Took a friend here for her birthday! It was both our first experience here and it was amazing. The staff was friendly, very clean and relaxing environment. The Salt Cave is extremely calming and leaves you feeling relaxed and breathing easy! We also got Himalayan salt food scrub/massages — they were amazing! We cannot wait to go back to try their other services :)

My friend and I went to the salt rock cave for the first time on 10/8/18. The spa and salt rock cave is clean, well taken care of and has a very pretty and calming atmosphere. We were provided with robes, blankets and enjoyed the soothing music. The salt rock cave was wonderful but it was the staff that really impressed me! I felt they really cared about our experience and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We will be back!

First time visiting the Saltz and I enjoyed the experience with my mom and sisters. It was a relaxing experience and I could feel the salt opening up my sinuses. It was a positive experience!

I had an amazing time relaxing in the Salt Cave! It was my first time, but it won’t be my last. I was able to really relax and breath. It cleared up a lot of my chest congestion too. The spa service menu has a lot of options and I look forward to going back and trying out some more of them.

I called and asked if my son could get a facial (he is 14). They said sure, no problem! When we got there he had to sign a waiver and after that the esthetician was saying she could not work on my son because he was too young to be there without an adult present. (Complete opposite of what was said on phone) My other son had already been there when he was 15 and there was no problem. She then offered to do a hand scrub and have a “talk” about skincare. That is not what you pay for when you book a facial. The ladies at the front desk were unknowledgeable and of little help. The miscommunication is very frustrating. Take your business somewhere else. We sure are.

I absolutely love the Himalayan Salt Cave! Its a great way to relax prior to getting a massage. The staff are very accommodating, and the hours are great for those of us who work long days! Cant wait for my next appointment!

I wish I could give this 10 stars! I utilized the salt cave on my first visit and Lipo-Mic injection. I could feel the salt cave working not long after I was in there. I have horrible pollen allergies, and for the first time in months, I have been able to smell things! And I have been able to breathe through my nose!!! I could feel so much breaking up! I’m excited to see what the Lipo-Mic injection does after I finish a complete session. This place is a true gem! I have already booked my next salt cave session and am going to be utilizing many of the other services!

I went in for a deep tissue massage with Denise. She was hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to! Extremely happy with the results!

So far I’ve only used the massage services, Jane is the best their is! Staff is great to work with and I look forward to checking out other services.

Had to get an attorney involved with this place and continues to be an ongoing issue since October 2017. I was told Id be receiving back what I prepaid for 2 services that were never rendered due to me having to relocate and leave Greenville. I prepaid nearly $1,000 and now they are refusing to return my money. As another reviewer mentioned, I also had a bad experience with the laser and the machine needed maintenance DURING my treatment. The nurse was confused and left the numbing cream on my face too long. I am an RN and would never recommend this for medical spa treatments. I am still waiting to hear back from Nina & Andre and my attorney has had issues also so I have taken further measures. I have also reported this business to the business bureau.Stay away and save yourself from a potential mess. This is extremely unprofessional.

Had terrible allergies while here in SC for the holidays and had a great experience with salt therapy in the past. They got me in right away and it was the best salt cave experience ever. My allergies cleared up after just two sessions.

Worst first experience ever! Never again would I go here. They burned my face, I went in on a Saturday, following Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday my face was swollen, red, dry, I could barely open my eyes and mouth, they never cared to fix the issue, I called them let them know what was going on, they told me theyd call me back, didnt hear from them, I had to call back because my face was getting worse, once I got to speak to the lady that did my facial she didnt apologize (for her damn mistake) she just kept telling me to wash my face (duhhh), put moisturizer on because it was making my face super dry, as if I didnt know all this. I called to find out what was in the product etc and she just ignored that question and assumed it was something I was using at home, when all this started AFTER I came here. How stupid! So unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!! Save your money go elsewhere.

Lacking client service, friendliness and overall massage experience was disappointing. Very unprofessional music playing from a cell phone that was unpleasant and loud—I suppose to drown out the loud music and noise coming through the plywood that was bolted to the wall. This place has gone downhill severely. Would not recommend and will not return.

Some advice for the salt cave.....I would definitely tell people to put there belongings somewhere. I have been to other salt caves and there is a lot of powder in this one. Everything I had/wore was covered.My chair was broken and it was cold in the room.The fish tank is a nice touch. The fish seemed way to big for that tank though.

