Fun theater, and keeping things very clean in the time of COVID!

Great but no more monopoly please

I live near by but i do recommend this theater. Its very calm, there are places like Chilis, Margarita, Tierra de Fuego, Churchs, Taco Maker, Cold Stone and others that are only feets away. And its really accessible from Espresso Martinez Nadal.

Good place for share time with family and friends.

Caribbean Cinemas please the seats are too old and squeak with the smallest of movements. It is impossible to enjoy a movie while seating so still like a statue to avoid the noise. We expect the movie experience to be relaxing and pleasant. Otherwise why pay?

I asked for a Dasani carbonated water at the concessionaire. I was told that it was only allowed to be charged when a client purchased the Extra Large Combo. Otherwise there was no way to charge for the Dasani carbonated water as a single item. Doesnt make sense at all... Thank you very much

The food is amazing and the service is incredible

This is overall my go-to place to watch movies, the prices are good and the service is excellent, ive never had any problems there and its also close by to food restaurants which is a plus.

One of the best movie theaters in the metro area. The parking is horrible but the place is great. It feels really cozy and the seats are comfy. I recommend getting tickets to CXC because your seats are reserved. No more waiting in line early to get great seats. Overall is a great movie theater and great prices.

Movie theatres are cold but this one was ARCTIC cold. And the seats need to be replaced.

One of the best cinemas in PR. What a shame taht ther is only one theatre room with CXC. If there is IMAX it will be better.

Overall, a good chain of theaters, though lately there have been some occasions where tickets couldnt be ordered online because of updates being done. Ordering tickets, especially reserved seats, is preferred because of the large turnout. It would great if they identify the lines inside the reception area for the specific movie because its often confusing to know where to line up.

Good locaton and a fast way to get in a movie.

Dont have food delivery into the different theaters, other than that is ok.

Guaynabos cinemas the best

The movie theater is clean and pretty. The people are nice. I love the games, but I think they should fix a few games, a part from that, I loveit. The parking sucks. It doesnt really have much space for the cars to park. Theres too many stores around for not much parking. Ive left the movies because of the parking.

It was great and the prices for seniors is very good, we enjoyed it very much and for six bucks I had a large popcorn and a large coke.

Convenient place for entertainment with family and/or friends. Parking sucks but other than that you will have a good time there.

Great environment to watch a movie. Plenty of parking, you can get anything to eat from popcorn, nachos, hot dogs and also coffee and hot chocolate which not all theaters currently have. Restaurants nearby so good for dinner and a movie.

They are pretty good like always but they are starting to show their age, not as bad as the Rio Hondos ones ( those are the worst )

Just saw The Meg,had a great time. Especially in the CXC theatre..which blows you away with the sound. Getting a parking space can be a challenge but past that its all good.

One of the best caribbean cinemas locations on the Island. It is very comfy and the ac is always on high (not that is a bad thing). The only problem here is the parking. Can find it difficult sometimes to get a parking close to the cinema.

Good service, clean but seats are not great

The girl at the ticket booth was so rude. When I decided that I was going to change the movie, had not bought the ticket yet. Gave me a look that let me know she was not happy about it.

One of the best movie theaters around. It has good parking space lots of places to eat around and the security is awesome since its very close to the police station. It has CXC rooms for better picture and sound quality.

The sounds system is great. Saw a Star is born. You go lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper.

Eh. Selection was ok but we entered the theater with the lights and the seats are severely stained. There was a few seats that looked like people threw up on them. Im not sure when the seats were last steam cleaned but bring your own seat covers or sheet just in case. The video and sound good but the theater was just too dirty.

I was in Guaynabo to watch a Movie in 3D, and these theaters here have been remodeled, so they compare with the other Caribbean Cinemas Ive been to, like MonteHiedra, Plaza Las Américas, etc... Seats are reserved, so no problem with that! Great surprise for me!

The CXC theater is of great quality. Plus, being able to reserve your own seat in advance can make your experience be more comfortable.

Really good theater, but room #1 has a really big dirty smudge in the center of the screen. Dont know why Caribbean Cinemas hasnt cleaned it yet, lazy I guess.

Best alternative if wasnt to enjoy a great movie

Hands down the best movie theater Ive gone to in all of Puerto Rico. I love the under the sea theme it literally makes me want to sing under the sea under the sea every damn time.

Only cinema company on the island. Not enough IMAX, CXC or 4DX screening rooms and too far apart

The new remodeled cinemas are great, new menus, easier flow of people and the new technologies available are top of the line. Very nice work from Caribbean Cibemas.
