Very understanding of our situation. Young family looking to start and good and steady home and they welcomed us in. Sure there has been some issues but if we call them they help us to better understand what is going on with the situation. Mary and Lynn and very nice.

Really good place to live. Staff takes care of you. My central air went out 90 outside 93 inside. Service guy came could not figure it out. They offered to put 2 window units in till they could get central air conditioner fixed. Above and beyond. Thanks

Skip this place you wont be happy here. don’t want you to make the same mistake I have. Truth is power! If you are looking for a new place then pass this place. Side note all the 5 star review are being generated by the crooked staff here: Lynette, and Mary, in the office now call mobile home park Center grove. They did this to sweep all they’re wrong doings under the rug. It not under new management they state they are. But its For a new start. They promise and smile in your face act nice as can be soon as they get your signature on a contract. The tables dramatically turn. They wont give you the title no matter if you paid in full, or just paid off. If you do receive a title check it because. They will give titles out that dont match the mobile home vin number Their criminals. And that is fraud! And if everybody starts standing up for their rights they would get these criminals out of here. Please skip this place you will be much happier anywhere but here

Me and my wife moved in there in 2004 the rent was cheep they had alot of new stuff taking over and they are crooks when my wife passed away in 2017 found out that property taxes was own on our home which they had I was the owner of the trailer in 2005 they said I was but they knew that the title to the trailer was in my wife name my name was never on the title so the taxes should never be in my name that how they can take your home away so watch it so it wont happen to you the water pipes are under the sewer pipes they still say Im still the owner and moved out in 2018 and may 10 said Im not allow in the park with no reason why plus watch the people in there they will talk about you be hind your back glad Im not there anymore its a dump there are some good people there but not in the office

Called to get information regarding renting a home. The gentleman, Dustin, was not at all helpful. All he could give me was a price range. He couldnt tell me when anything would be available for July. Really? Thats next month. What kind of notice do residents need to provide? He also did not ask my name or anything about what I was looking for. This whole experience has definitely turned me off to this place. Too bad, Dustin. I am an excellent rental resident!

My sibling has recently moved into this property. She is now in a locked contract. They promised her all these amenities when she signed her lease. Come to find out they dont ever offer them for any of the for rent properties. She was promised a.c clean walk threw, and am open pool. The a.c. is broken they had to clean their own trailer and remove old beds. They had to power wash the out side. If you are looking to move go right on past this place. They offer a bunch of burnt bologna just to get you to sign on the dotted line... bogus

Ive made alot of reviews but this one is probably the hardest review Ive ever had to write, because I live here. I put off writing this review because I always considered the retaliation I will probably get from the office staff who run Center Grove Estates.I used to consider Center Grove Estates a 4 out of 5.Now Its only a 3 if Im being extremely generous.Alot has changed in the last year.The number of good people moving in has greatly declined because of the new Gestapo attitude of the new rules forced on everyone.Cons:1. They can come in your house for an inspection 4 times a year. They chose the day/week after Mothers day, depending on your address.With a note telling us We have to clean. We have to wash our windows, dust, wipe down doors and windows. Ect...Seriously, why on earth would we want to enjoy our Mothers day weekend when we can spend it cleaning and washing windows?2. There are numerous pitbulls and dogs that tend to run loose.3. They have a ton of feral cats running around.4. They banned basketball goals. Two streets down, they took a neighbors kids basketball goal without even telling her. Shes not the only one.5. You cannot have fences even small ones o keep the dogs out of your garden.6. They rarely mow the empty lots. Most of the people who live next to them end up mowing the lots themselves.7. There are a couple roads that tend to flood when it rains hard. The drainage is bad.8. The creek stinks all summer longPro -1. They filled in the pot holes after 5 years2. They painted the bridges after 5 years3. They claim theyre going to redo the pipes that have been here over 50 years, and cover all your dishes and anything washed here in a red tented lime mess.4. Theyre adding a ton of new trailers, alot of which are still empty so you should be able to get in quickly.5. They lease now, TAKE THAT OPTION SO YOUR NOT STUCK. Unfortunately, they didnt offer that way back when we moved in.

