Great selection of supplies for any craft youd need. Vinyl, paints, yarn, everything. Very nice staff and great prices. Not the best overall layout for the store but its not a big deal.

Extremely frustrated with lack of assistance. I walk in the door and ask clerk if they have napkin rings. She ask if I want seasonal or not. I replied I didnt care, I would take whatever was available. She replies all they have is seasonal and to look through all the Christmas stuff. I did, exhausted I left white her watching me walk out the door. I knew there was a reason I always went to Hobby Lobby!

Always find stuff you need

Store has everything you could ever imagine. I was even able to acquire a quill made from real elephant Ivory and a couple of bald eagle feathers at a very fair price. Best exotic animal chopshop in the Greenwood area.

The store was very well equipped. And the staff was very knowledgeable and asked if we needed help as soon as we entered into the store. Im not to sure if they have any painting classes, sewing classes, or anything else like that, but if they do I really wish they would announce it on a website because I would love to take a painting class. Great store, great stuff, just an excellent all around experience

My cashier today went above and beyond the call of duty. I have never encountered any problems with cashiers from the Greenwood sc store. However today was especially heart warming the way the male casher handled my transactions and was extremely knowledgeable about questions I had

I enjoyed shopping at Michaels today. I found several things that I could use to decorate my old farmhouse there. The good thing was it was 40 to 60% off! Thank you, Michaels, for a great shopping experience!

Screw Hobby Lobby

I went in to pick up some quick easter basket stuffers. Found those and scanned the store for clearance items. Staff was helpful and polite.

Enjoyed walking through aisles and looking different things to do. Bought wood items that has to be painted.

Michaels have so many unique things to shop for, and the staff was very helpful and kind.

I have mixed reviews on this place. I have a business account online with them as well as visiting frequently for the last 2 years ive lived here. On many ocassions I was told they would not honor my military ID as form of discount. I have now confirmed they are sapose to honor it. So needless to say the cashiers are poorly trained. At least half the time. No one can help me find anything I am looking for they have to locate another employee and they are unable to help me as well. They are either all at the register (1person) or all in the back !! Other times Im able to find someone quickly and they have no problems helping me. also my kids have attended many kids workshops sometimes I feel like I waste my money and the employees in charge dont want to be there or dont know what they are doing. I will love Michaels no matter what thats a fact! 5 stars on product! 3 stars on service

Cashier wasnt trained well and the manager wouldnt come up to the register to help the cashier.. I ended up going to find the manager to answer my question and ahe was rude and didnt seem to have time to help me. I was very annoyed with this Michaels and the manager.
