Always a lot of fun to go in Michaels. Sadly they are low on Halloween stuff but I blame popularity (and its only Sept 13th!) Great store.

I love coming to this store. The employees are helpful and the store is always clean. My son likes doing the art class on Saturdays and the classroom helper is always enjoyable. They let me know when the summer camp is starting so we can come in for crafts.

Lady was very helpful, I was checking out and asked lady I could not find a certain type of ribbon.She stopped ringing up my stuff and brought me to where it was. That was awesome. This place reminds me of a smaller Walmart for Arts. I enjoy going to this place for ideas. If you want to expand on your imaginations and creativeness then get in your vehicle and take a chance with this store. You may go in there and find what you dont need at the moment but I know you will think about it.

They have a ton of sales all the time. If they don’t, there is always an online coupon. The spray paint was half off and the sign was 50% or 60% off.

Very very nice cashiers every time I go. They were very helpful!!!! Went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed . Not easy to find that these days. Huge selection. Nice clean organized store. Props for your hard work on stocking and keeping things organized.

My wife is a Michaels fan. Especially at Christmas time. Shes always on the lookout for Christmas village items amd she always finds them at a Michaels. The staff in this store were exceptionally nice and friendly. A very good shopping experience.

Great variety of craft supplies. Found craft pumpkins for a great deal! Online coupons work for a really good discount! Will definitely be back!

Great craft store. Get the app and you can get some nice coupons...like 40% off one regular price item! Also other great coupons. They also have some great sales. Sales on items you may need before a holiday. Not many stores do that! I like when they have their Gildan colored T-shirts on sale for 3 for $10. Thats cheap!

The lines were long but got a great deal on Christmas sweaters, 70% off. Service was excellent

I go for yarn and the selection is very minimal compared to what it used to be. They have sales on yarn but dont stock enough. Atmosphere is nice, employees are nice and helpful. Store is clean and maintained very well. Stock more yarn and a bigger selection is my suggestion.

I love all the Michaels along the gulf coast. The staff is always so polite and helpful. They keep plenty on stock, and there are always sales and coupons.

This is a nice store. I have also taken children to the it craft sessions. Kids sessions have almost no guidance, so plan on supervising them yourself.

Went for a sale item and they had moved them.Thinking they were out, I was going to leave when an employee asked me if I had found all I came for. When I told her what I was looking for,she pointed me right to their new place. She recommended to always inquire because they move things around often to keep displays fresh and inviting.

I was disappointed to find that they didnt have a fabric section, but loved everything else! Great merchandise. Friendly service. When I got to the checkout I tried to bring up the online coupon and was having trouble. The cashier assisted me in finding the best coupon, saving me several dollars!

Theres a small, but diverse selection of craft supplies here. The staff are quiet, but if you ask for help they will help track down what you are looking for. The store is clean. The rotating sales displays sometimes make it hard to find items you are looking for.

In all my years and many cities and trips to Michael’s I don’t think I have received such poor customer service at a store than this one. The sales associates are rude and look like they hate their jobs. I’ll stick with going to Michaels in Slidell or D’Iberville! Or Hobby Lobby, they have better sales and friendlier staff anyways!

Great place to shop if you love crafting. Supplies reasonably priced & always offer 40% to 50% off coupons to help out with items not on sale. Ive learn to crochet, soap making, door wreaths, etc. Cashiers always courteous & helpful.

I enjoy shopping at Michaels till it comes to checking out. They to dont seem to mind letting their customers stand in long lines till people start laying it down and walking out. What has happened to management these days??? No wonder people are turning to online shopping!!!!

I cant say anything about Michaels variety but this particular location is notorious for a long line. I had spent twenty minutes shopping, had a good healthy selection of items and got to the front and put them alllll down and left bc of the line 9 people deep and ONE checker. Cmon Michaels...

Very disappointed, I ask manager for the glue I need to glue gold leaf. He told me 6000...well wrong answer, its a special glue made just for gold leafing. Come to find out Michaels doesnt even carry it. Lost sell from me. My point is dont give customers the wrong information, if you dont know, find out, thats your job. God bless
