The hotel its very nice!!! 2 pools, King bed, hot water and include breakfast !!! Also check the rooms Amenities.. Good location for road trip ..example.. To the coast of guayanilla, they need local people and tourist. Also you go visit añasco, yauco or ponce.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable room. Good sized pool. Definitely coming back for a getaway!

Great location and atmosphere. Very clean, good for kids, facilities are in great shape, casino, pool tables, games area, my kids love this place! Very affordable prices on Amapola restaurant, food is great! Must improve the quality of the juices, coffee and milk on breakfast (it is included with your stay). My kid is allergic to gluten, it would be a plus to include gluten free options. But overall, I recommended it.

Great service! Got competitive prices, casino, billiards, game center, good restaurants and activities for entertainment. I take one star cause the theater was closed and my room got an electric problem (one wall got no electricity).

The breakfast was very complete and delicious. The bed were comfortable. Common areas and the room were clean. My only concern is about the area next to the kids pool, there was an very unpleasant odor. We used the adult pool area and it was very good.

Nice hotel and nice place! The pool is very nice, it has video games for children, a casino with many activities, two restaurants, pool table area, buffet breakfast and convenience store and a bar. Hotel employees are very friendly. The only big negative are the rooms walls: they are stained and doesnt look like they even do any effort to clean them. Overall, nice place!

Very good for families amazing variety of breakfast, my son loved the fishes in the pond near the pools and the rooms bed are very comfortable. Make sure to check we didnt notice we had a mini fridge until the end of our trip. Will visit again.

Didnt really fell this one. Staff that was always on personal calls whenever I went there. They were remodeling for the summer season I assume. I liked the restaurant though. Amapola. Nice food and staff was very friendly.

We had to change rooms as the ac didnt work. Next room room the shower was blocked and the tap was to blocked also barely any water. Bathroom was filthy. Breakfast was so bad that few wedding guests including the groom almost didnt make it to the ceremony. Events planning was great and food at the weddjng was great. Good casino.

Nice place to stay and relax, not much to do nearby however you can find some fast food very closely.

Its a good venue for weddings outside Ponce .

Really nice place to stay, comfortable beds, clean rooms, great customer service, good amenities: pool tables, music, 2 pools, machine games and casino...dont give 5 stars because needs some TLC: paint on bedroom and bathroom walls and furniture has moth, and the carpet was full of wood.

Costa Bahia Hotel in Guayanilla needs a lot of improvement in the rooms. Rooms conditions are bad. AC units are dirty and broken. Room furniture are in bad condition. Carpets are dirty and stained. Hotel is only 2 stars but they charge same price as a hotel in SJU. Not worth it. Hotel needs major renovations. I will stay in another place.

The hotel is modern and clean... They offer bufete but its not accessible for guests.... Every room have view to the parking

Breakfast was very good. Service needs to be improved from the registration desk to the restaurant.

We the Army National Guard had the opportunity to use one of the conference rooms and the service was excellent.

Great value and customer service! Good location and Amapola restaurant food was delicious! Breakfast selection is good and there are plenty of parking spots.

Its a nice place to stay. The villa has a lot of space. It has a large living room, bathroom, walk in closet, desk and bedroom with two queen size beds. It has free parking.

5 star hotel. Vegan menu. Good prices. Nice costumer service.

I was upset with the display of food not properly kept cool. I purchased a plate of rice and a piece of chicken, when I went to take a bite, my food was COLD. I brought it to their attention and was answered that it wasnt their problem. If I didnt like it to throw it away! Ooohhh, my money doesnt grow on tree. So, I took my business with other three individuals towards McDonalds that is behind the hotel.

Everything was excelent. Beautiful atmosphere and great service. We will come back again! I recommend it!

You guys when above and beyond for us and we are truly thankful.The hotel management is a little different from two years ago but our family of four traveling with twin autistic girls had a wonderful stay for 7 days and 6 nights. The rooms were quite and very little noise from other rooms over outside the hotel. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, blanks and comforters. The staff let us check in early which was a plus and they were so understanding and kind to my family needs. Overall this hotel is a place we would always feel welcome and comfortable if and when we go on vacation to Puerto Rico. Breakfast in the morning can be hectic but the staff works fast to help everyone with a smile. Overall I would recommend to anyone that was interested with booking a room at Costa Bahia.

One of the better places to stay near Yauco, PR which is about a 5 minute drive from the center of town. Comfortable, clean room. No mini-fridge, microvawe and the satellite tv signal was in and out. Maybe a post hurricane situation though. Has a pool with slide for children and another smaller pool, casino, game room, fitness center, security, etc.

Clean Hotel, good location. Just need umbrellas in pool area and non slip adhesive for the bathtop. Very dangerous bathtop.

Loud, drunk youth group (juventud PNP) yelling and running through the corridors all night long. Scratched, aged furniture in the bedroom looked worse than Bates Motel. Should have stayed in less expensive Ponce Holiday Inn with a seaside view.

Excellent hotel very comfortable with great rooms for disabled people the only thing that I didnt like was the air conditioning in the facilities example the lobby and places like that to cold a felt like I was in a hospital.

Nice place which is out of the islands crowded places. Keep the bartenders and fire the chef! Food was as tasteless as I have ever had. Shower head in my bathroom seemed to be one of a very cheap motel! Change them!!! Overall, decent but expensive for the experience!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The staff was extremely helpful and caring! Its the second time we stay at this hotel and are never disappointed!!!