God dont like ugly! The way yall treated that man was very heartless and all he wanted was to spend his last days on earth in his own home God rest his soul and yall made his last days be fulled with worry. How do you make money to pay bills if youre on your death bed Please explain that? I pray non of you at this company ever fall sick and need a helping hand!

I only read the story on line of how this management company has treated a man with cancer that has very little time to live. Where is the compassion for other humans? someday, maybe one of these individuals in the management company or owners of Center Grove Estates will experience a similar situation and remember their lack of caring for a man and his family that are most in need. Deplorable!

Fur babies love going..they see the Vet on Saturday and have some play time

Waters always shut off due to water line repair, ants run rapid & so do fleas. The sparkling pool with the 1,000 rules is open half the time tho....

The place is not what it used to be..my mom moved there to a nice place and her trailer and yard is always kept up..but seems like they dont care about how you keep your yard or home. Very disappointing.

Alot of the old trailers are remodeled or have been repaired or replaced.

They aint under new ownership that is a lie. they changed their name to and stated they’re under new ownership. Center Grove took the “Estate”out because of their bad reputationsTrying to put banaids over their wrong doings.Lynn and Mary that work in the office. Are awful dark hearted people with no concious. They try to evict good people out of their home esp. the ones that they know cant afford to move their mobile homes to another park. Long story short they try to take what is yours. They are crooked. I like the park its self. Good neighborhood and school. Just dark hearted souls running this place. And they are abusing their power as Employees of center grove mobile homeAnd disregarding peoples rights!Dont waste your time here!

Wouldn’t suggest this park if it was the last one on the planet. They should honestly be investigated by the state for the constant water issues, vin numbers not matching paperwork, poor maintenance, and poor management.

Could use some work on around this neighborhood but with a little help from the community it will definitely get better

I would NEVER EVER move to this shabby trailer park.My sons family lives there and the water is really bad. They made promises about fixing the things that were wrong with the Mobile Home they bought and the BUMS that run the place refused to fix anything. They are lairs and really bad NASTY people that own or run it. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this dump as possible!!!

My father inlaw has lived in Center Grove Estates for 20 years. Never been late on rent. Keeps to himself never has had complaints. Two weeks ago management (Mary Miller) sent her maintenance crews to him home (which he owns) to get under his mobile home and cut his water pipes to supply a neighbor with running water. The neighbors pipes from because the mobile home park did not take the proper steps to ensure the pipes were ready for winter. He refused to let them under his mobile home in fear of them messing something up under there. There sits an empty lot next to my father inlaw and he suggested that they run water from there. They eventually did run the water from the vacant lot but not before calling the sheriffs on him to try and have them force him to let them cut his water pipes. When she called the sheriff she theatned my father inlaw with eviction. Yesterday he received a notice on his door that he has 30 days to leave the premises now. His mobile home is very old and would not be able to be moved. He has little to no money to move. My husband and I are unable to help due to financial hardship since he got laid off at Carrier. His sister is also low income with no room for him. Even though it isnt against the law for them to not renew his month to month lease he has been a resident for 20 years and never missed a payment but now being asked to move because the manager is spiteful. I dont know one rental company that would ask a 20 year good standing resident to vacat without cause. This company is very unethical and I feel their practices need to be brought to light for potential renters/purchasers.

We currently are renting a trailer here. We love the community and the quit street we live on. However, when something is broke do not count on the office fixing it. Whoever rehabed our trailer obviously had no idea what they were doing. We do and still currently are having water leaks and damage. Its as if they were just wanting our money and rushed the process of rehabing our trailer to get money. I cannot express how fed up with the office I am.

Ugh def good ppl that live there but the ones running it have evicted several families& b4 time to surrender ur place theyll lock it up & have a fictitious place say theyve got ur stuff but u have 2 pay them 1000$ or better for ur memories no1 wants someone elses pics & memories so what happens then well they trash it so all ur pictures & videos gone thrown away

Saw a story where they are kicking out a stage 4 cancer treatment patient who is in hospice for not being able to make full rent payments. Ive gone through the the death of a parent from cancer as well. To not have any compassion or humanity at a time like this, means this business is not a place to do business with. They should be ashamed of themselves and I hope and pray they do not ever have to go through this themselves.