I received severe burns from The Saltz Spa from their Picosure laser located in Greer, SC. I went in to get the easiest type of tattoo removed a simple, amateur, black ink outline only, done over 30 years ago. It was approximately 2 x 4 inches, just an outline, not filled in. It wasnt very dark or thick. I came away with multiple, very dark, very bad burns. Many in areas there was little to no ink. I had researched the instrument and nothing prepared me for what I walked away with. Almost 2 weeks later I still have multiple burn sores that are likely to a scar. The Saltz is refusing to refund the laser treatment that burned me and they informed me today it was completely normal. They seem to feel people should have to pay to get literally burnt by them. I would like to share pictures of what the Saltz apparently considers completely normal after a laser tattoo removal session using their Picosure. Im now afraid to ever get any type of laser treatment done again.

It has been my favorite salt cave experience and my first infrared salt sauna.The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was warm and inviting.

Terrible and unfortunate experience. please save your money and go to a place that will care! plenty of other spas in greenville. Andre and Nina, the owners, are so unprofessional. my face was burned with a laser. the people were pretty much training a nurse during my treatment. the machine required maintenance during my session! i waited and waited and they were scramming around unorganized. they are now refusing to give a refund. i am a medical aesthetician. the machines are old and used, with no proper maintenance. they need to be inspected for quality control. do not let the fancy chandeliers and pretty salt fool you. they are very unorganized and do not know how to properly run a business. the owners are never seen and impossible to talk to. the front office staff always give a run around. many of my appointments were not cancelled or rescheduled properly and they had he never to charge me a no show fee. overall a MESS! I am so disappointed. my skin looks terrible and they are not returning my money. please go elsewhere! the staff have no idea what is going on in that place or how to run it. customer service was terrible also. i waited so long to be taken care of but they were QUICK to swipe my card. its a mess covered up with fancy decor. BEWARE!

Fantastic spa, I go almost monthly for a massage because of back problems. Vasilka is a fantastic massage therapist, and my back is feeling better this year than it has in years! The spa is beautiful. Ive used the salt therapy room twice, and just love it. A wonderful place!

Me and my friend had a very bad experience here. We went in for a Brazilian wax and ended up very patchy and bleeding. The woman had no idea what she was doing and said it was her first day using that wax and working there and doing a Brazilian wax. I had three strips done and they still made me pay the full price of what it cost. My friend didn’t even finish and she still had to pay the full cost. I’d never recommend this spa to anyone.

I was so excited to visit this place and was disappointed right away. We were completely ignored when we walked in, we wait for 45 minutes to go in the salt cave and no one even acknowledged how long we waited. Someone finally came over and said “you want to go in the salt cave now?”. We followed her back and she opened the door to the cave and motioned us to go in. We had purses, bags, etc and were not offered a locker or to put our stuff anywhere. Basically like ok get in. We asked about lockers and robes and it was like we were completely inconveniencing her. She said oh there’s robes in there and motioned to the lockers. None of the robes had belts and could not tie closed. I had to follow her down the hall and ask ok do I need to change or go in fully clothed or what’s the deal? Someone told us yeah the more skin the better and someone else said yeah and you can cover up with blankets. Ok? One of the people with us asked for a robe with a belt and she said oh yeah we have some upstairs. Never brought us robes, never offered instructions, nothing. We had to pry information out of the employees on what to do and where to go. When we were done no one asked how it was she just said “are you ready to pay?” and asked if I’d like to pay together or separate and said oh well I’ll have to run your card twice. The highlight of the trip was the pamphlet at the register with the blacked out teeth and mustache drawn on. Won’t be back or recommending this place. Very unprofessional. I work in customer service and am completely blown away at how poorly a spa treats their clients.

Came for the saltz cave with my son a few months back. We were covered in powder, as well as my purse. Nice to read on here NOW that you have lockers and robes. Check in staff obviously not trained. Was wanting to join monthly but concerned

Bad customer service. Horrible pedicure. I don’t put my real name on Google so that is why you didn’t find my name. I got a text asking what I thought of the service. I sent a picture of how they filed my gel polish off, leaving the corners of my toes bleeding. I got a response at 1am saying thanks for the feedback! Very sarcastic and don’t know how to handle customer service well. This is why I will NEVER come back.
