I drive by this place every day and it looks trashy. There are cars being worked on that are half put together and the homes I see are not in the best shape. To top it off the people Ive seen always glare at me. From what I see on a daily basis I definitely wouldnt consider this place and wouldnt recommend anyone to live here.

Nice and quiet community the only CON is the management.If the management at Carters mobile home park improves. I will update this review. It is a nice clean Mobile Park, its just the management needs Improving....

The management is horrible to deal with. Id like to know what the building that says Office is used for? This email address isnt even valid and the phone dont get answered. The voicemail is almost always full. The lot fees are ridiculously high for an unmanaged site!

I have lived here for 3 almost 4 years.. Ive been thru 2 owners and 4 managers... they have upgraded this park and it is way better than it was. No more renters all owners which is great! We all know owners take better care of their property for the most part. When renters were here there was big turn over in tenants and often problem neighbors! Now its quiet you know your neighbors and there are few problems.Ive NEVER had a problem with any of the managers! I treat them with dignity and respect and I get it back from them. There are rules you have to go by tho but I understand that they are for the good of the park and the tenants who live here . If I have a problem our manager takes care of it promptly! She also takes time to check on me because she knows I have a chronic illness. She does this with several others also.. so she goes above and beyond her job.The new owner has made improvements and had tenants improve their property... it looks so much better! Overall I think Carters is a nice quiet clean safe place to live! I only have 1 complaint and that the manager is only here 2 days a week instead of every weekday like with previous owner. I only gave 4 stars because no place is perfect!!! Oh yes and also you can have pets which is awsome!.. at any rate I would definitely recommend Carters to anyone looking for a place to live.

Me and other family members have been mobile home owners in this park for years but since the new owner and management took over 2 of my family members have sold there mobile homes and left and Im about to do the same! I do not recommend this park to my worst enemy!1. Very rude & unprofessional management!2. Lot rent increase with very little warnings!3. Residents with bad criminal backgrounds residing in park!4. Nasty old campers and RVs allowed to live in park!5. Rules of the park are only enforced when the owner or management see fit!6. Constant letters left on your door on a regular basis over anything and everything they Dont like that week!UPDATE. They now have sex offenders living in the park.. disgraceful!!!

Very rude and harassing management and owner! This place is a nightmare I absolutely cant believe the owner allows this lady to act crazy! Know they have sex offender living in the park.. wow they r crazy... stay away!

Very nice neighborhood. Well maintained with new management & maintenance. Good schools & lots to do close by. Great location. Nice, new roads.

I have a friend whos lived here for years. Maintenance has never been kept up on the unit & now theyre trying to MAKE everyone buy the units instead of renting. (New management) FIX EVERYTHING FIRST then before demanding they purchase these units.

The manager is very unprofessional she needs to go back and learn how to do her job!

I would give them 0 Stars if it was possible they sold me a mobile home that I paid for in full gave me four months free lot rent and it is only been 2 I have done nothing wrong and they are trying to take the trailer back I suggest you never buy a trailer from here stay as far away as you can