Hotel is nice, the atmosphere and service is very good, the rooms are big and roomy. The stay includes breakfast. Theres music, a Casino a billiard room, the pool everything you need for a wonderful time. I highly recommend it.

The best hotel in the South West Coast.

The entrance to the Hotel is very nice. The Staff at the front desk very nice and helpful. But the room didnt have enough towels even after asking for them. The coffee maker had missing parts making it inoperable, also informed at front desk. Also it was extremely cold in the room and the thermostat was also not functioning, had told front desk while a maintenance tech was present nodded his head and said hell check on it. Didnt happen. Theres more but I made my point.

Good presentation and service, need to add more kids channels on tv, breakfast was cold. But in general the hotel was good.

The food was very good. Loved it. Many choices for you to eat.

The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable and quiet. My only issue was with the breakfast buffet, the service was good, but the food was cold and the coffee machine was always broken or being serviced, at least during my visits. I went on a business trip.

Rooms very spacious. Unfortunately, room and halls had musty smell. I think carpets need to be cleaned or removed. Left hotel feeling sick, stuffy and coughing. On the positive side breakfast was delicious had variety of food and also on your request special order. Staff was friendly. Two pools both nice size and clean. Great hotel if it werent for musty odor.

Awesome place. The amenities are the best in the area. They have a casino, pools, and a restaurant. They are really polite and courteous with their customers. This place is the ideal hotel for a vacation or a visit.

I stay at this property about once per year. The pool and the breakfast are usually the reason I stay here. However, I was surprised how much it deteriorated in the last year. The a/c in the room was not working as it should and their were no chairs in the room.

Great location and beautiful rooms. Very friendly helpful staff with lots of local knowledge. great places to eat close by from seafood to fried pork chops.

Have stayed at Costa Bahia at least 7 times. Its a beautiful experience...love the hotel and all it has to offer...best thing that could happen for Guayanilla...will be back soon

Its great for families, friendly personnel and has a casino for adult entertainment plus a game room for the kids. Has breakfast included which is a must when you travel with kids.

Rooms are a good size..but had to call for wash cloths

Costa bahia i just loved this hotel! We stay in one villa just in front of the pool! Pool have a slide very entertaining for kids! Game room! Pool tables! Casino! and look spectacular! I dont rate it with 5 stars just because somethings on the room where not in perfect shape but it is not something we cant live with and is definitly something they can repair in an hour or two so no big deal!

Excellent place for a family stay. My childrens loved the two swimming pools. I liked the relaxing environment, clean rooms, confi beds, free breakfast deal, competitive price and the strategic location.

I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. The staff at the front desk, security and casino were outstanding. The check in/out experience was a breeze. I gave only 4 stars because of the breakfast. Its kind of a letdown the powder eggs and sausages. Also I preffer a drip coffee for the mornings as almost every american do instead of those expresso/cocoa machines. Its important to note that, the kitchen staff was not as friendly as the rest. I went at 9:35 and received unfriendly looks. Another suggestion is to have someone serving water. Thanks.

I could have give 5 stars with a little bit of improvement. Needs to change room rugs and fix the furniture drawers. Personally asked other guests and it seems that all rooms from the main building suffer from the same, dirty rugs and problems with the furniture drawers. Hotel is well maintained on its surroundings, pools and lobby are clean. Breakfast buffet included is a plus!! Will stay again.

Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. They have a nice pool but on one of the days we were there the power went out 3 times for 5 minutes due to some modifications being done outside of the hotel.

Stay on week days is $120, on weekends $135 + tax.Has 2 pools. The pone with the slide is 5ft deep and the other is 4ft, but about 1/3rd is a kid section 1.5ft deep.In the room theres is a safe, mini frig, lots of electrical outlets, a desk and the bathroom is spacious with a hair drier. Beds and pillows are quite comfortable.Free buffet breakfast is included.Even though the hotel is business-oriented it is perfect for families with kids.

I had lunch but they should clean the tables as soon as possible. The pool area was great and the lady that prepares was very nice.

Nice place. Good restaurant with a great happy hour. There was a rather large party that was pretty loud and the sound travels. The room was pretty nice as well, but could use a little work in the bathroom. Counterparts and walls were aged and cracked. Overall, a nice hotel

Excellent service, great rooms and very nice looking hotel. Food is OK, many rooms for meetings and conferences. Some had a bad smell probably because of humidity and the hurricane. Everything else is perfect.

Pretty good, however housekeeping has room for improvement. Facilities were clean and breakfast was pretty good. Location is excellent.

Theres a casino and a swimming pool. The town is nearby with a McDonalds, post office and a Burger King at walking distance.

Hotel staff was friendly. Renovations underway. Casino and bar closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. No mini-fridge or microwave in the rooms. No washer or dryer available. Bracket in bathroom for blow dryer, but the dryer was missing. Snack shop in lobby, but it was closed the whole time we were there. Dingy hallways, definitely needs updating. Bed was comfortable though.

Overall was a pleasant stay, good facilities, clean and confortable room, good service, facilities (pool, casino, pool for kids were good) the fitness room has several machines and weights for a complete workout (if you are in the mood )the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent (a little bid pricy for the place).Recomended for a family stay and for the business traveller as well.
