This company completely misrepresented itself as ticketmaster. I tried to cancel my tickets within 10 minutes of purchase because of this and they refused to help me. They didnt follow my delivery instructions. Their surcharges are ridiculous...$17.64 per ticket!! When the tickets werent delivered properly, they threatened to resell them and credit me much less than what I paid for them.Overpriced, poor customer service....no wonder why they have a rating of F with the BBB. I filed a complaint there as well.

I was on vacation in US and booked two e-tickets for the NHL semi-finals in Madison Square Garden New York. Everything went well. Excellent, non-bureaucatic and quick conversation. Anytime i would come back to the service.

Ordered tickets for a broadway show that costs a little under $600. After I ordered them, I was told that I would need to fax a form with credit card information and a photo id (even thoug I had already paid). I never ended up getting the tickets, they charged my credit card and wont give me a refund.
