings with the sauce on them. No biggie the food was still good and my fries were hot.

We started with drinks. All were very goid except for the long island iced tea. It tasted like alcohol instead of iced tea. The food was fantastic! I had the combo platter with brisket and ribs. My sides were baked beans and baked potato salad. Everything was very tasty with an awesome smoky undertone. Our waiter was Jonathan and he was very friendly and patient as my elderly parents made up their minds about their meals. The only thing I would change is the napkins. Seriously, a bbq restaurant should have sturdier napkins. Highly recommend Murky Waters!

Here for a visit to check out local rental properties and decided to pop in and order take out due to our new dining reality. The pulled pork sandwich was bigger than my face! Definitely can’t wait for the seating area is open so I can fully enjoy the atmosphere!

Great wings on Wednesday! Great service! Great music by Kelsey Morgan! This a bar atmosphere however get over it and go you wont be disappointed. Garlic Parmesan excellent! Honey Spicy BBQ excellent! Blazing Asian excellent! The smokey flavor of these wings came through and combined with the sauce you cant go wrong. All served by our excellent waitress Jessica. Nice atmosphere and decent service. I had the bbq king burger which was good but could have been better the pulled pork on top was a little dry and the burger patty wasnt really seasoned and was thin. The bun and the bbq sauce was great though. Loved the sweet potato fries. My husbands pulled pork sandwich was also a little dry. Great place to eat but was a little disappointed that a bbq place has dry meat.

Brisket came out dry, but it was good. The coleslaw the baked beans and potato salad was good, the shrimp was good.

Excellent BBQ and a cool atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service that we received was sub-par, especially for a Thursday night when the place was not particularly busy.Our first round of drinks took roughly fifteen minutes to arrive and our server never asked if we wanted a second (just beer, nothing fancy). Basically, we would have gladly spent more money if only given the chance. Hopefully this was just one server having an off night and isnt indicative of the overall standards of the location.

Located right in Fishbone Alley in downtown Gulfport it has a great vibe. We did a sampler of the meats with a side of onion rings and salad. The combo came with brisket, ribs, pulled pork and pulled chicken. All of the meat was good and smoked well. My disappointment was the brisket was tough. It was not that melt in my mouth that Im used to, having live 13 years in Texas. The pulled items were a little dried out but still tasty. This is served with their 3 types of barbecue sauce labeled vinegar, sweet and hot. I am not a fan of vinegar but I liked this one the most. The sweet was good but VERY sweet and the hot was good without being over the top. The salad was just okay. A couple of bad leaves in the romaine. I ordered it with their house made ranch (very tasty). The onion rings were good made using their in tap beers for batter but a little greasy. But hey if youre going to have onion rings they need to be greasy! Now our server Jordan, she was the greatest! We didnt have to wait for anything. Many times even if the food isnt off the charts a server can make or break the business. Thank you Jordan for a great experience!.

Decent BBQ and delicious wings for a okay price. Their made in house vinegar base and Sweet BBQ sauces are exceptional!Highly recommend the BBQ platters.

This place was awesome! This was my familys first visit. We went to Murky Waters on a Friday night. There was a live band performing. The restrooms were very clean. The food was exceptional! Lastly, our waiter was very attentive and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this place if youre in Biloxi.

Try the Spicy Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan or the Spicy BBQ wings! The Nachos and Waffle fries are a great appetizer for big groups. Wing Wednesday gets pretty busy so show up relatively early to beat the crowd and avoid the wait.

This place is so good! As soon as me & my husband walked in, it smelled amazing!!I ordered 12 wings (half spicy honey bbq & half garlic parm.) Spicy honey bbq was bomb!!I also ordered the loaded waffle fries with no meat. The caso cheese was good but they put a little too much but it was sooo good! My husband ordered the Pick 2 Combo which was ribs, sausage, collard greens & baked beans. He said the meat was just falling of the ribs and the greens had so much flavor!! It was amazing. Well worth the price.

Great BBQ and great people in a nice atmosphere. We had a half rack of ribs, a burnt ends sandwich, slaw and baked beans. The ribs were dry rub heaven. Smoky and delicious. The burnt ends were exactly as advertised and delicious. A little more fatty than I like, but that is a matter of opinion. The baked beans were world class. Bits of BBQ debris in them, great balance. The slaw was a perfect cool/sweet counterpoint. The selection of sauces could be better. But if you like dry rub bbq, you will love Murky Waters! We will be back many times!!!

Definitely one of the better Gulf Coast BBQ stops, nice atmosphere and in close proximity to the other night life once you grab some great BBQ. We hit peak time with eight folks so we waited a bit but they figured out some seating for us to test the waters. No complaints and they have amazing sweet tea and a nice local craft draft beer selection for those looking for something unique.

They were out of the burnt ends and thats the main reason we came. Baked beans were not the norm and not as tasty as that have been. I wont come back here.

When you walk in this place it smells like the bbq will be good. We went for lunch and it was not too busy. The baked beans were awesome. The brisket was good, and had good flavor and was tender. The pulled pork tasted good but was a little dry. I liked their sweet and spicy bbq were really good.The fried okra was delicious, was seasoned perfectly and they give you a large portion. The collard greens were a little overcooked and mushy. The caramel cheesecake was really good. Next time will try the smoked wings

My first time here and I will definitely return. We tried the wings, ribs, burnt ends, burger and pulled pork and everything was delicious. Our waitress was extremely helpful in helping us choose.

We ordered a burger and wings through Tiki Delivery at 7:54pm. It said our estimated delivery time was 8:33pm-8:48pm. We got the notification that our driver arrived at 8:29pm and she texted me to let me know the restaurant was backed up but should have our food within 15 minutes. We received our food at 10:01pm and it was just sub par. While my fiance enjoyed his wings, my burger was so dried out that I had to smother it in bbq sauce to make it edible. I do not blame the delivery driver at all, as she waited for over an hour and 20 minutes for our food and kept us updated with text messages. Murky Waters really dropped the ball here. This was our first time eating here and we are unsure if we will return. Very disappointed.
