Airport Road Park

Great playground for kids, flat walking track and flat, open, grassy space to play, ride bicycles, picnic or exercise. Walking track is made out of recycled tires for a softer, stress/shock reduction on legs and body. One lap around equals half a mile. There are benches to relax on around track and at playground. Public restrooms. Always clean and manicured when Ive been there.

I enjoy walking at the track. Its made out of recycled tires which eases the shock on your joints which I need since I have bone spurs on both my Achilles. I just left, cool quiet and beautiful. (Second picture from a sunny day last week)

We did a fundraiser with our youth and another church, had to walk five miles asks the rubber on the track made for a nice walk!! Really busy place!

Always really nice and manicured. Scenery is beautiful. The cushioned track is definitely the star. No complaints here!

Great place to walk or take the kids to play

Great family place for exercise and fun. A play ground for children while adults walk or run on the track. The area landscape and public restrooms are kept clean.

A yearly staple for our family. First year without the bus transportation and it went better than expected. Griffins finest did great with traffic control and the weather was perfect. The volunteers were awesome and some of the parents needed a parenting class but overall the event was awesome. Santa was a hit as the line was never ending. Looking forward to more years of the Christmas tree lighting.

Nice quiet park. Playground is plenty big enough for children up to 12. Nice walking track, 2 laps makes a mile, and theres a big grassy area in middle of the track where you can toss a football and other sports.

Not a bad park great walking area. but the bathrooms are the most disgusting around! Also dogs arent welcome so thats not cool

Great park with a nice, clean track. The playground offers activities for all ages and the little workout area has some good machines for a quick sweat. Only downside is people seem to FLY through this parking lot and there’s usually little kids around :/

Love to come here and walk. Its my me time Ive met some very nice people that are also encouraging.

I enjoy coming here with my children. My daughter has a blast playing on the playground and I enjoy the track so I can take a walk.

This place is a peaceful place to visit.wWe love going over there. There is no fussing no fowl mouths kids playing having so much fun. Good place to take a book and pick a bench or tree spread a sheet out and just relax and enjoy the rest of your day. But it is a GREAT place to go.

Fun for kids, but DISGUSTING Bathrooms! There were many families for the kids to play with from age 2 on up and it was diverse which is awesome to see all the kids playing together. The playground is kind of small but makes it easy to keep on eye on your kids. The walking trail is nice. The bathrooms were sickening covered with urine and trash. Everything else in the park was maintained nicely. Maybe because it was a sunday at the end of the day the restrooms hadnt been maintained but that was gross I would not allow my kids in there luckily were live close enough!

It was ok..a little puke was on one of the slides. Someone should be out there to clean every so often!

I start out going at a steady pace. Listening to music. Or just something to relax your mind. I finish 2 laps. The surroundings of the park in the daytime is enjoyable.

This place is amazing. Well lit area if you run at night. The track isnt made of your typical asphalt. Youre running on recycled tires. And it feels great to run on or walk. Quite area. Gas station next door just in case you need anything.

Love the playground and the track has some cushion to it possibly old tires. Public bathrooms near the playground perfect for little ones. No swings, but plenty to play on.

Just a small walking track and jungle gym, but lovely little light displays at Christmas and never had any issue with creepers. Only reason 4 instead of 5 is bathrooms are seriously scary sometimes.

Absolutely horrible that they don’t allow pets! How are you to tell someone that they cannot bring their pet, which is family, to a PUBLIC park. I will never recommend this place to anyone, ever.

The park was OK. The slides were little their were no swings their was very little to do. Me and my daughter went and we werent there five minutes and she was ready to go.
